Starbucks is truly missing the mark with this location. Not only was my drink awful it was scorching hot when I had specified warm on the mobile order, ergo there should have been zero equivocation with the temperature. The egg bites were cold. All in all, I would avoid this Starbucks like the plague. When I walked in to pick up my order, the staff seemed disgruntled by the very fact that they had a guest. Be mindful of this location as it is a quick turn off Del Prado; this unit is located in a baby strip mall next to T-Mobile and Chipotle.
Friendly helpful employees, clean, good atmosphere. If you dont like your drink you ordered and dont leave they will let you swap it for something else! I had a huge fear when I buy a drink Im not going to like it! But they help you out a lot!!! So patient and awesome employees! 10/10 recommend.
Their Sumatra coffee is one of the best coffees I’ve ever tasted no kidding…wasn’t a big Starbucks fan until I had this; even buy the Sumatra pods for home brews.
New employees working at this facility the change and customer service is very much noticeable now. Unpleasant and disgruntled young heads working here. They need to be RETRAINED in those customer/people service skills. No welcoming when walking in any longer. No smiles or pleasant tones in their voices. Seriously train these people a lot better so they can continue making someone’s day a little bit better. Some people come in just to have them greeted nicely and even see a friendly face. The former staff knew how to work under heavy volumes and yet were always happy and kind to see you and serve with a smile. You got to do better the world is bad enough to deal with bad service.
Ive always had a positive experience here. When I lived in Florida this was the place me and my friends would go and hangout and we really enjoyed it!
Consistently out out most thinks... speaker is super quiet can never hear. If this was any other business they would be out of business so poorly ran.
Five stars for friendliness of the crew.. 0 stars for the speed you can get through the drive thru. Slowest Stars I have ever been to. They should all be forced to train at the Manhattan Times Square location .
The window girl was legit sweet and pretty wow... she helped me with my nervous order as im a newer customer unaware of proper ordering of drinks. I was lead through the process, was suggested a drink of many choices and narrowed my selection. I tried the drink and blissfully enjoyed 1 hour driving and sipping a delicious blended iced coffee that made my day just a lil better than it had been going.
Starbucks has set the bar high, and this location is becoming one of my favorites. The employees are really kind, and I only wish other businesses treated customers like they do here. Thank you!

I’ve been coming here almost since this location opened and I’ve watched them grow their staff to the great crew that they are now. I love that Sophia and Lauren know me by name without having to place an order! Further, the current manager is awesome! He does such an incredible job of balancing the demands of the job with leading his team and it shows! Looking forward to watching this team continue to grow! Hope Starbucks will look at how they can continue to improve their systems to support this location!!!
Got a mobile order on Easter. Told us we had to go through the drive through because the inside was “closed”. Waited over an 2 hours for our drinks that we ordered an hour and a half ago. People are then walking inside getting their drinks and causing scenes after they told us we weren’t allowed inside and while we re patiently waiting in the drive through line. Should’ve turned off mobile orders it they were unable to fulfil the demand like the other Starbucks on Pine Island. It actually took so long to get our drinks the ice was completely melted. Would recommend any other starbucks in all of Cape Coral over this terrible, unorganized, disgrace of a coffee store. Staff was also extremely rude, and if I could give this establishment negative stars, I would.
The most unfriendly Starbucks Ive walked into and I live right down the block. My wife and I were given Starbucks gift cards will definitely wont be spending them there at that location. As soon as I waste the gift cards I will never go back to Starbucks again.

Staff may need extra training on how to handle someone who is deaf when they walk into the store. Dont just rudely start yelling at them to put mask on and keep talking behind mask after being told 3 times need to read lips if you are talking dont just shove paper in their face and yell at them. Maybe write it down first then hand paper nicely to them. Very disappointed in how that was handled considering Starbucks is a mostly inclusive company.
Good morning today I went to Cape Coral Starbucks located on Del Prado Blvd. bad service my rainbow cruch caramel frappuccino they did not add the caramel sugar that it carries, it did not have the extra caramel that i also requested i also asked for a sandwich for me and one for my daughter they took about 30 minutes to give it to me and when they did it was completely cold I made a complaint to them and they dont care. I felt discriminated against because I was black. They attended to the whites who arrived after me and me took a long time. I am completely outraged by the discrimination they did with me and for me it was a racial act, I do not know what measures they are going to take but there I will not return because even the good morning give the customer very bad treatment

Was just denied a straw for my iced chai. Told me they had to save them for other drinks. It’s like Publix saying they don’t have bags for your groceries step your game up star baby since I’m paying 10$ for 2 drinks I want straws. I don’t ever write these things but I found that situation so irritating. The women who took my order was great though. The one who made my order denied the straw. Waited in the drive thru for about a half hour for two drinks with 5 employees standing around. And still messed up with the order.

