Tropic is the best ice cream shop in this area. They have a wide selection of really good flavors. I got two scoops with Salty Carmel Truffle and Cold-Brewed Caramocha. The ice cream was very creamy and the flavors were on point. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and quick.

Midnight Caramel River in a chocalate dipped cone was delicious. Dark chocolate, Caramel and vanilla ice cream. Very accommodating and great service. I called while in the parking lot and the owner came out to take my order and brought it back out to me.

Beware of the deceptive specialty cone signage and practice. There are no regular cones on display. The only small sugar cones shown upfront will you cost even more than the stated waffle cone up charge. The expensive ice cream is even more expensive than you think. Then they will chalk it up to a pleasant misunderstanding. Wash, rinse and repeat.

Amazing! Great variety of Hersheys flavors. This little ice cream shop is tucked away but on the main strip. The service is impeccable. I wish I got her name (possibly the owner) is so friendly and accommodating. The lady got a flavor from the back for me! She custom made a sundae not on the menu and even asked what flavor I wanted on the bottom. Who does that?! Cheap prices considering the amount of ice cream you get with it. You must try this little gem. We will definitely be going back!

They had 36 flavors of very delicious ice cream to choose from in a sweet little store. The prices were very reasonable. very friendly and kind service. Very highly prized place to get ice cream in Cocoa Beach. My wife and I LOVE to go here. Gloria will make special orders if requested. She makes her own Italian Ice flavors and makes classic milkshakes as requested, and sells popular flavors of Hershey ice cream, in both cones and cup servings. I counted these reviews, and found only 1 negative one - a year ago when this ice cream shop was first opened. Virtually everyone gives it 5 stars. We do too.

The service and the ice cream are phenomenal! When we are in Cape Canaveral. This is our first stop and we are there at least 4 times a week! Can’t get enough of this place. It’s not just the ice cream.... it’s also the happy greeting from Pablo and Gloria that bring us back. Highly recommend Tropic Ice Cream!

The size of the portions have gotten ridiculously small, especially for the price. The double scoop cup is now the size of a child baby cup and the 2-scoop cone I ordered had scoops that were the size of golf balls... smaller than the width of the sugar cone it was on.In addition, when you walk in with a large family, you would expect the owner to get excited...but instead, the whole experience seemed like a major inconvenience for him.In addition, the ice cream was melting when it was placed on the cone, so they are obviously keeping the freezer temperatures higher than normal. Who knows, maybe the. business is struggling and they are trying to hang on by cutting corners.We had a similar experience with his wife a few months back, and said we wouldnt go back, but when the kids asked us, we figured wed give them one more shot.But we wont be going back... I would rather give my money to someone who appreciated our business and who wasnt so obvious about wanting to make the most money and delivering the least amount of value possible.

This place was amazing my kids and I loved it very much we loved the colors on the wall and the decorations my little one loves Elsa and Anna so she was at all with it the ice cream was so so good and lots of flavors to pick from the man behind the register I think his name was Pablo was very nice and caring to my kids and very helpful to show us all the flavors he was very awesome definitely will go back again soon will recommend this place to all your family nice to see there still places like this still around have a good one

Gloria is amazing and makes you feel comfortable in her Tropical themed paradise of Ice Cream. She carries over 32 + different flavors. I personally loved the bourbon and Coconut Almond. Great play area for the children. Overall great place to grab some Ice Cream to cool you off after a day in the sun!

Omg, I was so excited about writing a review and I realized how crazy this other persons review sounded. One-star! Must be one of those families that show up wanting to try every single item in the shop for free. By the time theyve tried all samples theyve walked away with a medium sized bowl at no cost.I was in the area with my family of 5 and really wanted to give this place a try. I had been eyeing this place for days. It looked very welcoming, chairs outside and all. Let me tell you something, I was welcomed immediately with a smile and I must say it was like talking to family. I was able to chat with Pablo for a little while as my kids were able to play. I was so relieved to sit down and enjoy some me time.Our servings were more than plenty. Definitely tasty and boy did I love the price. I cant believe I can purchase fresh and delicious 😋 ice cream, for all of us, under $20. Where do people even find that?They dont have that kind of prices at Dairy Queen, Baskin Robins or Friendlys.This is beyond me! Gotta have more! Yum!
