Needed to replace a watch band and shorten a band.After my GPS sent me in circles 2 times around Coralwood Mall, I found Diane on the street of Del Prado Blvd.Though they were busy I was quickly helped. I had my issues taken care of. ( Note: They now photograph your items when dropped off for repair along with a description. Good security procedure.)My item was fixed and other to be picked up later.A good experience.

Great place for Pandora and excellent for repairs to your fine jewelry. This was my second ring Dianes replaced the prongs around the stones for me. The rings were both beautifully done. Their Pandora selection is as nice as the Pandora Store at Coconut Pointe Mall and the staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I came word of mouth to discover this good jeweler. I just purchased a custom engagement ring from Dianne and had a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and it was completely obvious that she loves what she does. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and I would certainly recommend her, and her store to anyone.

We went to Diamonds By Dianne to have ring which is a family heirloom sized and plated with rhodium. My husband took my current engagement ring which is a size 5 so he could have the wedding band matched to that size. The owner Diane measured my engagement ring and told him that it was a 4 3/4. He did not think that was right and had her measure again and again she said it was a 4 3/4. So of course the ring is too small. Now we are having to get the ring sized up and plated again with rhodium. When I called her to let her know what was going on she told me that it was my husband fault because he requested that size which was not the case. We trusted her judgment as a professional jeweler to size a ring correctly and when a mistake was made they put the blame back on us. I do not trust them to fix the ring that they are taking no responsibility for. I am not impressed with the way they are running their business at all.

I have just returned from picking up my ring from diamonds by Dianne. I lost a diamond in my Anniversary ring; Liittle did I know it was a difficult diamond to replace because of the age of the ring. Dianne, with extrordinary effort returned my ring looking like the day it was purchased!!! I cant thank her enough for going the extra mile for me... I recommend this jewelery store highly.

Very limited selection, the girl was nice but didnt seem like she really knew what was what. We went to Jared and they blew us away with selection and customer service.
