I like the eclectic selections of stuff at the store. Its clean and the aisles are not cluttered as so one can navigate through. Once people want to start working, they are hiring. A lot of shelves are more bare than ever. None of the negative aspects have anything to do with the employees at the store and is out of their control. Unfortunately customers are not understanding of the situation and it seems this store is losing business and I assume they employees working get the brunt of customers impatientness.

I live big lots! Great deals all the way up to furniture but they food section is jumping. All kinds of $1-2 deals that cost double or more in regular stores.

Id give this place zero stars if I could. The cashier was rude and unprofessional; making a scene and throwing a fit like a toddler because her scanner wouldnt work. Then she proceeded to take my glass candle and other glass items... and pretty much drop them into the bags with force. Didnt bother wrapping them or at the very least setting them down gently. They overcharged us on items that were stored in the wrong location too. Do NOT go here.

Love shopping here plus they have a couch and two reclining chairs I want.

Imagine Ollies, but without the exceptional prices, somehow more disorganized, and stinkier. Yes, stinkier. The whole building has this weird, chemically, musty stink to it.Oh, and the furniture sucks, too. Ive never known anyone to buy something from there they didnt literally fall apart at the seams, or have the wooden elements of the furniture break.

Ordered a couch on Wednesday fully anticipating a wait of months. Got a call Thursday that it would be delivered Friday. Great experience from bringing to end!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER OFF THEIR WEBSITE!!!! I was trying to be cheap and ordered comforters for my children from the website, I have 5 children so I LOVE ONLINE SHOPPING!! This by far is the worst experience I’ve EVER HAD!! I put an order in last week it was pending then disappeared, I called and the rep was uninformative was not able to help me but assured me the he had no history of my order and it probably just didn’t go through and I can send it again. I get back on to order the comforters again and I keep getting a decline message, I keep trying to send it through confused checking my account not understanding why it’s declining. I then wake up to almost 500$ in pending charges for an order that wasn’t even 100$. Customer service is telling me to wait 3-5 days instead of sending me to a supervisor who can fax information to correct this to my bank. PLEASE JUST GO INTO THE STORE DO NOT USE THIER WEBSITE, If you have problems this customer care line will not be willing to help.

My experience was okay they could use more cashiers to check out with when people are standing in line waiting. Some of their areas of their store needed stock real bad like their medicine aisle was one of them and a couple others back there when I went there to shop a couple days ago a lot of things I couldnt get because theyre out they dont get them fill and the shelves have been empty like that for a couple months. Otherwise it was a pretty good trip

The people were somewhat nice except whatever rude clerk was in the back that was supposed to look for a table that online said they had and they didnt. He was an older man with a beard and looked like a homeless person. The place was well stocked in the isles and had a decent furniture section.

Their prices are high for it being a discount type store. Its almost like Michaels, things are way overpriced. $20 for a picture 8 pic frame, or close to $100 for a comforter set. Not a lot of big discounts Big Lots. They ought to adjust some of their pricing. Theres a few things priced well, though not enough to call it Big Lots. Maybe Little Lots and mostly bigger prices.

My sister bought a mattress and a love seat, Ashley was amazing, very knowledgeable. It was a very nice experience

Great selection, severely understaffed and lines take an unbelievably long time.

Was disappointed that there wasnt a larger selection of Christmas decorations. Okay, I missed the big day but was hoping for the gift sets or other Christmas items. Some items were only marked down twenty-five percent but there were items that were marked seventy five percent.

Big Lots has hung around for a lot longer than most people expected them too, and to me its mostly because they offer a pretty good variety of merchandize at a better price than most of the big boy stores. Always enjoyed shopping there and if you ever want to buy furniture, this is a great place to go!

I love walking around and see what they have. Sometimes like today I saved on my Towels and a Oven Mat. Now if Pies overflow I dont waste Foil I will already have the Mat in there 🙂 and they have Clip on Earrings 😁💙 And, did I say And 😁 they have Sun Block, Sound Proff Curtains 4 Panels from $25 - $27 not to bad of price.

Great place to buy furniture. Gianna started jumping from sofa to sofa which got us removed from the store. I went back later and explained her situation. The staff was very understanding and I now have a new sofa. I think Giannas banned from the store though. Live and learn.

I always find stuff here that I can never find anywhere else. The quality isnt too bad and the price is good for what you get. The area is a bit run down, so the store is never busy, but I make sure never to be leaving there in the dark.

Was very disappointed went i went in looking for Easter decorations, candy and fillers. I couldnt find anything except some jelly beans and regular candy. Decided to look for some spring stuff to put outside instead and when it saw their prices i left with nothing. Hobby Lobby was actually cheaper!

Visually the store was lacking. It needs some updates. Looks like a hood Big Lots. However, i found a full selection of items to decorate and coordinate my bathroom. I love the completed look! It was a successful visit and my first time there.

Cashiers do not know what theyre doing with the computer

The site is in a pretty rough spot but the people working their are super nice and very helpful. My wife and I received help in the patio area almost immediately and other customers were having cars loaded and being checked out very quickly. The team works really well at this big lots location.

I recently bought a dresser from here for my new babys nursery. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Although they were busy in the furniture section and I had a little bit of a wait, the good attitudes and jokes from the staff made it pass quickly. Will definitely return for our other home needs.

We were standing to inquire about some furniture we wanted to buy. The associates passed us at least 40 times...never said a word. Then some customers of their ethnicity approached..the same associates waited on them!!! My daughter even asked one pf them a question..they looked at my daughter and kept walking!!! So dissatisfied.

I just looked at 3 different couches n went up to buy one. Well the lady was RUDE N SAID THEY HAD NONE OF ALL 3 OF THEM. THEN PUT THAT ON THEM. HOW HORRIBLE

We stopped in here because we heard they remodeled, great job! Would recommend this as a stop on a day out to anyone. Lots of choices, lots of things to look at, lots of necessities.

Big Lots is a great place to save money. You can find almost anything there. The employees are very helpful and friendly. If you cant find something, they will search high and low to find it. I will always be a customer.

I have been an occasional shopper @ Big Lots but in the past few yrs the Big Lots store on Whipple Ave in Canton has drastically changed for the BEST. The Mgmt is very friendly & helpful and the store is constantly kept neat & tidy. It wasn’t this organized 4-5 yrs ago. The Alliance Big Lots is closer to where I live but I go to the Whipple Ave store in Canton more often.Keep up the Great work in the store and Customers will stay Happy!Thank You, Paula

Great low prices! Almost a one stop shop. Lots of items much cheaper than other stores. Good quality!

Walked in completely ignored by multiple employees. Witnessed employees vaping in store. Couldnt find what we needed, but was avoided by employees. Store was in disarray with shelving units literally blocking idle ways. Had to wait by the check out to be able to pay so we could leave. Just wow. Will not return.

Theres alot of great busy that are in there. Alot of things I didnt expect to find at big lots. Great place to go for everything you need for the season. Great service as well. Friendly and helpful people waiting to help you find whatever it is that you are looking for.

I like Big Lots. They always have a good selection of inexpensive home goods. Curtains, bedding, towels and decorative items. Theyre a good place to get seasonal decorations too on a budget.

Home of the great deals. Furniture, pet supplies, housewares, food. They pretty much have all of the bases covered.

The store was clean however the store manager doesn’t seem to understand the concept of downsizing a clearance section and not to put regular price items smack dab in the middle of your clearance section. You push the clearance towards the door and fill the empty panels behind it with your regular price items so that you get rid of your clearance quickly and you don’t confuse your customers.
