Got my delivery from here and was very upset to find my drink had spilled all over my scone and I basically had a shot of coffee left. My thing is, why is it packaged all Willy nilly? You would think they would have sealed the drink correctly so that it would make it to its destination in one full piece. Next time I’ll just go pick it up I guess.

Stumbled on this place by accident and we loved it! The ambience is so serene and the baristas are sweet!We ordered the Coco Ice dragon and it was fantastic!

Ginger Raspberry and Ginger Lemon drinks, especially in the hot version, take you to a different world. About 100 cal. a bottle though, to be enjoyed responsibly :)

I would have to assume their tea is the appeal because it cant be the coffee. I am pretty picky with my coffee but it seemed they only had blends and no single origin. Nice staff but I was hoping for more in terms of a coffee joint.

My daughter and I really like the atmosphere. Coffee and pastries were delicious. Will go again.

Trendy location. Surprising offerings. It is a nice place to visit. Presentation is superb. Food and drink are varied, fresh and delicious. Great place for special occasions and cebratory meals. A wonder to look at and delicious to eat!

This coffee shop is amazing, staff is always super friendly and the drinks are way better then Starbucks in my opinion. Much less sweeter.

The girl working there was friendly but I wouldnt reccomend the coffee. The muffin I had was alright, but I wouldnt reccomend that either. I wasnt impressed and Ill stick with Biggby from now on...

The owners are great people and they have a terrific team. Great drinks, great service, good place to work and meet with small groups. It has a nice, community-hub kinda feel in the suburban sprawl of Canton.

Sweetwaters in Canton is one of my favorite locations!The staff is always very friendly and strives to achieve customer satisfaction but this is NOT Starbucks and I say that in a good way (and I LOVE me some Starbucks). We as consumers have to realize that each place is different and appreciate the quirks that come with it. Sweetwaters is where I go if I want a sweet drink, hence the Sweet in Sweetwaters from my understanding.They specialize in coffee & teas but also offer sandwiches, snacks & sweet treats like cake pieces (or whole cakes!). My favorite is the OMG! Chocolate Cake and I have made many friends happy on an off day by offering to bring them a drink and a piece of cake from Sweetwaters :) The cafe will also do special orders for events like Paczki for Fat Tuesday, Pie orders for Pie Day or Frost your own Cookies for Christmas.Pre-Covid, this cafe also had what I believe were called Open-Mic nights where community artists (whether individuals or groups) could preform. They also have artwork displayed through the restaurant available for purchase or just to view. Ill be excited when they can bring back more community events.I am so happy that they have added the Quad size for their iced drinks! Now I can have my Imperial Milk Tea in a larger size! Though I hope that other Sweetwater cafes will also add this to their menu soon! (Ypsilanti, Im speaking to you!)

Excellent coffee shop.Very good ambience, good selection of coffee and tea, they also have good selection of snacks sweet and savory. I saw couple fresh baked pies as well.They do have some non dairy options like almond milk for an additional charge. So vegan friendly.Until now my favorite option is French Vietnamese au lait. Creamy and perfect coffee strength.Friendly and helpful employees.The decor is nice, art work on the wall, local art for sale.There are plenty of seating but no free wifi. There is xfinity wifi signal, you might be able to use it if you are a Comcast customer.Another small thing they only have Togo cups. No ceramic mugs even if you want to hang out and drink.So a chain coffee shop with a local feel.

Generally very positive. Can be a tad noisy when busy, due to hard surfaces throughout that do not absorb sound.

I really wanted to rate Sweetwaters higher than what I did. The coffee was great the sandwich was good. But the cleanliness in relation to the current Covid-19 situation did not exist. I had three tables that emptied when I was there for a few hours, but none of them were ever cleaned by anybody. The table I used, I saw crumbs on it, so I cleaned it up myself before I sat down.

