Should have read reviews and remembered my first visit.....I could share experience details, but its veen happening for years. Why do we even give reviews if the issues never get addressed.
Store is in very shabby shape. Went looking for a chair and none of the chairs had price tags on them, a complete mess. There were three employees in the entire store so no one available to help. May be reliable for stuff you can find on your own but I would not rely on getting any help.
I bought a printer this morning the service was great and help me out the printer what I newd
Good store with good stock of inventory. Unfortunately they were out of my toner cartridge.
Seriously the worst customer support ever. Employees will not help you look for an item. And the cashier is just sitting on his cashier check out counter going through his phone. . Horrible. This place is deserving to go out of business with the kind of Employees that are working here.Where is corporate?
WORST CUSTOMER service EVER! I have been working in retail for the past 7 years and I have held different positions throughout my retail career and this has been my worst experience anywhere. I walked in as soon as they opened to buy some printer. I found It and then I went to the checkout. The guy who was working this morning does not say good morning or how are you today (This doesn’t bother me much) but what really upset me was the fact that he said NOT ONE WORD during the entire transaction. He didn’t even ask if I wanted the receipt in the bag. He just looked at me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be spending anymore money here despite the convient location. I will purposely go out of my way to buy my office supplies elsewhere.
This particular location is packed with super nice friendly people who try their best to sell you something that will increase their profitability but are more than happy to accommodate your individual needs.I always go into Staples with the expectation of overpaying for immediate availability with a 50% chance of finding what I need. I guess they get a high margin on coffee pods but I wish theyd use the space to diversify some actual office products.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not print anything at this store. Customer service is horrible. Tried printing a simple poster and kept being told to upload it at staples.com but no one would show me how to do it. Then called because my email went through with the pdf I wanted to get printed and a guy told me it was received and to come back to the store. I went back in and the girl behind the counter said no it wasn’t received and didn’t even apologize for me having to come back down there. I downloaded the staples app to customize my image to be printed and everything looked good then I received the email receipt and letters were missing on the poster. I called back again and the same guy answered and I wanted to talk to someone different and asked to speak with someone in printing and he said “well you’re talking to them!” Very rudely. And still no one can find my print. I had to call customer service off the app to cancel my order. Also my parents get things printed all the time for their business and have had similar issues. Even if something was wrong with format of the pdf I still would have liked some help and not to be treated rudely.
Ive purchased a great chair and portable filing boxes but cant find hanging file folders anywhere in the store. Staples used to be the place for office supplies but apparently they focus on other things now.
They had better / more selection on the product I was looking for vs other stores. Also, I had some business cards printed last minute lightning fast. I submitted my order online and hour before closing time and it was ready in less than 25 minutes.
I needed a laptop on an emergency basis and went to our local Staples. As always, there were very few employees available. The young tech support guy showed me a laptop in my price range. The problems began then!He began pushing for tech support to transfer data from my old computer to the new one. To be honest, he was using words which sounded impressive but didnt click with me. In order to make the process easier I agreed to the almost $100 fee. After transferring data from the old PC to an external harddrive for temp. storage, he announced that he would check to see if we have a laptop in stock! I couldnt believe my ears....my old PC was now stripped of data and I was panicky about getting online for work!To my horror, the weekly laptop deal wasnt in stock! Now what?? So he said he would place an order to have the item shipped to the store in 2 days. AFTER waiting almost a week, I called the main customer service line. The helpful person on the line told me that he didnt place the order until the end of the day (Friday) and, therefore, no order went through until Monday! Evidently, Staples doesnt process orders on the weekend!!!I was sooooo frustrated! I called every day to be told that the new laptop was on its way. No one at the store apologized or offered any help at all!The ONLY saving grace was the kind customer service woman at the main admin. offices. She was a good listener, proactive, and then offered me a gift card to use with Staples. When the laptop was finally ready, my daughter picked it up. Not one person spoke to her except to hand her the box. She wasnt even certain the data had been transferred. No one apologized about the error and delay.Honestly, the staff needs training! The managers need training! Dont go to this Staples location!
Can you please train your employees to do things like print paperwork/documents from any type of device such as USB drive, phone, computer, etc etc..... very aggravating to send someone over there to handle these very simple things and your employees act like its impossible to do. Hell I know they know how to use these devices, especially a phone they are on them 80% of their lives.
Omg. No employees. Notechs .terrible
Took a while to get some service but it was good. I even called ahead and told them that I will be pulling up right when they closed and they stayed open for me
Kind of a sad place. Its usually a clean store, but the only other customers were some teenagers hanging out in the chair section. The chip reader malfunctioned at check out and the cashier reprimanded me for operating it incorrectly (I didnt.)But they always have most of the things I need and are generally pretty organized. It do what it be.
I have been using Staples for my printing needs for at least 4 years now. As long as Morgan is working in the Copy Center, Staples on Riverstone will continue to get my business! She is so knowledgeable and never gets flustered with me (at least it doesnt show :-)She offers ideas and often cleans up my ideas with something creative. It is rare to see a representative that makes you feel like SHE is working for you, not some faceless company. Staples should be proud to have an employee like Morgan that makes people like me only come in on the days shes working because she really does care about my product. Well done!
Honestly the employees were rude& snarky at first! But they didn’t do my order in a timely manner for a OKAY price. For that I give 3 stars
They always have exactly what I am looking for. Even Teacher Edition of Happy Planner!
Took my nephew in here to shop for school supplies. We come here due the low cost school supplies.
Had what I needed and fast friendly service.
Excellent service..and quick printing.
Purchased 2 printers on line & picked up in an hour. Easy!
The salesperson was great. The store policy sucks
Love the printing station and entire staff is very helpful
Placed order online (30 regular copies) came to pick it up 2 hours later and they said they will be ready tomorrow. Don’t waste your time here just go to office max
Went in to have copies of my artwork. The girl working behind counter was pleasant, but did not know how to reduce artwork properly do she had to scan each one in. Once scanned no one knew how to use Publisher to reduce scans for greeting cards. We had wited a long time while the girl finished a copy job for an employee, and while we waited each of the self serve copiers stopped working and guess what?? The girl working there did not know how to fix them. The store was closing so I was told I should come back on Monday (this was a Saturday) I was charged .50 for each scan and told they would email them to me. I never received them. I called on Monday and asked to have them resent and never received them. Lost my money and my time
Frustrating and way overpriced. Wont be shocking when they go out of business.
15 minute wait for a stamp. Four more people in line and one poor girl behind the usps/copy counter, three employees behind the check out counter and the phone is ringing quite frequently. Granted the employees may not be cross trained to help in the copy center its speaks volumes of the management and its a waist of our time.
I needed 1 copy on a Sunday evening. The copy person was just sitting there. Imagine my surprise when there is a 30% express fee because I didnt wait a day. I looked at my receipts from OD/OMax from the middle of a busy day and theres no fee. No more Staples for me.
Fine just fine!
Great and friendly employees.
Good service and information.
Its Staples . . . so, yeah, they have just about what youd need office supply wise.
They no longer carry desk in store.
The employee was very rude and wasnt helpful
A constant source for the office tech we need daily. When I run short, Staples always fills the gap for us!
Did not have anything I needed
Only needed 1 copy in the copy and print center. Service was extremely slow
Great service
Awesome!
Typical staples
Very kind workers
Brilliant
