Excellent company! Len showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and personable. I had damage to my meter and he was up front on all cost and work needed. Ended up changing my system and he took the time to walk me through and show me how to operate it . Professional, fair and honest family run business. My sprinkler wasn’t starting, Len stopped by in Sunday afternoon and showed us how to open the valves properly without charge anything. Really appreciate his help especially he is so busy. Also thanks Kelly, his lovely wife, always so kind and helpful with quick reply. Len and Kelly are amazing, we always get our service on time. Everything they have done is great. But what really makes the difference for us is: the only time (in almost 3 years) that Len was not able to come on time on the schedule day due to an unexpected issue in a previous job, instead of calling us to reschedule, he personally came to apologize for being late and not able to finish our job that day (it was almost dark). That for me show how important is for him and the company to keep their word. Highly recommended!

This included the use of wifi controllers, rain sensors and leak detection devices. Further, service and repairs were done promptly, adhering to scheduled timing. Orion Maintenance did a fantastic job turning on and repairing my sprinkler system. They replaced several sprinkler heads and fixed a leak that was coming from the main supply pipe. I am very satisfied with the repairs and appreciate how Dave and his crew explained everything they were doing in advance and made some recommendations on what to do next year. Len and his team have a great operation. From quote to payment, communication and professionalism were second to none. They came out to repair work performed by another contractor. They were always on time and cleaned up the yard once they were done. I wished I would have hired them from the start. They’ll be doing my spring start up and winterizing from now on.

I met Len and Jenna this morning and could not have been happier with the experience. I bought a house with an older, poorly maintained irrigation system, and I was dreading turning it on this year because I wasnt sure how bad it was and how much it would cost to fix. Well, the crew was prompt this morning. They turned the system on, found a few sprinkler heads that had been buried by the previous owners gardening misadventures, and even repaired a few leaks. The whole process took less than two hours and was priced very reasonably. They also left us with some advice for fixing some inefficiencies in our current setup, as well as some ideas for some modern upgrades we could invest in for our system.I would absolutely work with this company again and would recommend them to anyone.

The technician that came to my house and got my sprinkler system up and running was really nice and very knowledgeable. I’ll be calling them back if any other problems come up.

First use was for winterization. Friendly, fast, professional service. Very fair pricing! My biggest issue with services can be communication - or lack of it. Orion was AWESOME! Everything about this experience has been top notch! Communication was consistent, and I will happily turn to them for all of my watering needs.

Orion Maintenance and Installation was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I called and Len was here in 20 minutes. I had the sprinklers blown out and was very happy with everything. I highly recommend them to anybody for a good price and a job well done. Thank you Orion Maintenance!

Len and his guys are great. Very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. First he came out to fix three leaks, he found five, two of those I was completely unaware of. Second, was the fall blow out, thats when I learned that as long as he opens the system in the spring, the whole system is warrantied, any problems, they will fix. You simply will not find a company large or small that will care about you more. These are now my go to guys, you will not be disappointed. I wish I could give them five stars plus, they deserve the distinction.
