Does anybody now how to get in touch with them about problems? I tried to cancel my subscription, several times, they said they would, I keep getting charged, . Their phone line is always busy.

I am sick of getting a call from this company asking to update my information and to get a new credit card. I just today got a call from a William Armstrong asking for the above information when I told him I did not want to update my info he got an attitude and said he is a supervisor and he can lower my rate but cant cancel the last 20 month of my magazines. I told him I did not like his attitude and if I wanted his help to day I would have to deal with him and I better like him. I said a few choice words and hung up. I am going to the BBB and file a complaint.

They lie keep charging you after you paid them off. I will never order anything else from that company.

WARNING STAY AWAY!!! If you ever get a call from these people, youre better off hanging up the phone right away!These people lie and scam you out of, literally, THOUSANDS of dollars!!! They will try to get you to purchase a 5 years subscription of magazines for a an easy payment of 13 months then turn around after youre done and claim you still owe them even more money!! Theyve ROBBED me out of over $2000 for magazines that I havent received since 2013. STAY AWAY!!

I cannot stand this company. The woman that continues to call me, after stealing my money from me essentially, must not take any notes during her workday. I have finished paying off this ridiculous scam, and she continues to call me and tell me that I’m done with my payments. I am well aware that I am done with my payments. She does not remember who she’s calling half the time, and she sure as hell doesn’t remember that she’s called me already. Run, run, run, run, run AS FAST AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN far far away from this company. You will be harassed for YEARS, literally YEARS. From this point on, I will not EVER answer another call from Cape Coral, FL, even if my life depended on it. OMG...I cannot tell you enough. NEVER engage with these people.As another reviewer said, I hope there is a special place in hell where bastard idiots will burn forever.

Customer service is disrespectful, unethically rude they are scams and did nothing to make me happy. I do not recommend people to get nothing from here. I called to cancel order I dont have budget to pay, but did want the gift card bundle, but theres always a catch it was going to take 2 weeks to send those cards. Im a real person who fell into false advertisement. Dont waste money here. God bless you and your family. Superb magazine service, I get the magazines that I wanted on time every month. I can even change my magazines at any time! I completed all of the sponsored offers on the gift card website and I also got my gift! Its pretty simple and easy!

Absolutely a scam. Dont fall for it. Seriously if they even are a legit company then they are by far one of the worst. Absolutely horrible. Would give negative stars if I could.

I know someone that works there. Poor guy was in a tight spot and needed a job. He says they are all scams and does a silent cheer when someone hangs up on him. THESE PEOPLE WILL BLEED YOU DRY DO NOT ANSWER. They are trained to lie and manipulate the facts to get in your wallet . Been investigated by the feds numerous times but pop up with a new name every time they are shut down. You will NOT get your money back if you fall for this.

I was skeptical when I first told them I no longer wanted any magazines right after I cancelled. Then it was a ongoing drama bickering with customer representatives to the point where they said I have a pay off amount to clear all magazine subscriptions. So then I called the supervisor and he told me that he made sure everything was canceled and my information was removed plus informing me I will no longer be making any payments.

I never signed up for anything remotely close to what GCR offers, and I honestly dont remember ever signing up for ANY of their products. They have called me SEVEN times within the past TWO DAYS, and one of those calls was at almost nine oclock at night. Arent marketing companies suppose to stop at a certain time? Ive heard nothing but bad reviews about this company, and I cant answer when they do call because I am in school from 8:10 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.I dont plan on answering their calls, and I just added my number to the Do Not Call list, so hopefully the frequent calls will stop. It disturbed me that I was getting so many calls from an unknown number so frequently, and Im certainly glad i looked up the number. Not that they would have gotten any money out of me even if i had answered. I dont own a credit card, and I dont know my social security number. Heck, I dont even know my PIN! One of the perks of being a kid i suppose! XD**UPDATE:They have not attempted to contact me since adding myself to their do not call list! I am very pleased to say i have not gotten a single call from them since!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. This company uses deceptive tactics to get readers to pay $40 per month for 20 months to get newsstand-priced magazines. I tried to cancel on my wifes behalf but she got charged anyway, and their customer service is wretched; the associate pretended like he couldnt hear me cancelling the subscription. Unless this is Office Space and youre trying to buy fifty subscriptions to Vibe, avoid this scam like the plague.

Company is a complete joke. Cant believe I fell for this garbage. They sent me a form to cancel the subscription, and they will not cancel. The ladie yelled at me and said your the only one out of thousands of satisfied customers that dont understand you cant cancel. It looks like there are only one or 2 that are satisfied. I will be filing another claim on them with theInternet crime division. Won against them 8 years ago and now they are trying it again.

I have not been happy with this experience. I was promised a free iPad for completing several items - meaning spend money to get stuff. I have completed these and have yet to see my iPad. When I asked how to contact someone to get my iPad, nobody could tell me who to contact. I figured out with what Id be paying for all my subscriptions that my iPad is not really free. (That was a no brainer really, but I got sucked in). When I tried to cancel by phone I was told that it would mess up their system as they already paid the publisher for my subscriptions. Not really my problem! And to top it off, I some how ended up making double payments to speed up paying off my debt. I think this company is only out to make several hundred bucks at my expense. Do not get involved with them!

Was promised a bunch of free gifts for signing up, paid X amount every month for magazines, got signed up for FREE SAMPLES of magazines that are cluttering up my house, such as Golf Digest, difficult to deal with. No idea how long these magazines are going to keep coming, cant cancel my service. Theyre horrible.
