Item was exactly what I was looking for. Price was reasonably competitive, but cheaper than some places including Amazon. Package was received in a timely manner. Would purchase from again.
We had a great experience with School Furniture 4 Less! We order classroom tables and they were price reasonably, arrived quickly, and we had a damaged table arrive and they were very professional and expedient in taking care of the issue! We will look to purchase more from School Furniture 4 Less in the future!
Im so bummed, because our first set of furniture was awesome. Our next set came missing Legs on tables and chairs, and I basically spent $500 on items that I cant put together. They arent responding to calls, emails, etc. Maybe this will work??
I placed an order on May 26th of 3 tables and 10 chairs for a preschool. I got an incomplete order 3 weeks later with the 3 tables but only 3 legs. I wasnt able to build the tables for another 3 weeks after several calls. they then shipped 3 more legs which wasnt enough. I had to call again and finally received the rest of the chairs. Every time I called I had to explain my situation over and over again and when I talked to the person in charge she blamed it on the people taking the call when she was the one that shipped the wrong amount of legs to begin with.
I needed one table. Shipping rate $80. (Rate for 6 was about $116). You offer NO other option to be able to pick up the table. You also dont even consider or try to make any exception. Paying shipping prices that high for just one table is ridiculous. Please dont say its because the size or weight of the table because when I put in to order multiple tables (like 7). The shipping was only $30. higher Yes, you have great prices, but you have NO consideration for the customer. If you can load it on a freight truck or however that person comes to pick it up to ship, then you could allow the customer to pick it up. And please dont make the excuse due to Covid-19. I tried calling to talk to someone and she was like Im working from home...they dont even let me pick up.
I ordered two desks and two chairs for two of my great grandchildren over six weeks ago through their website. I never received a confirmation email which should have been automatic. Most online stores do this. I have received two emails asking to review a product which I have never received. I have tried calling, but get turned over to voice mail so my assumption is that no one is answering the phone due to CoVid19, but that is just another excuse.I am still waiting for a callback about the status of the desks and chairs. At this time, I am completely dissatisfied and would not recommend them due to inefficiency and lousy customer service.
Placed an order over a month ago. Tried calling Customer Service several times only to be told to leave a message. If youre looking for service after the sale you better look somewhere else because their Customer Service is non-existent.
Placed my order and received notice that my shipment would come in 2 deliveries! Received one delivery of my tables. They are saying my order was ship in its entirety. I still have not received my chairs! I’m frustrated that I call and get the run away!! Told I’ll get an email! I don’t want an email I want my order!!!

Ordered childs recliner. Never received notification it was on back order until I called about it. Changed color, received wrong type of recliner and was poorly made.Was offered $25 credit for $169 chair. This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter.
Waited through three delivery dates to get my chairs. Two were damaged, the seats were chipped on the edge, right out of the box. One screw had no head to screw it in with. As far as the chairs go, the seats are not deep enough for the large people they are supposed to hold? Kind of sorry I ordered from you.
The folding chairs were beautiful. Very rich and more than I expected. The only drawback was the box looked like a 500 lb gorilla had torn it apart. Fortunately nothing was damaged or broken.
Zero stars. Ordered two tables. Both arrived with significant damage. Submitted request for advice on what to do with the damaged tables. Three days later I got an email with a questionnaire asking about the damage. I immediately replied and provided 20+ pictures. That was the 20th. No response since. Replied again to email requesting info on damages on the 24th. (Today is 27th) still no response.
I ordered and paid for recliner. After a few months, I discovered a problem with the chair. Within a couple of weeks a new chair was sent out to me and fed ex was callied to pick up the old chair. I am extremely satisfied with the new chair, the price I paid for the chair, and the action of the company. I give them five stars, as I never had a company works so hard for my satisfaction.
Very good quality furniture at a good price(compared to other merchants). Chairs hold up to 800lbs. Dont need that much durability but its good to have. Well see. 👀
Ordered a chair on a Tuesday. When I called company they stated 24 hours to be shipped from their warehouse. Called two days later to confirm shipping and they said will definitely go out Thursday or Friday and will send tracking info. Now its Monday and called again and they said that they are busy and order usually takes 48 BUSINESS HOURS to ship. Cancelled order and requested refund. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Save your aggravation
They sent the wrong chairs. Could not reach anyone in customer service. Multiple attempts. I will contact BBB about this.
Placed order in March, have emailed and called. Have not heard any updates on status.
