I didnt have a great experience or even a good one. The next pair of glasses that I need, I wont be going to Bard optical. The glasses I got were fine. Im happy with them. The way I was treated is what I had a problem with. They acted like I was bothering them. I was the only one in the office. They need to work on how to treat their clients.

I would highly recommend Bard Optical for all your eye care needs. The staff and doctor are very helpful.I had the help of a very nice caring gal. She had a few suggestions for frames. The frame I picked is a pretty Raspberry color. I have gotten many compliments on them. I also got a free pair of sunglasses. Love them also.

I love bard optical I love the choices for designer glasses as that is always what I get ever since I was about 16. The ladies at Bard Optical in Canton are very sweet and the lady who helped me find frames was very helpful. Also I only waited about 5 minutes in the front before being taken back. 10/10 will go again

Live in Canton but went to Washington location due to appointment dates. Glasses were to be shipped to canton location. When inquiring about my husbands glasses and mine they were rude(Canton Store). Then told me to come get my glasses they werent even mine! Instead of looking into delay they were nasty and acted like I didnt matter .Finally called the Washington Location and they Actual helped . Informed me my frame was on back order ... Really Bard dont you think you should inform your customers especially after they drop over 1000 dollars?! Not happy 😒

They are always very nice, curteous, & friendly. I never feel rushed when picking out new frames & that can take me awhile! I love going there!

This company is very professional and great to their customers. For this area in Canton this is the best place to get your eyes checked and a wide variety of frames to choose from.

After several attempts to be refashioned for glasses I gave up.Coy/Cory had me looking like a clown in a pair of glasses that was 2 times the size of my face for a year. Then I went to Pekin Bard Optical and received excellent service and a pair of glasses that actually fit my face ...

What a racket they’re running. They deserve zero stars. Not only are they extremely overpriced, they charged my mother an extra $40 on her eye exam because they found cataracts and macular degeneration, and according to them, they now had to bill as medical. She went in for lenses only since this is the only place that is in her vision network. She has another doctor she sees for the macular degeneration. This place has done nothing to treat her medical eye issues. Yet, they get by with charging extra simply because she has these issues. Now she has to pay a medical copay in addition to the vision. It’s wrong! How can get code it as medical when they are NOT the ones treating the problem.

I do not recommend! I ordered a 6 month supply of contacts ($200). I opened the package when received, only to find several for one eye and only a few for the other eye. When I called, the first girl admitted their mistake and said they had to get back to me with a resolution. Then Steve called; He was VERY condescending and said it was my fault for opening the box. When I told him I had no way of knowing the order was wrong without opening the box, he said it was still my fault and they weren’t going to do anything. He kept telling me I got what I paid for and I told him although that may be true, that wasn’t what I ordered. Apparently their philosophy is to send you anything they want and you have to pay for it. I’ve filed a complaint with the corporate office, but if Steve is representative of their staff, I absolutely do not recommend them!

I have been extremely satisfied with Bard optical after switching eye doctors several years ago. With the tests they do prior to the actual eye exam which is something Ive never experienced anywhere else. And being able to view pictures of inside my eyes themselves is a first that I really appreciate.

They’re a little snappish on the phone, but very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in the office. I will be using Bard Optical for my vision needs from now on. I do wish they had a friendlier phone presence though.

I have been going for yearsThey have always treated me with professional courtesy and warmth. The eye doctor who drive from Decatur gives a good through exam. So is more the nay sayers

Every time we go the wait is about 2 hours. Please stop overbooking or at least tell your patients it will take that long.

The wait times are ridiculous! Three times I have been there and each time it gets worse. There is no excuse for a patient/ customer to come in and waste 3 or 4 hours to be seen and then walk out w/o your staff having insurance information ready. I will NOT return to your establishment after I pick up my glasses!! I will NOT recommend your establishment to anyone. If you do not have a steady Optometrist (as per your staff member) then you should not book appointments back to back to back. Its NOT fair to the patient/ customer. You may have all the time in the world, but everyone elses time is precious. And no one wants to waste half a day in an eye doctors lobby. I am ANGRY at your lack of customer service skills.
