All fedex is bull . I paid for a package shipped in 2 days but where is it? Its in Tennessee well Im in Ohio. And lies and the go around spending Xtra to get my medical strips for.my blood. You people lie. Im so upset Im gonna cry . I just lost my sister I need these. Guarantee in 2 days quit lying. My fiance sent them as I have a machine. Well let me tell you. I hope you people dont use them they lie .and you cant understand a thing they say. Even when they transfer you Beware I wont ever do business. This is a medical emergency. They dont care. Done. Ok now I get attitude from them . Now I hope you dont use fed ex to mail packages. I had a guy well I wont say but he said he couldnt promise me. I never had problems til now. Good luck and mail Christmas in Sept they may get there. Yes I called alot they couldnt give me an answer. Well good luck i hope you dont get the run around. We think they lost our package. Well we will ask for all monies back. Not good business not calling customer and let them know. Shame on them and their people who lie to you. Im still waiting on a call been 2 weeks good luck. Update they lost my medical strips. Through all 10 callers e mails lies finally. Not good business . Now claim form and get our money back REALLY. Please people use ups or get insurance. The company that we ordered from shipped 7 smaller boxes in one large box and the 8th box in the order was just delivered separate. Well we had to return all 8 and there was only 1 return bar code so all needed to be in the same box. Brian at the Whipple Print Shop did some magic and made it all fit which was no easy task. Saved me a lot of frustration, running around and time.
Delivery was supposed to be yesterday (Friday). App then updated to Monday 29th and said its delayed. Now it says a delivery attempt was made at 1:06pm and Ive been sitting here all day. Its a house no driver stopped here. Shipping now says Tuesday is delivery date as Next business day...What happened to Monday... This is something that needs to be signed for...How am I going to do that when your shipping information is screwed.
I don’t like the fact a package has sat in Cleveland for 3 days and they seem to be very lazy and not wanna deliver anything early then go n say it’s not in Cleveland when the fedex app says it is I wish paparazzi would go thru someone else because I never liked fedex to begin with ups is always about getting customers packages there quick never waits forThe delivery date then sends it out nope there goal is to get packages to there customers ASAP not fedex they could care less
Just left, they stopped me at the door and I was told they are only allowing age 60 and over in at the moment and I had to come back later. I own a business and I don’t have spare time to simply come back later. I also ship things all the time. The store was slow and I simply needed to mail important documents. My company will no longer use any of their services.
Have been using them regularly and for the past 8 months theyre unable to deliver to my local address and offer no resolution. Ive contacted corporate and they direct me to the local fedex. Local fedex directs me to corporate. Fix your system and deliver packages, its your primary function as a company. The address is on the box, deliver it where it needs to go and stop making excuses.

Being an office manager for a construction company, I find myself at this fedex location often. They have very fast & friendly service! Their employees are knowledgeable. This is where we go to ship packages and have our printing done. I can bring in a flash drive or email what we need printed for pick up. Many of their employees have been there well over a decade. The quality is excellent. Always a great experience.

The order I submitted via the website was printed on the incorrect paper.Kate offered to reprint all items for me with a big smile at no additional charge.She was friendly, competent and customer satisfaction focused.It was a pleasure visiting this FedEx office/shop today!
Incredibly incompetent. The same exact packaging, same exact company, same house, same purchaser for months and just NOW a signature is required? (On product less than $100). Yet these idiots managed to leave a MACBOOK on my doorstep (Over $1000). So, instead of attempting to deliver at a normal time, that the majority of America isn’t working, they continue to come at 2:00-2:30 in the afternoon. I would choose any possible delivery service over FedEx and will continue to recommend that all of my friends and family do as well.
Brian made sure everything I printed was correct and gave me advice to make sure the prints I requested suited my needs.
I am pretty sure I can not give out any names because this person helped my mother beyond what I would expect anyone to help someone with a package to ship. It was a amazingly kind gesture & I hope he did not get in trouble for it.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Particularly Kevin! He went out of his way to help us in some work that needed done asap. Thank you Kevin!
I went in to have some photos scanned to digital and needed a fast turn around (it was for a funeral slide show) and Kevin went above and beyond to make it happen in less than 30 minutes when their normal is a couple hours. It was greatly appreciated.

A polite gentleman named, Bill assisted me today with some tedious tasks, while making my FedEx experience a pleasant and fulfilling one. I always get great service from your staff. However, Bill not only exceeded my customer service expectations, but was extra (yet, not overly so) friendly, knowledgeable, polite and courteous! His competence in his abilities, confidence in his expertise and his value to your company shined right through his professionalism. Bill is truly an asset and his contributions to Fedex are without question, projected through his unique style in serving the public. I couldnt help but notice his examplary approach and skillset. I came here once to have a print made of one of my paintings on thin canvas board, and they did it, no problem. The last time I was there with a new painting they told me it wasnt possible. Same product, same dimensions, everything was the same except the image. They offered no explanation as to why they couldnt do it.
Robin was very helpful in shipping and packing a return.
Fast and prompt service however I didnt appreciate the condescending remark. I had a return with a prepaid label. I asked if they needed the numbers that was perforated with the label and the woman said If you would read the instructions, it says to keep the receipt. Im not a child and no, you keep it for your records would have sufficed.

Old man has half a brain. Doesnt know anything about etsy and their copyright. Proof of purchase and emails from the business owner themselves shouldnt be a warrant to not allow printing of the work that was bought from said store owner. Saying, You repeating yourself isnt helping, means they wont do any business with you. Would give zero if I could
