We have been shopping at Talk of the Town for 11 years We have bought furniture, pictures, baskets, dishes, and decorative home goods. It is our favorite consignment shop. The owners and staff are terrific to work with. We highly recommend their store, but go more than once so you don’t miss out!!

Great prices and quality. I needed some new clothes for work. I got 4 shirts, a flannel, jeans, and a bikini (not for work haha) all for 28$. Some really nice stuff. Ive also gone there for workout clothing which was also very affordable. People who work there are also nice and friendly.

Love this boutique! They are closing Nov 30 due to lease. Will be moving to their other location in November. Best of Luck!!

This place is going out of business end of October I think he said. Has half off of all stuff in the store but new additions. They too will be discounted.... THEN and only then will the prices be what they should have been all along!

Owners, family and staff are always respectful, helpful, and they make every shopping experience a pleasant one.In my opinion, this consignment shop is the best in Cape Coral & Ft. Myers.(where they have another of their consignment shops)

My daughter and I looked for a dresser for her room about a year ago. The store was clean, organized and items were in great shape. At first I didnt find a dresser until the owner noticed me about to walk out and asked if I needed anything. He then assisted me in finding one of the dressers. He was also nice to my daughter. After agreeing to buy it, my husband and I came back later to pay and pick it up. The owner helped my husband carry it into our truck, which we didnt even ask him to do, but out of courtesy, he helped us. I would give 6 stars if I could. The dresser is still in great shape and looks great in my daughters room. I definitely will be coming back to this place when I need something.

This is my go-to store when I come to the area. I wish I could take so many of the furniture, accessories back on the plane with me! I have always found the employee nice and he mentions the tag sales of the day!

Great price, awesome clothes and great people

Nasty owners and employees. Zero customer service skills. They always act like youre interrupting them and a burden on them when you want to consign something or buy something. They forgot to give me a bag of clothing, kept my change and provided me with no receipt. When I called back I was hung up on and told I would get a restraining order placed on me by the manager that screamed at me manically over the phone. Dont waste your time with these nutty ladies.

Im a fan of thrifting and I had a great experience here! Morris was very friendly and polite! The Store is clean and organized! I went in for a wallet, left with 3 bags a wallet and a vanity mirror!

I have consigned and purchased with Talk of the Town in Cape Coral over the years and the owner and his employees have always been very personable and helpful and prices are affordable!

Brought my stuff in to sell, guy at the counter was on the phone the entire time not paying too much attention to me, - he told me that everything had to be steamed pressed and put on hangers which outrageous considering most of the stuff I had still had the shelf tag on it from the original store I bought it from.. why would it have to be steamed/pressed if it’s straight off the shelf?A new customer came in behind me with some stuff wanted to put on the sales floor, and he rudely told me to “move my stuff off his counter” and “get out of his way” so he could help the new customer.Needless to say, I will not be doing business here and will not be shopping here. So sad because I loved the idea of a consignment store in this part of Cape Coral.. but I will not put up with being treated that way. Needless to say; you lost yourself a customer.

They wouldn’t even look at my clothes. Apparently clean folded clothes in a rubbermade tub is not considered acceptable. Lady wouldn’t even come from behind her desk to see them nor greet me. Not welcoming at all. Wish they would publicize that they only accept clothes “pressed on hangers”. Lady said all clothes must be pressed and on hangers. Hangers are not an easy way to transport large amounts of clothes to consign. Clothes I brought in weren’t wrinkled, were properly folded, and all were name brand like Columbia, Nike, Banana Republic, etc.Major Waste of Time! I’ll donate my clothes and take a tax write off instead.
