Another Starbucks location. A new location in the middle of the mall right oustide Macys department store. They have a nice sitting area where you can enjoy your tea and watch the shoppers run around ad you think Ive got it good.Long lines for the holidays.

I like this place I eat breakfast here sometimes, and the brownie are so so good.

Great customer service! The young man, Jake, at the window was able to make conversation and answered honestly when I asked what his favorite way to drink the cloud was, all while delivering speedy service! Very pleased by the friendly service!

Do not care for the customer service here. Try to order a 2-3 (2shot-3pump) white lightning. He said there is no such as a white lightning and it comes only in tall. I order this drink every week and never had a problem with the order. I also ask for soy and nope didn’t get that either! And I thought you can order your drink however you like. 😠

Worst Starbucks ever. Like a drive through auto parts store. Waiting for your coffee in store while thirty cars wait in the drive through piloted by corpulent Ohioans.

Terrible service. Two workers were having more fun doing taste tests with each other while the line of us waiting piled deeper and deeper.Final product was not ribboned with a crumble at all, but was like a frappuccino and a blended mess.Ive always been pretty satisfied with Starbucks until today. Premium beverage deserve premium service and consistency.Fortunately it was remade correctly the second time and problem rectified.

Delicious coffee for a pretty penny. Can’t complain, but my wallet can. Still, the pumpkin spice latte is DELICIOUS

Starbucks tastes amazing and the fact that they have the perfect amount of food and desserts is cool too. They are really good. I dont like how frequently they change the menu it gets confusing and I want to be able to order a Smores frap all year. The menu also seems a lot smaller than it used to which is disappointing. It was slow getting my drink last time because there was only 1 girl working. I really like the reusable cup and straw thing thats amazing. Overall I really like it but its not the cheapest and the menu changes too much. Give me back my Smores frap!!

Service was subpar and both staff members appeared annoyed. Glad to be returning home today and will enjoy my neighborhood Starbucks where the staff are friendly. When I return to this city to visit, I will not be coming back to this location.

Worst Starbucks ever. After waiting 10 minutes to order the guy was extremely rude when I used my birthday reward because I didnt specify what kind of reward I had. It was unnecessary. I waited another 10 minutes for my drink and it was okay I guess. I definitely wont be visiting this location again.

Customer service is terrible, come here everyday and still are rude and don’t care. Three times with week have had issues. Girl didn’t want to make moble orders and asked my coworker is she was waiting for the mobile order and said she didn’t feel like making them. Ordered two sandwiches on mobile and man told my coworker they wouldn’t give her one until they saw the mobile receipt. Major inconvenience to have to walk down there to show i paid for two sandwiches. If you can go to the one outside of the mall, more friendly.

Third time theyve ignored my mobile order!!! Then I get my actual order and it tastes awful because they rushed. Getting 2 stars because I really do like the people, I respect the Store manager, but I just get so many excuses.

Even if Im closer to another Starbucks I will always drive the extra few minutes to come to this one for the fastest service and best baristas in town
