Been going to Grainger for decades all across the country. Went into this one today and the young man who tried to help me needs a lesson in professionalism. Always, I mean always, no matter where I went I felt the people who worked there were knowledgeable and professional. This young man may be too. However, I couldnt get past every other word being a cuss of some sort. When did this become acceptable? Im a blue collar guy, so I dont need to be handled with kid gloves but I met my daily quota in just the few minutes I was there.I know hiring is tough grainger but do better.

WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE DOOR JT GREETED ME AND ASK HOW HE COULD HELP ME, AFTER TELLING HIM WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR HE SHOWED ME SOME OPTIONS WENT AND GOT IT, LET ME CHECK IT OUT AND I BOUGHT IT. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS VERY FREINDLY AS WELL. DEFENITLY RECOMMEND
