Very good about exchanging infrared thermometer. First thermometer was purchased in Akron, but before opening blister seal I saw what looked like dirt on the lens. Since Akron store had no more units, I looked at two units in Canton store. Both units in Canton store had cleaner looking lenses. Canton store exchanged suspicious unit for better looking one. (AMES 20:1 Infrared Laser Thermometer, model IR20, 64847)

Some tools are good some not so good. But the prices are nice. Its a nice store and employees seem nice.

The quality of the service here has really went downhill. Every time I go in I have to wait in line for over 20 minutes while the cashier either sorts some sort of return out or helps people on the phone..

Every time I asked a question, the response was let me go ask our tire expert. Hes in the back getting something for a customer.....Ask another employee. Hang on. I just saw them. Ill ask. Wait..... Walk 2 sample tires upfront to cashier. Asks cashier question. Cashier called on radio. Tire expert called back on radio with response. Cashier called back and said Why couldnt you just tell him. Youns back there feedin your faces already. I took tires back to were they came. Went to Ace Hardware store, bought a wheel barrow and was waited promptly and proper like.

Came to purchase a manual tire changer 39.99 for a friend. Although I’m no bob the builder I like coming here they have all kinds of things to look at and good deals on a lot of stuff I left with a knife I didn’t need and screw drivers flash light and digital tire pressure thing all stuff I really didn’t need but was a cheap lol

Ive made my last visit to this store. I wanted two simple items, found neither of them. Checkout lines slower than slugs, probably because the first words out of a cashiers mouth are Email address? Not hi, how are you, did you find everything... and for some reason if you say no thank you it takes even longer to check out.

Got to love harbor freight! Just be sure you check whatever items you want to buy. Some of their stuff is great somewhat less great.

Great place to shop for reasonably priced tools. Very helpful staff and nice atmosphere. Parking lot is a good easy place to navigate and in a good area.When I had to return items no problem at all.

Complete waste of time and rude. I got to the check out, which took forever. When I got to the cashier,randy, he asked me for my phone number. I gave it to him. He said it was wrong and if I had another one. I told him no. He proceeded to badger me for another phone number/ email. He became Very hostile after I told him that I didnt have another phone number to give him.After 30 mins of this I told him that I had stuff to do rather than wait there. Then he threw my receipt and was all and all rude. I dont know alot of people that have 30+ minutes to wait in line somewhere. I will not be going back there any time soon. I will spend 3 times more else where just to not deal with Randy.

Best cheap tools around. Need a tool today? This is the place to go for most tools or accessories. Read the reviews though before buying and dont buy anything without a coupon. Just go to their website, print or just scan from your phone. You can can usually find a 20% coupon somewhere on the web too for one item.

Always super helpful when I call or visit. Today, Tanner & Tabby (I think thats their names, lol) went above and beyond and checked on 5 different pieces of lawn equipment for me and saved them for when I ran out for lunch, which made it super quick and easy to get in and get out on my lunch break. They even loaded everything into my trunk and saved the last weed whacker for me. Super, super customer service and the reviews on some of their products cant be beat elsewhere, hence why I made my big purchase(s) there.

Super cheap tools. They may only last one job but for what you pay, its hard to beat. Hand tools are better than the electric tools in my opinion.

Excellent selection, always have what they advertise, but very poorly run. Cashier line always takes a minimum of 15 minutes. Last time I was here 3/16/21 the manager closed a cashier line with 7 people in line so the worker could take a break. This doubled the wait time, and to simply return or purchase one item it took half of an hour.

Needed 3,000 zip ties for a project. The same zip ties would have cost me hundreds more at the other stores I checked. HF saves the day again.

Always have the small repair parts I need. $8 for 150 setscrews and I only needed 2 but now I have a wonderful assortment for future projects and they are all stored in a nice plastic case. This is probably my 8 assortment set I have purchased.

Love this place cant walk out without hand full of tools

I paid for and supposedly ordered a tool chest on april 16th I called today because I was told it would be there may 5th. I was told the associate never actually ordered the tool box correctly therefore rendering my near month wait and money already spent a complete waste. I was told to come to.the store and would be given 20% discount for the trouble. Which I was not .. I did not reorder another box because of rediculous wait time on product being available. A complete waste of time. Negligence. Repetitive negligence. This is not the first.or second similar issue at this particular store. Harbor fright!! Scary how much time and energy gets wasted by peoples lack of pride and accuracy.

While they had what I needed. No one approached to help so I struggled. It took me at least an half hour more to finish.

Customer service is extremely poor. I called to see if they had a certain item in stock, which I already had the part number for. The person who answered told me he didnt have time to look up numbers and hung up. Called on 4/7/21 at 6:39 pm.

What can ya say about harbor freight? Its great dont blow your wad on expensive tools when you can go here...I dont need to pay 30 dollars for a hammer when I could use a rock for free or better yet a 5 dollar hammer from harbor freight.

Great tools at lower prices than big box stores. A little less quality on some but we had a circular saw from there that lasted years with pretty optimal use.

This is a great place for tool needs. Prices arent bad and you can always get a warranty policy pretty reasonable. Masks worn.

As a middle class home owner and a do it yourself-er I honestly dont know how I would get by without Harbor Freight. Yes. Not everything here is made for professionals but then again not all of us are professionals. If you need a tool to get a job done and only see yourself using it a few times over the next few years. Dont sweat it. Save the money and get it from Harbor Freight.

The manager and owner need to address this. I was there a few weeks ago. I asked where the a certain tool was. I uh dont know. Never bothered to help me. I dont think I will ever go back

Ive always loved this location the workers have always been more than helpful I just made a phone call about a toolbox and the lady on the other end was cashing people out and answering my question in full detail what quality employees they have always had its amazing and I love it will be spending about $300 next time I walk in that store. Will not be returning, this is the third time this month I have driven 45 minutes to have the item be sold out when I show up. Nothing is available for purchase online forcing you to go to their junk store where all youll find is cheap dollar store knick knacks and trash. Absolutely unacceptable.

Even during the black friday sales the check out wait wasnt too bad.

Overall good deal But Lured me to Canton with 25 percent off 1 item but Of Course it would not apply to the $329 drain machine I bought or the $89 item either. It would only work for the $1 tire gauge I got.

Just to get it out of the way, this rating is based on customer service. Everyone knows what you get product-wise at harbor freight so I see no reason to get into that here. I have always had great service at this location. The people are friendly and always helpful.

Deals are ok... Most really cheap stuff that is exactly that and wont last. Still there are some good deals on certain items where the merchandise really is good quality and the price is also good... if you look around.