I have gone to this location for quite a while and it always takes longer than any other location that I go too. sometimes they have wait times for short lines and no wait times for long lines its really weird

Emery at the counter was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Emery made my day with his positive attitude and smile. The manager greated me as I came through the door and made the environment so light and comfortable for not only the employees but the customers as well.
Went thru the drive in at 9:15pm and waited in no line for 10 minutes. Had no one to greet me and take my order. I know you close @ 9:30 but come on
My friend needed a work spot with WiFi, so we went here to enjoy a cold drink while she worked. The employees of this location refused to allow us to sit inside, even with proper social distancing measures and face coverings.

Submitted a mobile order via app and walked up to the counter to retrieve it less than five minutes later. They do not have a rack to put the mobile orders on, rather stage everything (food and drinks) behind the counter with all the other orders. Even have a sign on the front counter to stand there to pick up mobile orders.Ignored by everyone working behind the counter. Christine was too busy to acknowledge my presence and here I was, staring at my mobile order behind the counter out of reach. Tall thin guy asked if I was Kathy, to pick up a mobile order. I said no, but was there to pick up Michelles mobile order, but he had already mentally moved on. So, I decided to experiment and see how many people it would take and how long of my standing there waiting before anyone asked why I was haunting the counter. It took over ten minutes of other customers ordering and retrieving their orders before one of the new to the area staff asked if I was there to pick up a mobile order. I said yes and she looked at me as if to say, Then why are you still standing there and havent been helped?.Not at all surprised youre working behind a counter on a Sunday morning.
I appreciate the coffee Starbucks provide and their accepting atmosphere. Unfortunately, this Starbucks has some extremely uncomfortable low chairs that hurt your back. The other options are tall tables that are less hurtful but still extremely uncomfortable. The only comfortable chairs are four leather sofas. The only reason why I visit this Starbuck is when their is no parking spots at the Starbucks in Cape Coral Parkway. I write this hoping that they change this uncomfortable chairs.
Keith and Ross are the best! They always smile, say hi, and have conversation with me when I come in. Very clean. Great place to go hang!

One of the better Starbucks to be found in the south. The location is fairly new but is kept well enough you would think it just opened. The staff were great very cheery and all said hello. This is a great example of how all the stores should be!
Store recently changed hours, looks like google has not caught up. It’s posted on their app and the store front.Great staff, friendly and helpful. My wife and I frequently visit with our dogs and they are extremely welcoming of our pets and even brought us out a water bowl to the patio!
Thank you for being so great. This morning I had car trouble in the drive thru and the staff was amazing. They helped me get my car safely to a parking spot and never made me feel like a problem even though I was messing up their morning rush. I really appreciate their kindness and understanding.

Two times now I have ordered a Iced Caramel macchiato and they handed me the drink double cupped with two lids on it. To my understanding it’s the same manager that is making me this drink. He double cups it because he puts way to much milk and the espresso can’t fit. This is the only Starbucks that messes up like this. Today I went back in to ask them to remake it and the manager got a attitude and made it seem like I wanted the drink remade for no reason. NO ONE SHOULD PAY $6.00 FOR A MESSED UP DRINK. first of all you don’t hand me a drink double cupped VERY unprofessional. And LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE DRINKS RIGHT. 80% of the employees are very unprofessional, rude and have no respect for their customers.

Make sure you call to see if they are actually open before you go to this location. This is the second time that I’ve tried to stop here midday on a weekday and found that they are closed. I don’t know if they have staffing issues or if there are other problems going on here but it’s frustrating that they don’t keep their posted hours.
I was just handed a frozen ginger loaf and was told they have to serve it frozen as they are not allowed to warm it up due to the icing. I have been to plenty of Starbucks and they have always warmed up all pastries even once with icing. I now have to wait to eat this until I get home and warm it since it is frozen.
First time I’ve been to this location! By far the best experience. I was in the cape today and I visited the spot twice. My first time was in drive thru and the girls were so friendly! They asked me my name in the drive thru which was another first for me. Amazing! I came back in later in the day and I had mobile ordered my coffee. I went inside this time and saw my drink wasn’t at the counter so I asked the guy if my drink was ready yet. He said yes, and explained to me that they keep it behind the bar so that other customers don’t touch my coffee. I wish they did that at every starbucks it seems like the sanitary thing to do. Next time I’m in the cape I will defiantly go back.
Yuck. All of the baristas look like homeless guys. My white chocolate mocha frappuccino tasted like a butter pecan milkshake. I dont know what they smoke before their shift but they didnt get it right