LOVE Sweetwaters! This is my go to place for meeting friends over coffee/tea, studying, doing work on my laptop, or having a mommy-daughter date. My 5-year old and I love the broccoli cheddar quiche (Michigan made by Crust baking pie company). My favorite things to order are the French Vietnamese au lait, Dragoneye, or even just their house blend.Service and Ambiance: The service is consistently friendly, fast, with no pressure. Love that they support displaying local artists and have open mic sessions from time to time. One of their baristas does amazing chalk art on a huge floor to ceiling wall at the back. They also participate in community events and have a bulletin board at the back for postings. Bathrooms always seem very clean, and theres a changing table in the womens bathroom (not sure about the mens). The WiFi is fast and reliable.Room for Improvement: I enjoy being here a lot (usually 1-3 times a week), so I really wish they had nutritional info listed. I have e-mailed the company. Also, I wish there was a way to dispose of dishes at the front, as it can be a touch inconvenient to walk all the way to the back if you have kids/stroller/laptop. I also would expand their community bulletin board and include breakfast offerings that are more fruit/vegetable based, but I understand theres a potential to lose money there.Discounts/coupons: Keep an eye out in the Canton community pamphlets for Sweetwaters coupons. They also have reloadable gift cards, where you get a free drink every time you load $25 to the card.

Come here for the Abianno espresso. Very smooth and flavorful. Service is on point and friendly everytime.

Delicious desserts! I came here because I heard they had great dessert, and I was not disappointed. We shared a piece of chocolate cake, and tried the blueberry crumble bar, as well. Both were exquisite!A very nice, bright, clean, and welcoming interior. The prices reflect the quality of the products, but are not unreasonable. I will definitely be a return customer!

Great coffee shop in Canton! There arent too many in the area - Bigby and Starbucks are two other name brand ones. Sweetwater has an excellent location that keeps you away from Ford Rd traffic and it seemed like their prices were reasonable compared to Starbucks. The location has a lot of seating and it was very clean even at the end of the day so I would definitely come here to get some work done or even to meet up with a friend!

Good ambience. Good pastries. Cofee is good but does not stand out. Bubble tea was disappointing. Its not like the bubble teas that you would generally expect

I like the big table in the back. In fact, it is my favorite place to be when Im working remotely.I want to give this place three stars, because in terms of coffee shops, I dont believe the products match the costs. It is pretty inside. It has all the necessary nuance expected in a fancier coffee place, but the coffee isnt exactly mind-blowing.Their regular coffee is pretty much machine-brewed, so the espresso and tea drinks are where its at. As long as you know that, youll not be disappointed.

Really clean and well maintained. Must be a newer facility. Great ambiance for studying but the music can get a bit loud. Definitely bring headphones. Prices are a tad higher than expected but still in the normal range of prices. Will come back in the future

Great Service with smiles. I actually love their coffee better than starbucks. The price range is same as high end coffee shop. Its nice casual ambience and its really in a very convenient location. Wish their hours for the weekend were different, I love a coffee or tea late at night with a little dessert. I think they should look in to that.

This place is an under rated hidden gem in the heart of Canton. Warm, friendly, relaxing artistic environment. Great vibes here.

This place is very clean n nice, the bakery products are good but I’m not satisfied with the coffee, I ordered the dragon eye n expected a nice coffee n some coffee art on it but it was nothing like that even the coffee that looked like tea was so bad. I went their around 8pm n the look on the employees face clearly indicated that they were not happy to see a customer at that time 🤦🏼‍♂️

Awesome spot, the teas and homemade ginger carbonated drink is amazing. Awesome place to chill and study, definitely a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Good music, clean, pleasant ambiance. Modern decor. They respond well to feedback and suggestions for improvement. Chairs are comfy for even long study sessions. Nice to have an option like this in the neighborhood.

One of the few places around that you can find bubble tea. Coming from Asia, Id say they could improve by putting a bit more tapioca pearls in it, but hey, if you want bubble tea there arent many places to get it.

Walk in to a spacious coffee shop that is very open and warm. They have some very unique selections of drinks and the baristas were very kind. Definitely plan to be back. Oh! I almost forgot, they have a couple pastries available as well....one of those that tempt you to take them all

I frequent this location at least 3 times a week, I usually go in the morning and afternoon. I always get the house blend. Lately, as in the last several weeks, it is either way too weak, way too strong or tastes burnt. I would love to get a consistent cup of coffee every time I visit. Hopefully, this will occur!

I had the best Chai tea ever and the ladies there were great. Found a new place for some peace n quiet and chai tea,macaroon were really delicious I had the lemon flavor.

