Boston-quality coffee shop right in Canton! So glad a friend mentioned this place. Has a wide variety of creative espresso drinks and delicious donuts on sundays. Housed in the adorable and historic Canton Junction station. Bonus that it is super open-air to feel safe during covid.
Everyone was very friendly, meet Kevin the owner. Espresso is wonderful. Its Sunday, come get a donut while they last.
Absolutely amazing spot in Canton. Coming here I had quite big expectations and I was not disappointed a bit. It is The place to get a truly great coffee. Kevin (the owner) is a very passionate about what he does and it shows all through the process of making you a very high quality cup of coffee. It was nice to see him use milk from the local farm and see chocolates for sale from Cambridge chocolate factory. Also the cafe is spotless clean and is pet and kid-friendly. Definitely worth the drive if you are not local.
This place is for real. Worth going out of your way for the coffee and espresso drinks. Deserves to be on best of lists, certainly made mine. The atmosphere is great. The staff is more than friendly. Cant wait for the day when I can come back here with a laptop.
I LOVE the baked goods here. So yummy! Weekends they have sticky buns and donuts. During the week look for delicious muffins 😋
Excellent cold brew! Kevin and his team were great and very welcoming. The old train station that CCE occupies (designed by Bradford Lee Gilbert c.1890) is a great spot to hang out and enjoy CCEs offerings.
This coffee shop is the best thing to happen to Canton in a long time!! The hospitality is always on point Kevin and crew always makes everyone feel so welcome. The coffee is amazing with great seasonal options and the vibe of the shop is so cozy.
Great coffee and service. You can really tell they care about what they are serving and that they put time and effort into actually tasting and calibrating their coffee. Coffee nerds will approve! Love going here!
Found this place on a whim. One of the best Americanos Ive ever had! Theyre serious about coffee here! Will definitely come back.
The coffee at Copper City Espresso is phenomenal & the people are even better! Its a cool environment and very convenient! I highly recommend CCE!
Cool way to use Canton Junction and there is free parking for Copper City customers
Great coffee and eats inside the train station... the owner was the sweetest soul and beyond helpful. Love this place, can’t wait to go back!
I ran in 5 minutes before closing and I still got unrushed excellent service. Coffee was really good too.
Love coming down for a cup of coffee. Everyone is always so friendly and polite. If something is wrong Kevin always goes out of his way to make it right. Its a beautiful space, with some semi-private areas, like the conductors lounge, if you need to get some work done or you can socialize in the main room. Kevin and his staff are very knowledgeable, its not your average cup of Joe!
Incredible coffee and the proprietor is passionate and knowledgeable. My coffee is always carefully crafted and delicious and the atmosphere is incredible! A must try. If you want expert coffee and to support a business that positively impacts community, this is the place! I drive 45 minutes for the perfect cup!
Kevin is great. I had a few minutes to observe as my tea was steeping.Copper City is a welcoming space with loads of character. There was a nice mix of people enjoying the open seating and the quiet (enclosed) booth enjoying the wifi while fulfilling their morning caffeine fix.Kevin was helping two first-time customers sort through their numerous options, serving his regulars and ensuring his commuter customers were taken care of prior to their train departing. He didnt miss a beat. Everyone engaged in casual conversation as Kevin introduced everyone and guided the conversation. My tea was second only to the overall experience.
Kevin is awesome! He always remembers my name and he always makes sure I’m happy with my coffee and he greets everyone with a smile. The coffee is great, staff is great, even the decor is beautiful! Keep it up Kevin!
I went here alot of times when we lived there, Kevin is one of my moms freinds ( Hes really nice.) everything is sooo good. and you can belive me because Im only 12.
This is a fantastic spot if you like coffee or have a few minutes to kill before your train comes. The owner, Kevin, is a super nice guy and really knows coffee. Beautiful and historic building. Highly recommended. Will be coming back.