I spend half my salary at Starbucks. You cant go wrong with the morning Frappuccino or a macchiato. Im addicted to the butter croissants as well. Today I tried the mango dragon fruit refresher and I found it very refreshing. Thanks Starbucks for starting my day off right.
Just left this location and had the WORST customer service ever. The workers never once smiled, and were very short with us. I order a mocha frappuccino with 6 pumps of mocha, and it tasted like MAYBE 1 pump. When the worker handed my sister her drink he said, “here’s your whatever drink.” Utterly disappointed.
It was a whole concert in Starbucks at the Coralwood center this afternoon. The music bass was in full effect as I waited for my coffee. There is no way I could possible study in this cafe

I’ve always loved this Starbucks and it’s location. Everyone was always very friendly and kind. Today I changed my mind out this place. Employees were very rude telling us to leave the store in the middle of when we ordering be the store was “closing”. It was only 9:25 when the store closes at 10. We were the only people in the store besides somebody throwing something out. Blasting out very loud over the intercom “we are now closing Starbucks customers please exit immediately”, while making odd noises into the mic.That made us all very mad. While we were ordering one of the employees or manager goes and says to my friend “sorry were closing up shop” mind you it was only 9:25!!!!! While walking out very unhappy some employee opens the door for us but stops it and hits my friend. never coming back to this location again :) staff did not make anyone happy today and makes nobody feel welcome.
Love Starbucks... but not this one. Ive been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks (on vacation) and have had issues every time. First two times my order was incorrect and the last time the lid of my boiling hot Americano was not secure and spilled all over my hand and new car. Ill definitely be sticking to the Cape Coral Blvd location.

I avoid this store if I can. My drink is consistently wrong and the partners are catty. This store is too beautiful for the baristas to be so mean all the time.I once handed my tea back to the barista and asked if he could shake it (as the recipe for the drink requires, which he did NOT do) and he rolled his eyes and acted as if Id threatened to take his first born. I know shaking the teas can be annoying when youre busy, but it DOES affect the taste of the drink. I WORK for SBUX. I KNOW. But the attitude is unnecessary - its literally our job to make the drinks the way Starbucks tells us to. Its what the customers expect. It took more effort for him to be irritated with me over something so simple than it did for him to just make the drink right.EDIT 11/10/19: Still the worst SBUX Ive ever been to. All I get is a simple passion tea lemonade and its been made without lemonade the past FOUR TIMES Ive ordered it here. This drink is not complicated and it says the drink right on the sticker, therefore it can only be outright laziness of the partners. And they always act as if its MY FAULT the drink is wrong when I ask them to remake it. Dont have an attitude with me because youre uncaring and keep messing up because you dont pay attention. Thats YOUR issue.

I visit Starbucks at least five or more times a week, so I was thrilled to see this brand new and extremely convenient location... with a DRIVE-THRU (truly a blessing for us still in our pajamas!) I am unfortunately that person with the complicated order (sorry guys!), but the staff is always quick and accommodating. The manager Keith is FABULOUS and came to the drive-thru window to be sure my order was accurate and to my liking (even told me to be as difficult as I please!) My drinks have been delicious. Beautiful location with up-to-date design and technology. Well done, thank you! :)

Google says they open at 5 a.m., was just there two days ago and ordered at 5:15 and everything was perfect. Went today at 5:10, no answer at the drive thru, called and asked when they open and was told 5:30. I guess it depends on which employees are working? Just a little frustrating.
Wow, terrible service! In fact, service on this level is rare, even difficult to find. Those taking the orders, as well as delivering them, did so with indifference, disinterest, and perceived boredom. The thing is, this is actually a really good location, with plenty of power outlets and good WiFi to make extended stays viable. Its the staff that doesnt make you feel welcome.

Love Starbucks but this one is crap. Have been here 4 times in the last 2 months and every single time they have messed up. 3 of those times they messed up my order, either wrong size or wrong drink completely. The other time they got the right drink but it tasted like soured milk, ewww! Not to mention they have the longest wait times in the drive thru of any Starbucks Ive been to. Its really a shame because its in a great location the closest one to my house but I will stick with the one on CC Parkway where I never have any problems.
