I was with an elderly gentleman who wanted new chair mats for his desks. We were greeted as we entered and referred to an operations manager named Kelly. She was great! Provided wonderful help making sure he got exactly what he wanted. We finally bought 2 bamboo chair mats that are exactly what he wanted, and they are working just as he wanted! Thank you so very much!

The folks there are always super nice. Any time that I have had an issue, they resolved it quickly and with a friendly attitude. They seem to really care about their customers. I can especially thank Kelly and Joe at the Canton, GA store.

I do a lot of printing here. The prices are much better than the UPS store near my home.When the employee working in the printing department knows what they are doing, things are done fast and usually well. The few times someone with no training was working in the print shop, they were hours behind. Thankfully, thats only happened once or twice in my experience.
I have shopped at this store on many occasions and I always find what I am looking for, get excellent customer service and their prices are reasonable. Today I shopped for ink for my printer and was greeted by not just one but two, almost simultaneously, door greeters who were ready and willing to help me find what I needed. I had to look at both greeters and choose which one to ask. I had forgot my coupon and mentioned it to the employee. He surprisingly informed me that I can pull up any online price and they will match it, should I find the same ink advertised for less by a competitor. I had not known that and I think its great when employees offer to help save you money!
Dakota was the nicest employee Ive encountered in a long time. I was making business cards for the first time and he was so patient with me and helped me execute exactly what I wanted. Im definitely doing more business here, havent had a less than great experience yet.
If Gregory is not in Prining, all of Canton small business owners feel the impact. He is the the best at helping with any printing needs. The store itself could use some extra training in products and customer service.
No AC. Come on. Its its July in GA. The employees said it was off all week, maybe to save money . Totally unacceptable.Not at all fair to employees, let alone customers
After a minor mishap in binding some books, Gregory stepped in to fix the situation. He definitely paid attention to the details and listened to my concerns. He did a terrific job and it is greatly appreciated. The store seems short handed in the printing department.
Lot of products are simply OVERPRICED! But when you cant wait on amazon, you need to get your paper somewhere anyway! Staff is almost always tired. The printing station staff are ok, friendly and really competent. I will going there for the printing services. 3/5.
Bought a PC monitor from them and return it the same day, nothing wrong with it, it did not meet my needs,i return it for the money to be credited back to my card, 3 days gone by and no credit showing up? call them, was told it going to be 5 day to get process or maybe longer, that`s crazy!, last time I buy anything from them, I be looking for it for my credit, HAPPY HOLIDAYS office Max!Another Update no money return yet!I bought a Monitor two weeks ago, put it on my ATM card, return that day and by mistake I gave my Credit Card and they applied the credit to it, you would of think RED Flags would have gone off in there system ( not the right card! ) but no! the credit applied and received by the credit card company then they return the credit back to Office Max cause it wasn t charge on there card!, now after 4 10 mile trip each way the Sales rep is scratching he head saying I don t what to do. I`ll get with the store manager and he`ll get it work out, NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE MANAGER!!!!! its a dam shame a company this large can t sort this out, so I guess I lost all my money OFFICE Max really made my Holiday.. I ll never do business with this company again.
The absolute worst customer service ever. Stood in the store for 30 minutes and was never acknowledged. Called the store and still was not helped. Ended up leaving and driving to the Woodstock location for prompt service. DO NOT RECOMMEND Canton location.

Wait times to ship a package can take as long as 30 minutes to get assistance. Store is understaffed and they do not appear to be wanting shipping business.I’d recommend going elsewhere to meet your shipping needs.

Drop off fedex packages constantly and always wait at least 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged every time with no one ahead of me in line.
Dont pay the 39.99 for technical help . They dont know what to do with it.
