Wonderful experience; very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant sales staff. I was fitted with a variety of styles and brands. Hoka was my final choice, and I am very pleased. My husband also selected Hoka. We were both fitted for orthotics, and are now waiting for them.

Great place to buy great running, and walking shoes. Owner a runner herself watch’s you as you walk to see how your gait is and then goes from there. Have always gotten great walking shoes from here. Customer service is great as well everyone very helpful. I’m only complaint would be is that you can’t look at any of their products online on the website. Other than that highly recommend this shop if you want to find long lasting and great shoes.

A little hard to find at first. Great customer service and they find the perfect shoes for you. They had to get mine ordered because none were in stock but it was worth the wait. Shoes have great support just like I wanted.

Ive bought shoes here three times, and each time the person helping me has spent ample time making sure I got the right fit and size for my extra wide feet. This isnt a store where you search stacks of boxes hoping to find your size. The staff will size your foot for you and try as many styles on you as you want. Theyll watch you walk and advise which brands will work best for you. I highly recommend the Run Shoppe for anyone needing comfortable, great fitting shoes.

Very helpful. The owner was amazing. I needed shoe cookies for my daughter they didnt carry them in store but the owner took her time while on the phone with me to look up the item I needed to see if she was able to find them and turned out she could order them. So she ordered them for me with no obligation to purchase them if they didnt work. They were the right cookies for my daughter. Will go back here again when she needs new ones. Really appreciated her time and kindness.

Great place to shop for shoes .Big selection of brands . Friendly staff clean store. Rachel always makes sure that you’re getting right supportive shoes. Even I was buying my 3rd pair of Ghost 11 she helped me and checked if it was fitting right.I do recommend this place especially if you or your kids are new to running world.

I don’t have a single complaint about this place. The store is a nice size, clean, and has a great selection. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they do push sales. The prices are the exact prices one would pay anywhere else, and I know this because prior to going into this store, I shopped around for my Brooks. I notice one or two reviews complain about the return policy, which is a shame because, I was informed of this policy prior to my purchase, making it my choice to continue to make the purchase. The average small businesses return policy is set and lets the costumer know what to expect if they need to return or exchange a product.I’m glad I stumbled across this place, and plan on returning when I need new sneakers or socks. Thank you Rachel and staff, I’m lovin’ my new Brooks.

I have been going to this establishment since inception and have always gotten excellent results and service. Their return policy is very fair (considering you are returning used shoes) and the staff is very knowledgeable on all aspects of running and equipment. If you want to run injury free you need to see these folks! Recommend highly!

Fantastic shoes. I bought a pair of running shoes 3 years ago for running and exercising. The shoes were around $100. I felt welcome in the store, and the owner helped pick out a pair of shoes that matched my gait. 3 years later, the shoes still hold up just fine!

Best shop for running shoes. Expect to go for multiple trial runs while your movements are evaluated for the most successful fit. Really knowledgeable owner that cares and is also aware of ones budget. This is the only place I go for running gear and advice.

We are very busy with work, and our daughter attends school, volunteers, runs track, and is an avid 5K runner. We needed new practice shoes for our daughter because the backing broke on them suddenly. Shoe buying for her is often, and routine, does not take long. She knows size, and type of shoe she wants. We zipped from Port Charlotte to this running shop in Cape Coral with 10 minutes before closing only to find they closed early. We arrived at 4:50, they close at 5. All the lights were off and the door was locked. Rude and inconsiderate to have hours posted and close so early. We ended up going to Peltz, where they had better hours, etc.

You wont go out with bad shoes. They really fit you with the Best shoes for your feet.

I am extremely disappointed in the run shop! The owner will only do exchange and gift cards no refunds. They based that off of Brooks return policy. So I called Brooks they said 100% money back guarantee and free shipping back. Unfortunately I purchased them threw a brick and mortar store and not directly threw the manufacturer. So for now on Im going the way of most consumers and going to use stores like the run shop to try on product but buy them threw the manufacturer.
