So very disappointed. Product DOES NOT WORK on a metal spring type commercial toilet paper roll. Have been trying to return four of the five packages we ordered. There is no way to communicate other than by phone and I cannot get a return phone call. I recommend you stay clear of this company! Poor product and horrible customer service.
