He even put our plate on the truck.He met all of our requirements and made the purchase an extremely pleasurable experience. They discriminate based on age/appearance. Would not allow test drive on a 55k vehicle today without an application but we test drove a 58k truck 6 months ago with no issues, maybe we were dressed nicer this day? I am not sure how you’re suppose to decide if you want to put in an application if you haven’t driven the vehicle, I’m not denting my credit to drive a vehicle that I may not enjoy driving. Cadillac will be earning my business instead.

I should have went here first! I went to places all over town. I walked in and was greeted and helped out by Zachary Martinson. Great guy knew what to do showed me cars within my needs and got me a car right away. This was the first place a manager greeted me and offered me water! The manage C.J was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information. Great place definitely coming back for my next car!

I would avoid this dealer.Purchased a ram 3500 at top dollar. On my drive home the check engine light came on for transmission issues. Truck was diagnosed as needing a new transmission. So the truck was sold to me with a bad transmission. Evidence of metal in the oil pan. Low line pressure and torque converter codes. Pan had silicone on it as it if it was tampered with before a sale. Dealer was hard to get a hold of to see if they could help with the issue. They would not help with any repair cost in this situation. The bottom line is they sold the truck with a major mechanical issue at top dollar and would not help make the situation right by assisting a penny to the repair cost. If the dealership was worried about maintaining a good reputation, their interest would be in trying to maintain a happy customer under the circumstances. At this point I feel ripped off and scammed.The salesman I dealt with was very professional, quick and helpful during the sale. Ultimately its up to his manager what they would do on my situation. Great selection of cars. Didnt like the first sales associate bc he assumed I spoke Spanish. After he brushed me off to a another associate - Mr Felix Ramos. Fortunately he approached us in a positive professional level. Clean store and personal greeting from the management. Unfortunately the numbers were not meeting our expectations. Still a positive experience. The follow up call for possible business was useless, based on an argument bc of an incorrect misleading online pricing. Interrupting conversation with no answers gave us a bad aftertaste.

Original appointment time set for 9:00 am on 07/17/2021. I called the dealership the day before to confirm as I hadn’t heard from anyone. Thankfully I did because my appointment time was changed to 8:00 am. I was told that my car would be ready no later than 10:00 am for the reprogramming of the power train control module, oil change, tire rotation and car wash. Got my car back 3 hours later at 11:00 am, tires weren’t rotated, how do I know this?? I mark my tires and the car wash wasn’t done either. Makes me wonder if my recall and oil change were done. I was never kept informed of the progress on my car or if there were any recommendations. Poor customer service!!

By far worst place Ive been to, in my life. Service on my car was done, charged for parts that were never replaced. Got charged $4000. Had to bring car back 2 weeks later, for same problem. They tried to charge me $1500 for a water pump ... who does that!! Finally got the car back 3 weeks later, while driving it for 2 weeks, my oil light is back on. THIS WAS THE FIRST REASON WHY I BROUGHT THE CAR IN, IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Charged all this money and light is still coming on. Im gonna get media involved and get a lawyer. Im also taking it to another shop!

Several times I’ve come in to complain about an electrical problem (seat belt sensor issues, cruise control randomly turning off, etc) and why NONE of my airbags went off when I got T-Boned. Today I took my Jeep in for an oil change and complained again about how unsafe my vehicle is. They were quick to try to get me to purchase a new car. I got my Jeep back with only the oil change. Nothing said about the electrical problems. Not to mention they put the wrong millage on my oil change sticker. Pretty sure you’re supposed to get an oil change before 20,000+ miles. I would not suggest this dealership to anyone.

Jose Gaston was my salesman and he was awesome! Very helpful, nice and made the buying process very easy. I bought a used vehicle that could tell it was smoked in and Jose made sure it was detailed and had disinfected of any bad smell before he let me bring it home. It took a few days to be able to bring it home but it was worth it. The vehicle has a new car smell to it now and it was all thanks to Jose and the great people that work there that go above and beyond.

Called about a lifted Gladiator. I had a new Rubicon that I loved but wanted to go back to my higher lift. I asked for a ballpark on my trade and it was more then fair and peaked my interest enough to make the trip... I am so happy I did. We worked out a deal that I was comfortable with. The sales people were not pushy ( I had Marty a nice, and real guy) .finance manager was very nice and the floor manager was the last cog in working out my deal. I love my new Gladiator. I have dealt with a good dozen jeep dealers in my life and 2 of them I would recommend in the area. Go see Jay and see what they can do for you !

It is rare to find a car salesman (or any professional for that matter) with such integrity. In order for me to discover how deeply committed he was to my satisfaction, I have to disclose that I was highly disgruntled for a period of time. Having said that, Daniel along with the used car manager, Rocky, went to great lengths to rectify the issues I was having. They sent my Ford F-250 to the best mechanic in the Lee/Collier area (Jordan at Wicked Customs who deserves the credit for the hands on work). There is no denying that Daniel and Rocky both care greatly that what they are selling is quality. I will be forever grateful.
