Absolutely delighted with my first two purchases from Luxury Legs. Excellent choice of products, super fast delivery, beautifully packaged. I knew exactly what product I wanted including style number and it was easy to find. Had a little glitch with payment on first purchase but received excellent customer service to put things right and was impressed that the person I spoke to wanted details of what had gone wrong on the payment screen and undertook to put it right.My only grouch is that I am utterly gutted to have missed the bank holiday flash sale by three days! Didnt know it was happening. Never mind I will know to watch out for holiday flash sales in future!

My girlfriend bought these tights, spending more than she usually would after the website promised higher quality materials. Youd think these would last longer than one wear, but no. Customer service refusing refund on the basis that she didnt wear hosiery gloves all night. Absolutely shambles.
