Usually my walk in service in this store has been sub par. However I was pleasantly surprised by Rizwan. He not only knew what he was trained to do tech wise, but his people and customer service skills are excellent

A shout-out to the cape Canaveral metro pcs. They are who I always go to when I want to get things done and right. Courtney was my sales girl there last week and she did an excellent job. She was very helpful! And took the time to answer all my questions. Its always a bonus when the owner is there. He always greets you with a friendly smile.

Courtney is a delight and always so helpful and knowledgeable on all products available in store..and I just love dealing with her when I pay my bill or purchase new products

Sold me defective phone wouldnt work for hours then while on the phone with them my phone shattered from my thumb to my middle finger...they told me to bring it in yesterday bc it didnt work in the first place then told me to screw off after spending 80$ a phone that doesnt work...

We arrived at 6:52. Guy was at door locking up. Totally ignored us, also did not answer the phone when we called. Looked up at us, but was ready to go home asap apparently. Anyways, says online they close @ 8. Door said 7. Knew exactly what we needed and had cash in hand. Closing early is the kiss of death for a business.

I went to this MetroPCS store and the owner of the store refused to help me. My phone had no service i asked him about my service and he said his phone worked fine and my account was fine and said it was my phone took my phone to a cellphone repair shop phone was fine and so i go back to the metro stores where the guy wouldnt let me call customer service line on the store phone and my phone didnt work for outbound calls, he refused to help me and i had to go to another service provider so i can have a working phone and told me i could have a refund when i had the service for less then 4 day

Awesome service

The service at this retail location has always been great, but tower problems in Cape Canaveral (since Hurricane Irma TWO years ago) makes for HORRIBLE reception when reception is even available, leading to many dropped calls. TWO YEARS!!! I am over it! Shopping for a new service provider!

The staff is always friendly and attentive, they help me and answered all my questions and complete the process in a few minutes. Clean store, Wonderfull experience.

Deceptive Trade Practices

Makes all of my phone needs way easier. Plus the guys that are inside are always very kind and efficient.

Still zero stars. 3/21/2019. We needed to upgrade our phones from the purchase we made here at this store (see earlier review below), and we did not upgrade at this store. We went to Rockledge instead. I needed a cover for my phone, so I came here and the guy said he was giving me a discount of $20 from $29.99 for the same exact one that I found on ebay for $8 (or even less). I told him Ill take my chance.The sister store to this one South on A1A shut down and merged with this one. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.Zero stars. We were told we were eligible to upgrade our phones (2 of them). We were NOT told only 1 of the 2 was eligible for the rebate promo Jan-Apr 2017 of $59 back. They did not tell us only 1 rebate per household. We are out $89 total because of them. They will only sell you a phone, no repairs. They only care about the sale, not you. The mgr Steven even admitted he knew about this policy. To me I feel duped into the sale without knowing the policy because I was not told. This store needs to be shut down. All they care about is making the sale. BTW, the accessories can be found on ebay for about 1/3 of the cost!

Worst experience ever, Ive been with metro for 3 months, I have been through 3 phones already, the Kyocera hydro wave, since day one I have to reset phone 10+ times a day, constantly freezes, dropped calls and now wont charge, have been to the store multiple times, no satisfaction( first time within one week of getting the first phone) they say there is nothing they can do. August 18, thank you for providing a temporary solution for the problem

I went to this location last month to combine two phone lines in the two the two for $80 when I went in to talk to the gentleman that was at the counter I gave him my name and my phone number first because that was a name and phone number I wanted to count under he said okay no problem he continue to do the combining of the two accounts when he got all done and I pulled my account up on my phone it showed the name of the other person I told him this is not what I want I want the account in my name with my phone number he said okay no problem this month I went to pay the bill there was a problem they told me my bill was $53 so I paid that bill knowing that it should have been 80 today they shut my phone off what should have been the main number and left the second number on
