I needed more tape on my package and the employee fixed it at no charge.She helped me find the fastest and most reasonable shipping. My new go to place for mailing! You can also rent a PO Box right there..very convenient indeed.

Give them a try. All the negative post are from some time ago (10 months). I drop pre-paid FedEx there all the time; from small items to things as large as bicycles. Never a negative comment is given. Always a pleasant experience. No attempts to charge for dropping a package.I spoke with them today and told them about the poor Google reviews. They informed me they had some personnel changes about a year ago.

This is the place to go in Cape Coral to deliver any type of package. They are helpful, and wrap your packages to perfection. Great for FedEx delivery.

DO NOT USE this place. They have added a $5 convenience fee for mailing packages. I had a prepaid shipping label and they wanted to charge me to walk it in the back room.Very disappointed. :(

LADY WAS VERY RUDE, ASKED TO SPEAK TO OWNER AND SAYS NO WAY. LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER AND NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. I BROUGHT IN 3 PACKAGES WITH A PRE PAID FEDEX LABEL AND SAID THERE WOULD BE A FEE AND CHARGED ME $5, $3, $1 DEPENDING ON SIZE JUST SO FEDEX COULD PICK THEM UP. TO BAD BECAUSE I WOULD OF USED THEM QUITE A BIT. I HAD NO CHOICE SO I THREW DOWN A $10 AND WALKED OUT LEAVING MY CHANGE AS THEY SEEMED TO NEED IT MORE THAN I DID.. NOT SURE HOW THEY WILL STAY IN BUSINESS. NEVER AGAIN!!

Spoke with a very nice lady on the phone she answered all my questions. There was not any extra fees . They are open from 11am till 5pm Fedex picks up between 4 and 4:30pm.

Got ok service, pulled me ahead in line w a pre-pay label, no extra charges. But the stupidest parking lot Ive ever seen, ONE entrance/exit and tight for a large vehicle.
