Been going to Mr. Mulch for 10 years, never been disappointed. Deliveries on time, they always keep it on the tarp we put out ahead of time. Mulch lasts at least 2 seasons, so we get our money’s worth. Thank you!

I have been ordering from Mr. Mulch for over two decades. I like the quality of the mulch, and it is delivered quickly. My soil was clay when I moved in to my homes, and the soil was black after a couple years. I use the dark hardwood mulch. Many of my family members and neighbors use them also.

We received a coupon and decided to try Mr Mulch for our needs. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and informative about all of the different choices of material. We will be a customer going forward.

Manager is very rude, I placed an order. Called to have order modified as I made a mistake. Manager said she was to busy to help me and hung up on me. Seems once they get their money, their customer service is your problem not theirs. I would not recommend this company to any friends or family members.

I call and order mulch at 1 they tell me delivery will be from 1-3. I tell them Im running up the road to get a tarp to hold off a little. I come back at 1:35 with mulch dumped in the middle of my drive. The driver said he called my phone it went to vm. BS!

The mulch we chose was delivered on time, and has held up very well on our property.

They were absolute terrible! They refused to put the mulch in the area I requested. Instead they put it right by the curb by the street. I have never had this problem before and I have had mulch delivered to my house many times! I am very angry. I will never order mulch from them. The staff is not very nice either.

I want to start by saying I have purchased material from here for a few years and have been satisfied until now. Today after work I purchased 1.5 yards of PLAYGROUND MULCH. I wanted to add a fresh layer to the already present wood chips from last year. As I was shoveling it out of my trailer I noticed a few pieces of metal and thought nothing of it. I figured they got missed in the grinding of the wood. I simply threw them away and kept working. After unloading the entire trailer, (with my boys help 4,2 years old) I began spreading the mulch in their playground around the swingset. As I raked I kept seeing more pieces of metal. I raked one pile and collected enough that I decided it was definitely going to be unsafe to play in. I then had to load up all the mulch back into my trailer and scrape the playground safe for my boys. I contacted Mr. Mulch and hope to hear from them tomorrow regarding this. I just want fellow parents and families to please be aware and check before letting your little ones play in this nonsense.

The mulch is always beautifully done. I, personally, love the Red. Justin and his crew are hard workers and bust their butts to make sure they have happy customers every time. Phenomenal people and company.

I asked my aunt to call around to see how much a 1/2 to a full yard of mulch cost to be delivered. She called Mr mulch and was told a yard wasnt enough for them to bother with. I checked out the website and saw nothing about a minimum. Then two hours later I see a Mr mulch truck drive down her street. They could have thrown the mulch on that truck and helped us and themselves out. Too bad. They list our business and I will let everyone know their policy. Not cool. A yard is a lot to some people.

These guys delivered about 6 yards of mulch when I ordered 10. They ripped me off. You can NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Ive ordered 10 yards of mulch delivered for the past 26 years...every year! It has always been enough, but not with Mr .Mulch. We called back and paid for an additional 5 yards of Mulch after complaining and they delivered like 3 yards,and we were still short by about 2 yards. Not. Trustworthy Company at all.

Great place to get rid of something you dont want in the fall and they will sell it back to you in the spring. They get you coming and going but you wont care.

In response to negative reviews our measurements have been inspected by the stark county weights and measures. Each complaint of shortage is individually reviewed and investigated by Mr. Mulch. If material is still in pile and unused it can be measured to determine yardage. Each wheel barrel is labeled with the volume and can be used as a measurement tool. Any customer that has used level wheel barrels to measure or called us out to measure an unused pile and were short of what they bought have been compensated. We will not compensate if it is not verifiable. We apologize for any negative experiences and look forward to striving for excellence in business and customer service.

Iv been come hete fo 15 years, Mel wanted you to bring you yard clippings in..no charge...then I bought 4 to 5 yards every other year, my doughter would have another 10 to 13 yards deliveredvto her every other year. ....well Ive just got a little green chevy s10 pick up truck dropping off gtassvclippings,...low and behold a guy comes out and tells me they over booked to many big landscape businesss that drop waste off, that they got way to big andnmisvalculated...now they have mulch that there drowning in,and want to charge the little guy 3.00 to empty.......well I couldnt dobit, it was just the principle about it...you mismanagement your dads bussiness,you and the girl inbyhete, your wife, sister, I dont know and dont care.....in closing I hope you all drown in that much...it dont seen like good bussiness, that you pissed a lil guy that probally took 3 little truck loads in 5here in a season and want to charge him 3.00 x3 =9.00.. so I get mad and refuse to pay it and wont be back, so now the brainiac losses 2500.00 in much sale over charge a long time little customer 9.00 to dump his lil s10 pick up......Mel the original owner was a good guy, he built that place up so hi little snowflake sun can tear it dow...AGAIN I HOPE YOU DROWN IN YOUR MUCH OVER 3.00 FOR A DUMPING A LIL CHEVY S10 WIT A LITTLE BIT OF GRASS CLIPPINGS IN IT...Wise choice dude...lolm.lol..lol..what a special kind of moron....
