We walked in today after being referred by another shop in town. We were shopping for a formal and didnt expect to find THE dress. The ladies kindly stated that they were busy and would be with us as soon as possible but we could start browsing. Bailey(sp?) came over to set us up with a fitting room and continued to pick out dresses, assist and adjust the dresses in all the right places for potential alterations. She was patient and kind throughout the entire process. We both continued showing dresses to my daughter as she tried on. Finally, my daughter walked out with excitement and was glowing. She tried on a few more just to make sure and then went back to the obvious choice. We were shocked when Bailey said it was 50% off. We paid less than $150 including tax. Highly recommend for friendliness (ask for Bailey), price and selection. Well return soon to search for my wedding dress.

I went in today for my last minute wedding dress (thanks to a deployment pushing up our date) and Brittany was very helpful. She recommended I try a dress that I normally wouldn’t have considered but she was right, I LOVED it on me. I was able to stay within budget with the dress plus get jewelry too. My experience was pleasant and I would recommend this shop.

This place is horrible. Do not get your dresses from here. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment they acted like they didn’t even want to bother with us. They threw us back by the dresses and said here they are and went back up front didn’t even ask colors or style of wedding. The lady was absolutely horrible. No smile and not friendly at all. Flash forward to today when the dresses came in. Same horrible girl again! We couldn’t even pick up the 11 year old dresses because they needed permission from them. The 11 year olds!! Even though we paid for them! Why would you not give the bride the dresses for her own wedding??! We had to call and put them on speaker phone. I have never encountered this type of service shopping for bridesmaid dresses! Thank god the bride didn’t get her dress from there!! We went to Magnolias and had a fabulous, one of a kind experience there! Do not go to Andrew Jackson in Cape!! And so you know how current this post is, today is 7/30/2021.

Bought my wedding dress here. Made three different appointments due to me being picky and finally decided to just special order the dress I wanted through this store. I was never pressured into buying something just so they could make a sale. The staff always went above and beyond to help answer questions and make me feel comfortable. They are steaming my veil (which wasnt purchased there) free of charge before the big day. Will recommend to all of my friends!

Came in on a whim and got fantastic service and happened into a slow time where I was able to try on gowns and look around. Great experience and will be returning once we set a date!!!

The day I went the service wasnt exactly up to par. The girl helping wasnt really helping me find gowns or giving any input, but she was nice so I let that slide. I wasnt able to find any gowns that I liked in my size, so she offered to order me a few dresses to try on. She also told me I would have first dibs on some gowns that were coming in later that week. She promised she would call me the next day and let me know what she found out about the sample gowns. She made me feel extremely optimistic!Five days went by and I hadnt heard back from her. I called and the lady who answered the phone had zero idea what I was talking about (and she was extremely rude), but they had promised to have my original girl call me back. Another week passed and nothing. I called again, they rudely said they would have the owner call me. 3 weeks later and still nothing. I guess they dont need any more money from me 😂

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. They had a great selection. I found the perfect dress and would highly recommend. I have had to go in a few times to try on the dress just to show it to my bridesmaids (couldnt be together at the same time) and they have always been very kind.

Athena and her staff took excellent care of my daughter and all of her bridesmaids! They were professional and so helpful in their suggestions and excellent service! We enjoyed everything about THE ANDREW JACKSON BRIDAL COMPANY, and recommend them very highly!

Over priced. Service is mediocre at best. The dresses are pretty but in terrible condition. Alterations are expensive and there would have been $90 service fee. No. Just no.
