I sent an LG monitor in for a warranty repair in February. It was received by Lotus Intl on March 5. Since then, there has been no communication other than when I try to find out whats going on. The reply is always we are waiting on parts. 3 weeks waiting on parts for a monitor model that is commonly failing?! As of March 20, still no update.UPDATE: On March 26, I was informed that it will be an additional 3 weeks for the repair! Now trying to get a refund instead.

Sent in LG monitor to have repaired under Warrenty. They had almost 4 weeks before I got it repaired. I called to ask for progress 3 times in that time and no one could give me any info and sent me to VM that wasn’t working of different staff. The worst part was when they shipped it back they didn’t wrap and package it well and it was damaged when I received it! The screen was shattered. LG is giving me what I paid for it and I was out of a unit for almost 4 weeks.

I have been working with Lotus International for over six years and in the past six years there has been a lot of growth. With that growth, I have seen the team give their all to make sure they are doing everything they can to run a successful operation. Aside from having one of the cleanest warehouses I have ever stepped foot in (and this is feedback we get very often), we also have some of the most down to earth people running it. They truly care about not only those working here, but about our clients and customers. In business, we will never please everyone, but with continual improvement as one of our core values, we strive to get there. Im excited to see where Lotus will be in the next six years!

WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!! I contacted technical support for assistance for a television (RCA / from Curtis International- a subsidiary) that will not receive any remote signal, including the one that came with the TV . That was January.5 months after purchase but just as it was opened as a gift for my daughters new apartment. They have absolutely no ownership whatsoever. What a run-around... you cant speak to anyone - EVERYTHING is by email and they refused to respond.I have been corresponding for 6 months now. Idiots want me to believe it is my fault it has the wrong remote. WHAT?!?!?! They want me to pay for a replacement - mind you, it is the only TV my daughter has and it is the remote that came with the TV.Worse yet, the parent company, Lotus International, based in Michigan is just as bad because they want no ownership either. I will NEVER buy a RCA product and both these companies can rot in hell!

Update: A manager named Maria at Phoenix services called me and asked that I take this review down because the company does not like what I have to say. I informed Maria that once the working conditions change I will change the tone of my review. Also I will be posting this same review for Phoenix Services, Inc.Its a Korean sweat shop that lets cockroaches that come in from customers products run rampant.Lots of units also have mold all over them and there is no procedure for containment or hygiene. Just pile all the broken stuff up in the back and someone will eventually have to take care of it.Turn over rate is crazy high and the most anyone not salary can make is 13/hr.I was working with someone who is technically a disabled veteran (over 50) from being airborne. Its painful for him to stand for long periods of time. So I found a workbench stool he could sit on and continue to repair electronics. My manager snuck the chair away I found him and hid it from us and then tried to ignore me when I talked to him about it.His rule was you have to be over 50 otherwise you cant hair a chair. I told him he used to jump from airplanes in the army and he is over 50 and he said No Chair. I was 2 days out from finishing my 2 weeks notice, but I left the day I saw this horrible company take a chair away from a disabled veteran without explaining why they took the chair away.

This review has been edited from a 1-star to a 3-star, due to an update with my case.I have been working with Lotus over the past 9 month, attempting to get a repair done on a TV that they refurbished. During that time, they sent me a replacement TV that was also broken, and then sent me a motherboard to do this fix myself, which didnt resolve the issue.That was frustrating, but it was not the main issue I had with Lotus. My main issue was in communication. There would be month-long periods where I received no updates, and my emails and phone calls went unanswered. That is what infuriated me to no end.At the turn of the year, I decided enough is enough, and I left a 1-star review here, as well as looked into getting this resolved legally. It was at that point that Lotus management reached out to me.They apologized, and sent me reimbursement of my original purchase, which I found satisfactory. My nightmare had finally come to an end.I believe Lotus has good people working there. Everyone I interacted with (management or otherwise) seemed like genuine folks, and they talked to me like a person. Its a shame that there was such a breakdown in communication that resulted in that nightmare.Lotus has issues right now, in both their Quality control, and their communication. However, there are also good people there. I hope that this incident will serve as a reason to make changes within Lotus, and that this will be the last time this happens to anyone working with them.
