This company is very shady. signed a 5 year lease thinking that the payment will stay the same and that everything is included as far as maintenance. Well think again. You will have to pay for postage for the toner, i think i even paid for labor when the came out to fix the copier, the monthly payment will increase up to 15% at their discretion. Just be very careful, make sure you read all the fine print and even then they will just arbitrarily bill you for something more and claim its somehow encompassed in the contract.

5 stars… They managed all of our print services and put in multifunctional units. I’m impressed with their seamless installation process. Their follow-up after installation was greatly appreciated.
