Its location seems odd but- hands down the best biggby Ive ever been to. They are doing things differently here. Quality is so much better- give them a try. Theyve ruined other biggbys for me

I have been coming here for a long long time and lately it’s just been bad.Every time I come I get some different.Not that I order something different, it is different every time.I pay for two lattes and multiple bagels.The lattes most of the time don’t have any flavor or don’t have any espresso. Sometimes both.The bagels are barely toasted and cold.I come home and add chocolate or creamer to the $6+ lattes that I paid for because they are that bad. I don’t understand how something can be different every time. I’m sick of paying that much for lattes I need to fix and bagels I need to reheat.

I was here yesterday when a belligerent customer came in shouting and refusing to wear a mask. I was very impressed by the employees ability to diffuse the tension, and deal with the customer respectfully and professionally. 5 stars to the employees.

My go-to coffee shop. The owners and all of their staff are absolutely wonderful. Besides the great coffee and treats, the owners are amazing. They never hesitate to support a local charity, committee, sport, or event. Thankful to have Bigby and people lie them in our community.

Getting my favorite drink, every time done right, only wish to get promotional coupons like at Westland location. How can one say no to buy one get one free...hmmm?

My usual drink always tastes off at this location nd asking them to remake it never fixes it. The staff is friendly tho so I suppose if youre a people person you wont mind the inconsistency of your beverage.

Service is both quick and friendly. Its also an incredibly welcoming environment as soon as you walk in through the door. Employees and Manager of location are super nice and easy to talk to. If youre looking for a great coffee or a nice place to study and unwind, this is the place.

I dont often go to coffee shops to get work done, but this is a great quiet place to do so. I went on a Saturday evening and there was only another couple there for the hour I was there. If you even need a new place to come grab a drink and snack and get some work done, this could be the place!

If I could give this place ten stars (or twenty) I definitely would. I may have a slight bias because I used to work here and it was probably the best work experience Ive ever had. I was sad to leave, but if i have the chance to apply here again, I definitely would.Since I quit, Ive been a semi-regular customer and, let me tell you, seeing things from the other side of the counter is so great.The drinks here are made with so much care for the customer, its insane (its also a big part of Biggbys motto). If (heaven forbid) a human error is made, the staff graciously attempt to fix it so you leave happy.Biggbys kind of the Burger Kings of coffee in the whole have it your way aspect. You can customize nearly any drink to fit your personal/dietary needs.I have a diabetic family member and she is always given extra help to find a drink that works for her.Another awesome thing about this location (which has a sister location on Michigan Ave) is that the owner can actually be seen making pretty regular appearances here. Heck, hell even help make drinks and run register for a bit so his employees get some time to relax. Hes incredibly helpful and kind.Its nice to have such a great coffee shop where you can physically see a family dynamic between the employees. Everyone jokes with each other and helps each other out. It makes for a happy, relaxing environment to hang out and have some coffee 😊

The best coffee shop in Michigan. Usually very consistent coffee drinks no matter which franchise you visit. You can go online and see how many calories are in your favorite latte. The one I usually frequent is on Ford and Canton Center in Canton Center. Very friendly staff. I like the daily trivia question.

Love the cold brew here but the staff first made it wrong. We brought it to her attention that she didnt put cold brew but regular cold coffee in it she was willing to remake us 2 new drinks but she had the nerve to tell us we had to forfeit the mistake coffees that we were already drinking! My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief. Then the crew member said if we didnt forfeit the coffee wed be charged for it! Wait, we get charged for their mistakes? And why would you not instead of apologizing for making us wait for you to make 2 more drinks, you threaten to charge us for drinks youre throwing away? The thousands of drinks Ive ordered over the years at Biggbys all over the state Ive occasionally had a drink made wrong. And never had anyone demand that I give the one back Im drinking or theyll charge me for it? Come to think of it Ive never been made to pay for a mistaken order at any retail outlet. Can you imagine bringing back a wrong order from a takeout place and having them say If you dont bring back that half eaten pizza were going to charge you for it?Starbucks is looking better and better about now!!

The service is great and so is the coffee! They are consistent with how they make their drinks so you always know youre getting what you want. The servers are always friendly!

Great place for a quick bite and relaxing coffee. One of the friendly and well maintained BIGGBY coffee location. I go here often.Sometimes. they dont keep milk and creamer for the coffee out. Had to ask them.

A bit pricey but they have decent coffee. Their special drinks are a bit too sugary for my taste though.

Fast, quick, and not at all slow! :) Many customers who come in have their Regular made before they are even at the register to pay for it! Service is second to none at this Biggby. Biggby is a great regional business and has many locations throughout the state. Their coffee drinks are good and if you keep an eye out, you can often find Bogo coupons in various places.Try subscribing to their rewards program too. you get a card and every 10th drink is free. You also get a birthday drink. Great company, fantastic service, and a good product. Everything you hope for from a local business! Well played Biggby!

I used to come to this coffee shop three to four times a week on my way to work and the more I come, the more I get to know the owner of this franchise which has pushed me to never come to this biggby again. I have to drive all the way to Westland now to get a cup of coffee now that I know he is the owner of both Canton Biggby locations. I have never seen staff treated so badly by the owner of a business. This grown man belittles and laughs at his own employees. He yells at his employees over silly things like accidentally putting whipped cream on a drink that calls for no whipped cream. The turnover at this location is skyrocket high. Multiple great baristas at this store have told me he was the reason for their leaving, that they just couldnt take it anymore. Hes a man child who throws temper tantrums in the back of the store by throwing things and yelling when an employee error was made. He pulls up video clips from the cameras of employees making mistakes, and laughs at the playbacks with other employees. How is that any way to run a business? He makes snarky comments under his breath about customers that walk in with complicated orders. Over the last few months of encounters with Richard, I have come to the conclusion he is an arrogant, scum bag that cares not about his employees or the customers, but solely about making sure he gets you to buy his overly priced $7 coffee beverage. I want to support a business that supports their staff and makes it a fun environment for everyone.

Its a nice new café. Im not sure if its a national café yet but they have many locations in Southeast Michigan. I have been to this location couple of times. Friendly staff and the place is clean. If you havent tried their coffee, give it a try. I feel its little more stronger than Tim Hortons.

Coffee is good but pricey. I cant imagine how this is the home state and they choose to compete with Starbucks by having higher prices? This is just not worth it IMO when I compare it to Klatch coffee at the Los Angeles LAX airport which is probably the best barista coffee Ive ever had in recent memory.
