Excellent service & quality work. Have done upgrade work on my truck & Im very pleased!

These guys are devoted to their customers. Had been using them for a few months for maintenance, then had a collision with a pothole that completely destroyed the front end on my pickup. Insurance claims office gave me the run around and fed me so many excuses as to why they were about to deny the claim, and the management at Coffman went to bat for me with the insurance company. Not only did they make the process bearable, but my truck is in better condition than what it was before the accident. Definitely would recommend to any diesel owner.

Sent truck in for 4x4 issues and some ac work along with front end work. After 4 months got the truck back still had 4x4 issues took it back 3 months later still hadnt looked at. Got the truck back and got to looking at it found bolts missing and lose along with the ac line they replaced leaking with the new and old orings on the hose.

Was refered here by another shop.They took time out to check my daughters reduced power message on her duramax and go over the issues with her.Got her and here horses back on the road.No appointment and no charge.Good to know theres folks like this around when your kids 10 hours away at college!!!THANKS!!

These guys are very impressive with the work they do. And was reasonably completed in about 2 weeks. I am happy with the upgrades that were presented to me and for the price as well. And nearly a year later they still know who I am. And that is REALLY impressive to me. I would recommend Coffman to anyone.

I had my 2004 F-250 here for over a month and they could not tell me what was wrong with it. Every time I called up there, they were either to busy moving trucks or not in the office. It’s difficult to find a good tech for a 6.0 Ford. Brent mentioned that he’ll call me in a couple of days but never got I a call. When I went to pick up my truck to take it to another shop, there was another customer there to do the same. Said they’d call him back and he had to show up to pick up his truck as well. I brought my truck here since I heard nothing but good things from this shop.

Well, where do I start.........this place had quite a few good reviews and I heard a lot of good things about them. I cant say they are bad....because they never really worked on my truck. I just think their customer communications could be much better. I know they are a very busy place, but wasnt aware they only had two mechanics working when I scheduled my truck in and about 50 trucks to work on at all times.....so you do the math. I called and made the appointment on a Wednesday, they told me my appointment would be that next Monday....so I waited and dropped it off then and spoke to the guy that runs the shop about my problems with the truck....and he was very nice. A week went by, then two weeks, finally I called and they said they had the truck scheduled to be looked at in the shop the next day. What? I thought my appointment was to weeks ago? Anyway....Im a pretty easy going guy and have run a shop bigger than this with 13 mechanics, so I know its common for unexpected things to come up....so I just said ok and waited. Almost another two weeks go by and I heard absolutely nothing from them. I finally just went there and told them I was there to pick up my truck because I needed it. I was still very nice and talked to the same guy I talked to before. ....and thats when he explained to me about the two guys and 50 trucks....he said his other mechanic did briefly look at it but couldnt figure out the problem, so then it was in line to be looked at by him. He was very nice and gave me a free bottle of oil additive and didnt charge me anything and said that might solve my problems. Well, Ive used the additive and it didnt help. In all fairness they seem like great guys and I would of liked for them to work on my truck. I just dont think they have enough quality help and have poor customer communications. I have no doubt they do good work....I just cant wait for months to get my truck fixed. So if you think you want to use them.....you might want to be aware of that unless things have changed. I drove 8 hours to get this work done on my truck These guys did awesome on my truck no issues they are very professional just purchased a gen 5 and getting ready to set up for another trip to do the same work.Keep up the good work guys.

I’m from out of town and desperately needed an opinion on a repair to make sure I could get home safely. Brent dropped what he was doing drove the truck around and checked it out in the shop to make sure it wasn’t a major issue that was going to leave me stranded on the side of the road going home. I would stop here in a heart beat because their customer service is the best.

Dont waste your time with this place. Ive been trying to call them for over a month for a performance upgrade and all I ever get is voicemail. And they refuse to return a simple phone call. If they dont want a new customer all they have to do is call back and say so. Ill try to find somebody else will do the work I want. And the worst part is I was referred to them by a previous customer

As far as customers go I am one of the most difficult. I have limited funds and was on a road trip from Michigan to Alaska and broke down. These guys helped fix my exhaust and tune my computer for me Duramax same day. They did it for a good price too. Then I had my computer go out in the Yukon Canada and they jumped to help me with a new tune and get me back on the road. Could not be more happy with them. Thanks again guys!
