The gentleman behind the counter was very polite and professional when my son and I were at the store - there was a woman who insisted she was first in line ( she had entered from the opposite side of the register, after we were there and after a family who was at the counter left ). She, after ranting for a short while, asked me if she was first. I replied “I have no idea, but I’m not in any hurry” Calmly, he assured her she was not, and offered to review the security camera footage . She stated “I’m gonna follow this through “ She told him to go ahead and check, dropping some f bombs along the way. When he returned from the back room and asked her if she would like to see the footage (proving she was wrong), she angrily dropped more expletives and left.Despite the situation, the owner handled it very well . My son picked out his hoodie and heat transfer design. He loved it, and wore it straight out of the store .Excellent customer service

The guy was so nice and took the time to help my 9 year old son pick the perfect Call Of Duty design for his customized hoodie. He also had his first name on the back in the coolest design. He outgrew the hoodie now but it was a hit. He received so many compliments on it. This store is the best. They really care about their customers! Dont sleep on this one!

I love these Guys .. I had my own logo that i use on most of my online work and I went there to get it printed on a shirt. they were so helpful and I got it in around 15 mins. so professional and they have couple of cool ready prints too. Highly recommend them. five stars for you
