Very nice clothing, the store was very organized as well, the only problem was the big lines. There is a cashier I think her name is spelled yolaisy, she was very fast and friendly! Probably the fastest cashier there.

They have construction going on on the roof so a lot of the store is closed off. There was also one line with 3 cashiers. It took a while to get out. If you have any medical conditions, considering waiting until they have finished their cosmetic work. Other than that there was some very nice things in there with great prices! The store was very neat. Cant wait until their work is done. It would be nice to have electric carts for customers with medical issues. This is a very big store.

Very nice store with unbeatable prices! Honestly they have the best quality and name brands for a fraction of the cost of other places. I just bought two Nautica suitcases for 39.99$ each and other stores had the same one for almost double. They also have the best prices for clothes as well. I definitely give this store 5 stars!

My daughter favor store she find everything she wants and good prices

I love the store but several times waiting in line has been an issue. One time for example we were in line for at least 25 mins 3 registers open the girls ringing up were so very very slow and so very unfriendly. Then 3 other employees walked up we all in line thought they were coming to help the .very ling line but nope they decided to sit there and just chitchat then walked away. There were probably at least 15 ppl waiting to be helped some just put there stuff down and walked out. That is usually the only problem I have when i go there. The cashiers are very slow and very unfriendly. Also I dont get what the reward program is all about. Or the member program what ever it is. They should give us some points to get money off after spending so much. They type in our phone number but i dont understand what it is for.

Mediocre selection of plus size clothes. Ok prices. Got a couple of bathing suits on a super good close out sale. Only reason for 3 stars. Luckily they fit because no dressing rooms available. Very hard to shop for clothes when you can only buy and return but not try anything on. I cant try something on that someone else tried on but I can buy a piece of fruit 89 other people have touched. This is getting out of hand.

Low stock and poor quality of mech. I have noticed that the SWFL locations do not haas good of selections of inventory compared to bigger cities ie Atlanta, Ga.

There was a good selection of clothes my size to choose from and the prices at Burlington are decent. Not as low as Ross or maybe even Marshalls, but still a good deal in any case.

This will be the third weekend I have been in there and theres nothing new the store doesnt have nothing thats of interest Ive walked the whole store and nothing and HomeGoods it really has been boring the last three weekends sorry nothing to buy but just one blouse today.

I wouldnt even give it one star but you must to post your review. I dont understand why the store is open unless they are having a going out of business sale. The store is 95% empty. Everything they have is all bunched together and the rest of the store is completely bare.

Store doesnt have much variety of clothing anymore! I use to love that store!

Very clean so far. Nice selection compared to other Burlington coat factories. Everything is really organized and clean and in nice condition. Also every one is very nice, staff is very nice. Other Burlington coat factories seem to have a super messy store but this one is still very nice and new.

Fast easy cheap

Worse experience ever. They way you are handling the lines is a disaster nobody is doing social distancing. I had my sister waiting in line while me and my husband were shopping to avoid being so close to other people. We got to the line and some customer got upset and went to complain to the store manager saying that we were cutting in the line. Store manager handle the situation horrific demanding us to go back to the end of the line. We put our stuff back and left the store. Terrible customer service

Always seem to find what we are looking for. They also put out more merchandise than the floor space holds making it difficult to navigate.

Here, too, in the relatively new home of Burlington, there is the usual large selection of clothes. Everything is new here, so shopping is of course even more fun. We were here in May 2018 and found the selection here terrific. You have to be careful with the price, but you can really get great bargains here. You should take your time and look carefully at the prices. A visit here could literally be worthwhile.
