Solid Rock exceeded my expectations in creating this custom piece. I came into the shop with some stones from other pieces and a vision. When my mother passed away, I took some odds and ends in to get an opinion on what to do with a couple of “treasures” she left me that were out of date. I ended up with a gorgeous custom pendant necklace and a ring that the owner helped me design, that incorporated 3 different stones. I was so thrilled that I had my other jewelry appraised by their wonderful, thorough store appraiser. Since that first day, I’ve purchased a couple of gifts for others, along with several new pieces for myself. Wonderful store, great customer service.

I was looking for diamond studs. Went into this place for the first time. Was so impressed with the people and the love that was shown towards their store and their merchandise and the Lord. Got my earrings and I love them.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The work they did on my ring was wonderful and beautifully done. They replaced a diamond and repaired my wedding set after being cut off my finger after an injury. I highly recommend them.

Edit +++++ my items have been returned to me after I was told multiple times they had been melted. Some how they showed back up after this post was published.Totally hustled me out of my possessions. Would not trust them at all. Went to have some silver appraised and they melted it without my consent and tried to tell me what a good offer it was and how i am lucky. I wanted the content determined not melted. I told numerous people I did not want anything destroyed including their shady silver appraiser who promised me he would not melt it without my ok.. Ruined two silver serving trays from the 1840s. Why would you melt someones property before it was payed on. Totally unprofessional. I will be taking legal actions.

Went in because my wedding ring prong was bent. The store is beautiful and the staff friendly. They showed me what all was going on with all my prongs. They told me all that would be done and the price was great. Received my ring earlier than expected and it looked BEAUTIFUL! Definitely will be back and will happily recommend!

I walked in just to check the place out initially, and they were so friendly and helpful that I decided to purchase a ring there. They explained to me how they can design the exact ring that I want using CAD, and we went forward with designing the ring. The finished product was exactly what I wanted and it is beautiful. Later when I brought my fiance in to get the ring sized, they knew my name immediately without hesitation. They really make you feel like family, not just a customer. They have sized the ring without altering the look whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for excellent customer service and quality at a reasonable cost.

The other day I walked into Solid Rock Jewelers and was blown away by their kindness and excellent customer service! The reason I went in was because my husband and I recently celebrated 10 years of marriage and I was looking for a ring to stack on my wedding band. As I put my 10 year old ring next to the new ones, it looked awful. They offered to clean my ring for me and informed me of the importance of having white gold regularly dipped in rhodium to prevent it from yellowing (something I had never done).While my ring was being cleaned, one of the diamonds popped out. Without hesitation, they promptly offered to send it in for repair AND have it dipped for me, free of charge! It was in no way their fault as I haven’t been properly taking care of my ring for the past 10 years but their eagerness to make sure I had a positive experience was very much appreciated!When I received my ring back, it looked BRAND NEW! Like it did 10 years ago! It matches perfectly with the new addition stacked against it ;)They are generous, personable and have a very beautiful store! Stop by and see for yourself!

My husband purchased a pair of beautiful gold and diamond earrings for Christmas. One needed repair and was sent out. My wedding ring shant was out of round so it was repaired and refinished. It is absolutely gorgeous. Two prongs were missing on my Anniversary ring. The prongs were added and it looks fantastic. The best thing is, I left it at Solid Rock at 4:30 on Jan 2 and All my items were ready on the next day at 1:30. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!👍👏👏👏
