Ive had my shoes there for a month I called 2 weeks later just for the gentleman to tell me did I call you I replied no he said well theyre not done I said a woman told me that she would have you work on them because I was leaving out of state he said theyre not done here they are how rude

Does not answer the phone says drop in, we live 34 miles away, said the boots would be in, in a week its been 3 weeks w no call or answer, not everyone can just drive over to ask if they are ready, super aggravating.

Contrary to the name, this place is anything but quick. I dropped off a pair of shoes in April and tried 4 times to retrieve them. At the end of October on my 3rd attempt I was told to come back tomorrow and they would be done. I waited two more weeks and when I went to retrieve them the fourth time I was asked for another day. I just told him to give me my shoes back and the owner got upset with me about it. the only reason he gets two stars is because he does do good work. You better not be in a hurry for it though.

I havent been there in awhile but Gene the owner knows his job and does it quite well for a reasonable price.

This store took over 3 months for a simple leather repair... and never did anything. After several times stopping in, being told next week, I do not recommend them.

After 2.5 months just went and got my boots not repaired. Decent place good selection of boots. Just nothing quick fix about it. Especially when I was told 3 weeks from the get go.

Absolutely amazing work! Had a pair of old cowboy boots resoled and not only did they exceed my expectations but they were cleaned and shined up looking as good as the day I bought them. He is a true craftsman and I would never go anywhere else for boot repair.

I had patches sewn on a vest and Mr. Gene was very quick and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for boots or having patches sewn on.
