We had a countertop that had a defect. The company was very apologetic and offered to make a new one at no cost. They even allowed me to change the color. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional, from office staff to warehouse. I highly recommend this company.

This company is horrible to work with. The installer gave us bad directions for prepping the area, so we had to redo it. Also, the installers don’t return your phone calls. We ordered our shower in October and it is now February and it is still not installed. Their customer service is awful. Update - the shower installer did such a bad job caulking it had to be redone and they hit our house twice causing gutter damage.

We have installed several of their shower panels in older homes. The product is nice. However the company can be slow to manufacture and quick other times, making it difficult to know when you might get your product .Recently we ordered some panels that werent made for 3 weeks causing scheduling issues on our end, then on the next order our customer changed their mind on product and when we attempted to cancel the order 3 days later we were told they wouldnt be able to because they were already poured ..these are standard sized panels for colon tubs and showers but they refused to restock so they stuck us with 1700 dollars in material we didnt use .We wont be ordering from them again neadless to say . the product itself is nice 4 stars but the company policies are 1 star .
