Jesse, the owner of Bowen Garage Doors, was recommended to me by my real estate agent. I contacted him and he responded immediately asking what I needed and asked me to send photos. I was told by another company that I needed a whole new double door to the tune of $1900 for everything. When Jesse saw the door he said, “If you were my daughter or wife I would NOT recommend a new door.” He said the door looked great and from what I told him he said it just needed a good servicing and he could install an insulation kit and add a new spring all for less than a third of the first quote I got. He scheduled to come a couple days later and when he and his tech were done it was better than a new door... so smooth, much quieter, insulated and pretty. This 20+ year old door looks and behaves like brand new!I wouldn’t hesitate to call Jesse if I were you! He is the best garage door service I’ve had.

However, the professionalism, authenticity and honesty of the owner and his employees warrant publishing feedback regarding my experience with Bowen Garage Doors.After experiencing a snafu with my garage door, leaving an eyesore for my neighborhood and possibly a nastygram from my HOA, I contacted Bowen Garage Doors. I spoke with the owner, Jesse Bowen, explained the issue, as best I could for him to determine what was needed and any possible next steps. After our call, I sent him pictures of issue, so that he could better assess the issue. Upon receipt of the pictures he called me to diagnose the issue and provide next steps. Within a couple of hours, Mr. Bowen was at my home to get my garage door back on track - literally. Due to the severity of the issue, my garage door needed to be replaced. He was open honest and very transparent about what I needed and he spoke in terms that I would understand.In summation, Two Calls and That’s All (really it’s one call, but mitigating from copyright infringement). There were no hidden costs or fees. He got my garage door back on track; discussed next steps; and provided me with the installation date for my garage door. This man is amazing! When they came out, the price quoted, which was reasonable, did not change from the initial quote. Garage door was fixed within 2 hours and working like new!

Jesse got back to me within literal minutes to start off. After that I got tied up with life just popping surprises and it took me three weeks to get back to him.