Kevin is a great owner and is painstakingly considerate of his customers preferences and tastes. Didnt like something? Kevin will fix it no questions asked even if you were just trying something new and it was made perfectly. The charm of the old station makes this place a truly unique coffee shop and a great place to hang out. The only thing that would improve it is for it to be open more, which it seems to be building up to. Cannot recommend enough
Fantastic coffee, super cool space, & Kevin is really great
We did not have coffee or anything else, as we were just waiting on the train. But, what made this a 5 star rating was the fact that the man behind the counter announced to everyone that if we were taking the train into Boston, that we had to go over to a certain track. We would have missed our train and had to wait 2 hours for another one if not for his kindness! Thank you sir!
Wow! What a gem! From the owner to the coffee to the interior design/renovations, it was amazing. I got information about where my coffee was from, a generous offer of alternatives to milk, super friendly welcoming service. Im in love! I will drive out of my way to grab coffee here!!!
I cant decide what the highlight is, the great coffee or the incredible decoration of the place. It has this nostalgic vibe to it thats just so cool and well done.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and locally involved owner. He pulls excellent double shots of espresso and makes a delicious blueberry bread - moist and sweet. I’m grateful that Canton now has such a warm, welcoming third space for locals to gather.
Love it there but just noticed its closed. What happened?
I’ve been making the trip to Canton just to get a latte here! The coffee is fantastic and the owner is friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t hesitate to recommend Copper City Espresso!
Everything that I have tried there is delicious, especially the amazing coffee!! And the service is great!! The owner is so kind and will always provide a high standard service!!
This Mike.M loves this place. Great espresso and unbelievable customer service. Kevin is the best!!
The best shop around!
Some changes to staff and to their brews and feel I need to adjust the review downward. This shop remains of favorite of mine but I feel the quality and consistency of the preparation has suffered. With summer in full swing, I have leaned heavily on the iced coffee drinks and feel they lack the rich flavor they used to have. For example tried a coffee lemonade which tasted like coffee and lemon juice (although it looked nice) and had a coffee old fashioned a few months ago that was great and then a more recent one which was almost undrinkable.Lastly, there have been a lot of new faces on staff. It is hard to live up to the owner and his first employee as they were both great behind the counter but my suggestion for these new faces is pay more attention to greeting your customers and making them feel like you are happy to have someone in the shop. If I want impersonal there are plenty of other less expensive options for that.ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOWDefinitely a five star type of shop. If you live in the area, you need to try the coffee. Whereas a shop like Starbucks leans heavily on coffee that emphasizes the roast and not the bean. The coffee they serve here is smooth and often fruity (for coffee), with distinct flavor that is more aboutathetbean than how long it was roasted. Regardless, it is always flavorful. They have a few food items but this is not a place to grab a breakfast sandwich or muffin with you coffee. At least notnyet. On the flip side, it is in a beautifully renovated, historic train station! While the coffee is on the more expensive side, the owner is the type of guy you want to support. Hell know your name after probably 4 visits and if there is something he can do to make your coffee or experience better, he will do it.Time to try this place!
Awesome coffee/espresso and the most friendly staff around. Thanks for always making the morning commute a bit easier!
The best espresso! Beautiful location and the best people
Fantastic coffee and croissants! Kevin is a great guy and a pleasure to talk to. Would recommend to anyone!
The owner makes a great latte. It’s hard to find good espresso in this area, but Copper City is the oasis in the desert!
Excellent coffee and genuinely kind and helpful staff. Definitely something to look forward to every time I commute!
Wonderful experience and very friendly staff. Espresso was perfect. Cold Brew provides just the jolt youre looking for.
The best way to start our morning!
The barista knows a LOT about coffee and is friendly & always happy to chat. Excellent lattes, too!
The service is excellent, the place is very comfortable and clean.
Cozy little place. The best espresso in town, hands down.
Hats off to Kevin at Copper City Espresso for switching to paper straws! Grab one of his counter culture idido cold brews at Canton Junction train station weekdays. Not your average train station coffee.
Great ice coffee this am!!! Very refreshing and best way to start the day!!!!
Excellent coffee, super service, cool location.
Sadly, it closed on Xmas Eve, we all miss it
Without contest the best latte I’ve had on the east coast
Always a highlight of our week!
Good coffee
It’s a very hard task to find a good coffee in USA. Very good experience, ordered a mocha and everything was on point, coffee beans were perfectly roasted, good quality of chocolate and milk, worth every penny.