Sweetwaters coffe & tea is a great place to enjoy different specialty coffees. They offer a good variety of coffee, tea and pastries. Very well decorated, with a beautiful map of Michigan at the end. Seating is confortable and attention is top notch.I highly recommend this place.

This is a convenient close to home coffee house. I really enjoy the desserts like the carrot cake, moist and full of carrots with a cream cheese frosting.

The Baristas are so great, thoughtful, and kind. The store is clean and the bathrooms are clean. They actually take the time to answer your questions. The baked goodies are so good. I would definitely recommend there tea lattes and the chocolate chip cookies or cinnamon buns.

Prices are meh, but overall nice environment for studying and just chilling with friends

I practically live at this place! I love all my Baristas. I love that they always know my favorites and the flavor combinations I like and when I want something to try different they always have suggestions!

The food there is lovely. Unfortunately, I had to go back to my car for two pillows to sit on because the seats are all hard. This is definitely not something I expect from a coffee shop because such seats dont invite people to linger. Someone like me, who has chronic pain, wont be comfortable at all in such seats, and I ended up hurting for days afterwards.

I have stopped going to the famous chain for coffee and switched to Sweet water!! So much smoother! Wish baked goods were not so huge but still good!!

I always visit sweetwaters coffee shop when Im visiting Canton Michigan. The best coffee and my favorite broccoli quiche. Very nice atmosphere and great customer service. Always a pleasure.

We were in canton with friends. And wanted to try this cafe after a long tiring day. Place is really good . Can hangout with friends. We ordered vanilla cappuccino, french vietnamese au lait coffee ( which was horribly bitter in taste) another disappointment was i usually enjoy coffee in a mug ☕️. I was expecting them to serve in a mug/ cup but instead they eerved in a togo glass which just turned my mood off. Dint like the coffee either. My vibe was put off . May be will not come here again. But staff was very friendly and gentle, and for the place i have given 3 stars.

I have never been disappointed by a Sweetwaters, and this newer location is no different. Decent coffee and snacks, nice atmosphere. Its a good place to study or get work done.

I have enjoyed everything I have purchased. The main reason I keep returning are the people that work there. You will fine art work from local artists and students of our schools. This Sweetwater location is tie to its community. I highly recommend that you take the time and enjoy Sweetwaters.

Completely friendly staff with subperb customer service. I thought that the interior of the store was nice. Definitely a good spot for meet ups. Cheaper than starbucks AND better. I would definitely recommend coming here if you would like to be treated with respect and for good coffee/tea choices.

Today was the first time I was at this location. Have been to one in Ann arbor several times previously. This is a very clean place that offers wifi. Many people were here working on their laptops. I did not try the wifi but one of the customers stated it was quite good. The owner took careful time to consider my order and assist me in ordering a latte that met my keto diet. One of the better coffees I have had in a very long time. My daughter had a milkshake and a chocolate cupcakes to go. She said it was very good. So for these 3 items... I paid a bit over $15. I have to say I would love to come here more often but at these prices it will be more of a treat vs a common occurrence. I believe the prices should be 20% less across the board.

So happy to find a place that focuses on tea as much as coffee. They have Thai iced tea, one of my favorites.

Nice place however pastry was overpriced & looked old. There was a big fly in the pastry display. We walked out as soon as we saw that. Just stick with coffee and tea.

I wish I could put zero stars. I was very disappointed with the service. Instead of getting my coffee, the person who took my order didn’t tell the next worker what I wanted and messed my order up. It was dirty there as well. I won’t be back. Starbucks instead for me.

Not really excited with their coffee, bidder not tasty, just tried something new beside Starbucks, to support local coffee shops, unfortunately doesn’t worth it, not sounding my money this way. Deserts are expensive.

The staff wasnt too friendly and I know its a small thing but to say hello and goodbye to people walking through the door is nice and I was there during a shift change and no one said anything. But the atmosphere is nice the play a lot of chill female lead songs.

I wanted to go out and try something new today and I thought maybe something different than Dunkin Donuts. This place is by far superior. I ordered the Dragoneye coffee and a meat lovers stromboli. The coffee wasnt to my liking but they let me exchange it free of charge for a Cocoa Cappuccino which was excellent. New coffee place!
