The hiring process was absolutely a joke. Whoever is in charge of hiring needs to learn phone etiquette. The first time I called (to check on the status of my application), she barely let me speak and hung up? The next time we spoke, she was interested in furthering the hiring process, BUT was so rude and once again hung up so fast without letting me speak. Right in the middle of us discussing when I could start work, I politely said I could not work the Saturday AFTER Thanksgiving, she said very abruptly we are no longer interested but thank you for your time, and hung up. If that was a requirement that should be noted the MOMENT I start to apply (weeks ago). We talked several times and no one ever said I had to work that day? That day is not even a holiday? Then abruptly ended our conversation. I would not recommend applying for this job. The video recording process for your application is NOT NEURODIVERGENT FRIENDLY.

Target is one of my favorite stores for a well rounded variety of quality products. When it comes to convenient curbside pickup, Target is second to none. Their app is simple to use and their service is efficient and lightening fast. Best choice for quick, no contact pick up.

Im not sure why, but I dont enjoy shopping at Target. It could be leftover from my experience with the chain when I was younger and living in the Denver area. I just dont find it different from Walmart, tbh.

Target always has what I need and it is in stock unlike other department stores. The drive up service for online order pick up is wonderful for my busy lifestyle. If there was 1 thing I could change it would be having the app to allow substituted items for out of stock items. It currently only allows the item to be canceled or shipped to you for free. But, when it is just 1 item I feel like shipping it is unnecessary and if I could just choose a similar item that would be beneficial.

Adam is AWESOME!!!! He went out of his way to be helpful friendly and professional and knowledgeable!!! I will definitely shop target again thanks to him!! We have been searching for a pool for my dad and are traveling back to Mississippi so stopped to check (it’s almost impossible to find a large pool at a great price) and there was actually one on the truck!!! Because they were unloading it was expected to be an hour plus wait but it was less than 10 minutes thanks to Adam and his manager!!! Alicia at checkout was helpful and friendly and fast!! This was the BEST customer service I have received in ANY store in years!!! Thanks Adam and the WONDERFUL Target staff!!!!!

This Target is so-so in my opinion. While the store is very clean and typically well-stocked, they have a very small food section. Another thing that annoys me is how small the aisles are and how few checkouts they usually have open. Plus, theres only like 4 or 5 self-checks that are crammed in a small space. I must say, the employees are very helpful though.

The employees are always so friendly. They provide fast service I mean as soon as you pull up and check in its a matter of a couple minutes and here they come with my order. I have 3 little ones under the age of 4 and I try not to take them inside the store during this pandemic and I really appreciate this service target offers.

This is the worst Target Nationally. Management is horrible! I rather drive over an hour to Illinois or Kentucky to receive better service. I shop Target over Walmart! But when I’m in Cape with limited time Walmart order pick up is the best service overall.

They never have what I need. They are always sold out of the sizes I need for clothing and shoes. The selection is very poor compared to other Targets I’ve been to.

Target used to be one of my favorite places to shop in Cape, and I was a regular customer for many years. Unfortunately I have found them to be quite lackluster the last few years. Their Bullseyes Playground is often just empty bins, the seasonal section has been very poorly stocked, the remodel only moved things around instead of adding better features, the bathrooms are often quite nasty, the shoe department is an absolute mess, and I have found that their prices continue to rise as the quality of their merchandise declines.

I was overcharged on an item, but didnt notice until I had gotten into my car. Went back in, asked that the item be returned as the price was incorrect...also specifically asked if the reversed funds would be immediately returned to my debit card. I was informed that they absolutely would. They were not, it took several days to see the refund. This has happened before, and Im sick of this store at this point.

Theyre always pretty fast, despite the regular huge lines. But, they still have the Target up-charge, but no produce section like literally every other Target on the planet.

It is easy for me to find what I am looking for in Target.

I love my Target. Im excited for the remodel to get finished but am sadly disappointed we once again are not getting grocery. That would greatly improve my life (not to be dramatic!). 🥰👸

Everyone here is so friendly! Plus, the employees actively look for shoppers to help. Its a very clean store with not too many shoppers. Returns are easy. Dont forget to pay with your Red Card to save 5% on every purchase, and use the Cartwheel app for even more. The pharmacy is very helpful and fast. Parking is plentiful.

I love that there is a Starbucks inside of the store. I also like to go in an buy things with a name. I was amazed with the cashier that helped me and my sister to get a gift bag ready for a bridal . It was great customer experience with that.

Extremely disappointed in Target lately, therefore I am no longer supporting their brand until they are able to truly demonstrate more of a concern for the customer base that affords them the ability to remain a solvent company. Instead of attempting to make political statements and/or forcing agendas; I would presume that the majority of their customers would prefer privacy and security when opting to enter their stores and would rather see Target spearhead a campaign to raise awareness & fund treatment for mental illness and various forms of hormonal imbalance that apparently are on the rise in todays society.

Absolutely unacceptable. Talked on the phone with someone who said that they can return my phone that has been having issues since I bought it from this store. When I arrived to electronics I was told that there is nothing they can do and that I can not return my phone.

I needed to pick up some items for a sick baby (while I’m also sick). I used the Drive Up for the first time. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but being able to order items and have someone meet me outside and drop them off in my car was amazing. I didn’t have to get out of my car, and my sick baby got to stay asleep. It was truly a blessing. This sick momma truly appreciates the service. Thank you.

Usually have good experiences here. At one time though, I had a worker flip me off, thinking I didnt see. It was very rude and has made me question coming back at all. Other than that incident, good experiences.

Typical Target. Just stopped to stretch our legs while passing through town. I will say the candy bar selection at the checkout was pretty limited.

Visited the Pharmacy and was helped with a wonderful staff. The Pharmascist was nice enough to call the doctor for a coupon, and when that wasnt enough she called him for a generic approval to make our purchase more affordable. Service was above and beyond, looking forward to my next trip up there!

This Target feels more like a Kmart than an actual Target. The aisles are incredibly small and it feels like all of the shelving units are on top of you. It doesnt ever feel clean or organized too well. I was also disappointed that they dont have a produce section like most Targets do. Also the bathrooms are incredibly disgusting.This Target is in dire need of a remodel or better yet a brand new location...

The staff is always friendly and helpful, but mostly you dont need their help; unlike other general stores that literally move their merchandise around every week to create customer confusion deliberately (Walmart), things at Target are always where you expect them to be, and still at decent prices. Also, whos gonna argue with on-site Starbucks and cup holders for your cart to carry it in?

I like Target over Walmart any day. I wish ours had the larger grocery section. Produce would be nice. Its always fun to look at what they have on clearance. I like that they have the price checker machines throughout the store.

Very fast and courteous service

This is not experience for target but rating for the pizza hut there. Alex the girl taking our order was hateful and had the nerve to tell her co-worker in front of us to make sure we didnt steal the food. Next when she came back and handed only one drink instead of two I had to pay again for a drink at full price instead of the price with the meals I purchased. After that she said I had to wait 5 minutes for my pepperoni pizza and after waiting a while I came back up and asked for my pepperoni the girl who replaced her said it would be 5 minutes. I explained to her about having it ordered a while ago she told me that they must have sold it to someone else. She did offer me a refund and accepted it. She did offer a barbeque pizza but turned it down because I was enraged. She just got on shift and none was her fault so I just left. It only takes one bad employee to ruin an experience. Now headed home angry an an empty stomach.
