The owner Rich is awesome. Sure it took a while for him to get back to me, but the pool business is seasonal and I’ll bet they are working some crazy hours. I read a comment complaining about the pools starting at 65K. A quality company that takes pride in their craft and workmanship, you will pay even more. You get what you pay for.

Literally just walked out a minute ago. SO RUDE. I was actually speechless i read so many good reviews. Asked about pools and time of installment and was immediately told well we start at 65,000. And we dont have anything available till late August. The tone from the ladies was very condensing and made me feel very uncomfortable. I had to give one star to give my thoughts.

Ive been contacting Northeastern Pools and Spas for 2 months now requesting service calls, replacement parts and advice. Have not once received a return call or assistance. Clearly they dont need my business or want my money so I went to Ohio Pools and Spas and received the best service from Daniel.

Very helpful.. even gave me the part I needed because they were unsure if it was the problem super friendly staff

They make appointments and never show up. They blame the new girl making appointments.

Very unprofessional, took almost a year before we settled for a pool with a very rough floor. After the 4 th time having to fill the pool we said heck with it and knew it wouldnt be done right. That and the owners attitude was very bad.
