We love this place! The coffee is really good with some unique options and their pastries are absolutely to die for, especially the lemon blueberry strudel. Another thing I love is that for their iced coffee they use frozen coffee ice cubes instead of regular ice so that as it melts it doesnt water down your coffee! The place is really cute too. Theres no inside seating, but the outside is so welcoming Id never sit inside anyways

If youre anywhere near here and you dont stop at Kafekali and Bakery youve made a terrible mistake. Everything in here is hand made by the owner (supported by her husband/ co owner) every morning and you can tell all the pastries are infused with love and passion. The only bear claw Ive had that comes close to this one was at the Mazama Store in the far reaches of the North Cascades in Washington. Everything here is insanely delectable and crafted by a couple living out their dream by bringing the world wonderful pastries and coffee!

Amazing pastries and amazing drinks here! Caught this place on my way out of a weekend getaway with some friends, and I did not regret it! The girl working here named Brooklyn was amazing and gave such good recommendations when they had run out of a few items on the menu. Definitely world class customer service. I will definitely be stopping here again when I am back in town!

Funky, artsy coffee shop near Canyon Lake. I thought the vanilla latte was pretty good and looking forward to trying the pastry treats I bought to take home. Plenty of outdoor seating but it’s all close to the busy road so not very peaceful. I’ll come back on our future Tour De Cafe!

This bakery is the perfect little pit stop. Pump those brakes and pull over, youll be glad you did. Hot drinks are all comforting and the harvest muffins, ham and cheese and cookies were amazing. Had to go back the next day (and would go every day if I could).Must try: the Brookie, half brownie, half chocolate chip cookie

The most charming little Cafe Ive seen in a long time. Super friendly people and a nice outdoor space to sit and eat.The food that we had was DEEELIICCIOUUSS!Aztec coffee had a nice aroma and taste, definitely recommended.The Cuban empanada was scrumptious and the jalapeno+cheese kolache was one of the better ones Ive had.Finished everything off with a lemon raspberry strudel that was...guess what? DEEELIICCIOUUSS!!...The only negative I can think of is that this place is too far from where I live, or Id be here all the time.Support this business, have some awesome food!

I ordered a custom birthday cake this past Tuesday to be ready for pickup on Sunday. Christine helped me from start to finish & I couldn’t ask for a more hospitable person than her! I had to make one change on Thursday & she didn’t sound irritated one bit.Not only did the cake turn out the way I liked it to [something pretty with little frosting], but it tasted delicious! It was moist & rich. The chocolate cake was every bit the price I paid for considering its thickness, which was about 4-5 inches tall.

Super delicious pastries and coffee. I recommend trying a danish and their Aztech blend coffee with no sugar and a little bit of cream. Wonderful service and atmosphere!

This place is perfect. Wonderful food, delicious drinks, a polite, friendly staff, adorable outdoor seating in shaded spots, and a great vibe. We went twice in the two days we were there because we were so charmed by it. Definitely recommend.

We love this little coffee house. The baked goods are super fresh and tasty. I had a latte and went back later for a mango smoothie. Everything we tried was fantastic. The staff is friendly and the building and grounds are very relaxing.

Found this artsy cute coffee and bakery stand. Me and my little one have enjoyed trying a new delicious pastry each time and I enjoy my latte. The employees are super friendly and that’s what I was missing from other coffee shops locally that I was used to being a transplant from Washington! This is now my go to stand

Yummy, worth it! This nice place was filled full of freshly made pastries with knowledgeable staff. A Ham & Cheese bundle & a strudel were my choices.

We are from Corpus Christi and I was looking for a new place to getaway with my wife. We found a romantic cabin, swam at Canyon Lake Dam, and on way back to cabin found this gem. Delicious breakfast sandwich that was toasted was amazing, wife had the chicken salad that was just as delicious and I also got a kolache.....worth the stop, thank you. Oh and we got some sweets for later. All sourced local ingredients and all fresh made......mmmmmmmmmm.

Amazing selection. Reeses cookie actually has huge chunks of real reeses! Cuban empanada is so good! And a nutella filled croissant was pretty good too. Owner is very nice, if Im in this area again I will definitely be back.

Saw this place while om vacation walked in the staff was super nice but unfortunately thats where it ended. The coffee was horrible, and i actually was served a reheated crossiant breakfast sandwich that was cold in the middle. If your going to be reheating things you really should make sure it heats all the way through.

This place has 2 of the sweetest ladies serving the coffee and Bakery items. Bear claws are awesome heated and the cold coquito mocha coffee is great! Hill Country coffee destination!!

Only 6 minutes from Jellystone park and the pastries were as good as they look. And they looked straight out of a french patisserie. I had the Aztec brew. It was a great choice.

Charming and wonderful! The flaky pastries were perfect! The cuban empanadas were delightfully delicious with their crisp poppy seed crust! We tried one of everything over the course of our stay and loved it all! Next time we will need to order a pie or a cake!

This is one of the best places to get fresh pastries. The caramel danish was the best we have ever had. The egg, 6 cheese and spinach breakfast pastery was delicious. I cant wait to try the cinnamon roll. All handmade!We already have our order in for Christmas Eve morning.A must try if you are looking for a gem on the lake.

The worst coffee I had in a long time. I ordered a cappuccino specifically asking to have it only half way full with milk. The lady reassured me that she will make it this way. I received a full cup of milk slightly flavored with coffee instead. I went to change it, there was a different lady who tried to make my coffee 2 more times. First time she made an americano with milk, and second time a cappuccino with only slightly less milk than the 1st time. It was undrinkable and I just had to leave this cup in the table

The pastry was excellent and the coffee ☕was really good. I had an Americano and my wife had a Frappuccino. Both were only surpassed by the service and hospitality of Susanna. I assume she is the owner but I didnt ask. We will definitely be back.

Had the most delicious pumpkin pie spiced chai latte I have ever tasted! We also got the pumpkin pie machiatto and that was a nice addition on a cold morning. Sweet folks at the window with amazing talents. Happy we stopped here! Needed this for my soul. Will be back! Hopefully sooner than later.

Upon request, Christine recommended the days best-of-the-best: the lemon-blueberry strudel. It was utterly stunning in its deliciousness: first tart tangy lemon assertively greets the tongue, immediately followed by creamy blueberry sweetness, eveloped in tender, flaky icing-drizzled pastry. (My mouth is watering as I write this.) I added one of their stellar cappuccinos, and came close to heaven on earth.Then, she cheerfully and generously took time to share her recommendations of the best places in the area to visit while were in town. Cant wait to go back and sample more of their menu.Please note, there is very limited seating inside, but theres some nice outdoor seating, and a drive-up window for to-go orders.

We’re visiting the lake for the weekend and found this little gem! Everyone was so kind and accommodating with our large order and lots add ons. We will be coming every morning now!

Won’t dunk on this place with a lower rating because I feel that’s unfair, but my only chance to visit this place ended up that I never got to enter the store. 11AM, not a Wednesday, sign says open. No one manning the drive thru, so I joined the long line of people outside and waited. And waited. And waited more until we all left. What’s the deal? If there’s no indoor seating due to social distancing, why is there a capacity wait? I was really hyped to try your food and coffee but I’ll never get another chance, I’m only visiting Canyon Lake. Hope y’all figure this problem out because I’m sure potential other leaving crowds of customers want to as well.

Waited 30+ minutes for a small coffee and medium Americano that was transformed into a small upon delivery. Very disappointing considering all of the glowing Google reviews. Observations......use the drive through. Walk in customers are not priority.
