Jerry installed my Cruiser Ramp powered motorcycle loader/unloader into my Dodge Ram 1500. His work was top notch and VERY high quality! Michelle helped me store my Indian Roadmaster for the winter. Both of them are a gift to the motorcycle industry! They will have a repeat customer here!

The owner is awesome. I bought a bike last year and was having major electrical issues—to the point where I needed to replace the battery and stator. I though it would be a huge headache and costly. This place got it done quick and affordable. No issues since. I will definitely be taking all of my bikes back here in the future. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND, they are awesome. Other shops nearby pushed my timelines out forever and a day, these guys got it done fast.

Excellent work... I always research anything before I buy or have service work done .. had my cams replaced, both tires replaced and some check up inspection work done to the bike. Very happy with the work and the price. Jerry and Michelle are great people and theyll help you out in a jam if you happen to be on the road and have a problem.. Highly recommend..

I called up to the shop and had some questions regarding my bike. The owner herself spent over half and hour on the phone with me and explained a lot of good and useful information. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely consider this shop if you’re looking to have work done to your bike or even simply looking for some guidance or have questions.

I had some work done about 2 months ago on my CBR1K oil change, chained tightened and brakes done. Jerry did a great job. I liked what they did so I took it back in for another issue 2 weeks ago. I just had heard anything back, called but no answer. Guess I’ll have to go up there.

I have 2019 Triumph Speed Triple RS that needed new tires. I ran into an issue trying to remove the wheels from the bike but a wheel spacer had seized on the front axle.Brought the bike into Profile Performance and they removed the wheels, honed out the wheel spacer and correctly applied anti-seize to the components. The front-wheel was properly aligned with the brake calipers (which *many* shops - and dealers - do not do correctly) and everything was done to spec. No extra charge. Prices are fair, they took the time to discuss with me and I have no hesitation about bringing my bike back for any work necessary.I highly recommend Profile Performance.

This is a great family business right off the I-275 on Michigan Avenue. I had a bad battery on my Harley and Jerry changed it in no time. I had also a fat rear tire and front wheel bearings installed on my previous Harley and everything went smoothly. Jerry even informed me that there was an issue with rear brake pads and took care of them too. A+ service. Shop has also machining services, dyno and other options to make your bike look good or go faster.

Michelle is very good to talk to. The service is prompt. I highly recommend this place. Once you talk to them, you know you can trust them. Also, they only charge for the useful work unlike other places.I am very happy with the service and i am confident to say that they have me as one of their permanent customers.

Just had new handle bars, a tire mounted and some other maintenance done. Work was performed to my expectations and my bike was completed when promised. These folks do very good work. Instead of gouging me for parts, I was pleasantly surprised to find this shop passing their discounts on to me (I was charged less for a cable kit than I could have purchased myself on line). Met one of the owners at a local gym, and boy am I glad I did. I was told not to by one of the other gym guys. Good thing I didnt listen to that Bozo. This shop does top notch work and great prices. They even went the extra effort by going over my 2009 Ultra Classic and checking some loose fasteners and even adjusted my clutch at no additional charge. I highly recommend this place. I originally came in for two tires to be replaced. They even gave me a rebate for $100 something 2 other shops including a dealer didnt tell me about from Dunlop.

Ever since I bought my Harley I’ve been taking it to them. Tires and spring fluid changes and when my bike broke out of state the dealer had no idea what was wrong or how to fix. Had to tow it back and went straight to profile. Told jerry what happened and he said it was only one of 2 things and he was right. He fixed the cam bearing and put new cams in now it ripps. Dropped off bike last weekend for new tire picking back up on Saturday. Great place, knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

The ownership of this business have no clue on how to treat customers. They should be avoided at all costs.Legitimate complaints are treated with distain and idle threats.Service is suspect and the quality of customer care is one of the lowest I’ve ever encountered.Shop elsewhere. They offer nothing better than their competitors.

I brought my 04 SV650 here for a fork rebuild. They were extremely reasonable with their prices and did a great job with the forks. They have friendly service and seem very trustworthy. Would definitely recommend!

They gave me a great deal on the parts i needed did a free safety inspection.(thank you) my motorcycle was ready in the time frame they gave me. I will definitely call on them again and recommend them.

Great place. They repaired all the leaks on my 2009 Sportster and had the motorcycle back to me the next day. Fast with quality work.

Brought my 2011 stryker in today to have my rear brakes replaced. They let me bring in my own parts to use which saved me a little money. Thats always good. They had it in and out within an hour. They did inform me that the dealer that installed the brakes before had them on completely wrong. They had both pads on same side of rotor backwards and other side was eating at my caliper. Good thing I didnt get hurt. Anyway great people here and friendly service. A+ from me. Will for sure continue business here. Thanks guys.
