Horrible experience. Wish I could give it zero stars. My husband and I came in a few months ago to look at a 2017 ram 2500 and had a good experience at first (other than the fact that they illegally smog their vehicles and told us we would need to continue to do that if we purchased the truck). We got all the paperwork ready and they approved us, we were told we just needed to wait a couple days for them to replace a bad fuel filter and for the smog to “pass.” To this day, they have NOT called us back. We have made multiple attempts to reach out to them, left voicemails, etc. Nothing. Completely ghosted us. I suppose they were not happy with the deal we had negotiated on (my husband is also a car salesman so he knows how things work and the games that car salesman play to make more money off of you). We ended up agreeing on a good price (they would still be making a couple grand), but I guess it wasn’t enough because they have not returned any of our phone calls. They likely sold the truck to someone else since they could get more money from them. Overall, just a horrible experience. Incredibly unprofessional staff who have no integrity. It was a blessing to not purchase a vehicle from this place. Hopefully their business is shut down since they illegally smog their vehicles. Please take your business elsewhere. Citrus Ford in Ontario was wonderful with us. Quick, easy, and they actually stuck to their word.Edit: You guys were not “forthright” about anything. The last time we spoke, we had agreed on selling a vehicle. Say whatever you want, but you know the truth and you know that YOU never reached back out to us or told us anything. I left messages with your receptionist, left voicemails, and never heard from you guys again. To this day, we still have no idea why. We can only assume it was because you weren’t happy with the deal we settled on. At least be straight forward and call and tell us instead of keeping us in the dark. This “business” is just pathetic and unprofessional.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! If I could give this company zero stars I would. This company sales lemons. The cars they sale are not in running standard. They give you false information and sale cars with check engine lights on. This company claims the light will go off, but it never did. A couple of weeks after purchasing the car it started to shut off while I was driving and left me stranded on the side of the road. Go to an actual reliable car dealership, so you can experience a stress free transaction. You will also save your money and time.

Owner stands by his word! He went out of his way and paid out of pocket to ensure the car I bought was everything he promised. I’ll absolutely be a repeat customer. 🙌🏻
