Terrible customer service! Had the great displeasure of dealing with Rich who acted like he hated everyone including himself. He did not even smile. Very defensive. Even got more defensive and acted like we were an inconvenience when we gave the wrong fitting size and commented he had to delete the entire order to start all over again! Will not do business here again.

I think the Jeff guy who claims to work here for 14 months is mistaking. He maybe was there for 14 months, but he sure didn’t work.
