I love this place. Ive gone to the location and ordered doordash from here multiple times. Zero issues, ever. The waffles are to die for and the drinks are amazing. The staff are all nice and super helpful.

I love bubble tea and have had wonderful experiences at many different places but this is literally the best bubble tea shop I have ever been to. The customer service is incredible - the employees are incredibly friendly, and very quick to bring out drinks. The menu has so much variety and at amazing prices!! The taste of the drinks and food is phenomenal!! I always drive out of my way to come to Bambu, and especially the Canton location. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

My husband and I are OBSESSED with Bambu Desserts and Drinks! We have tried a few other boba places in the area and this is by far our favorite place! They have a good variety of drinks including milk teas, coffee, smoothies, and Ché. Some of our favorites include taro milk tea (pictured in review), matcha milk tea, Kashmiri milk tea, and brown sugar milk tea. The crystal boba and red tapioca are my personal favorite add-ins! We also love their mochi and the customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone who likes delicious drinks!

I loved this tiny little bubble tea shop tucked into the corner of a shopping center with Szechuan Restaurant and a Cony Island. I had the Rose Garden Fruity tea, which was low cal and delicious. Service was great. Plus they have WiFi.

Love the Ché here! Their specialty Vientamese drinks really set them apart from the average (read bland) boba shop! Dont be afraid to venture out of your comfort zone with the Ché instead of the usual boba, youll be pleasantly surprised. Highly reccomend the Bambu special and the trio! Its an experience as much as a drink!

The bubble tea I ordered was very plain and didnt taste very good at all..... My wife got exactly what she asked for and it was decent. The customer service on the other hand was very good and the employees were very friendly.

This place is great! They are consistent with their drinks every time and have quick service. They have such a wide variety and each beverage tastes perfect every time. My favorites are sea salt black tea, passion fruit tea, and taro smoothies! Cant wait to go back!

I got the peach milk tea with mango boba, and its very good. I gave 3 stars because the staff werent very welcoming. They werent rude, but they didnt greet anyone that came in. There was also an awkward quietness in the establishment, with no music playing.

So good! My favorite boba place in Canton. Theres usually only 1 person working, so expect to wait a couple minutes. The brown sugar boba is the best!

Ordered che. It was mostly shaved ice with watered down coconut milk and very little toppings. Completely flavorless. There was too much ice that it turned into a huge clump as it melted. I could not get to the toppings because the ice was in the way.The staffs were also very unprofessional, talking loud and laughing in the kitchen while customers are around.

The taste of their drinks is 5 stars, but Ive visited at least 10 times, and ordered the same thing with the same modifications, and it comes out differently and/or completely ignores my modifications nearly every time. The staff is friendly and offers to remake them. But its annoying to have your modifications ignored, and wait for then to remake the drink, especially when you have a receipt stating those modificationsrvery time. Other boba places in the area are more consistent but I come here for their specials. If their consistency improved, Id give 5 stars. And I hope it does.

Online order is a joke. We placed an order an hour before we arrive and set up the pick up time. By the time we get there, our order still haven’t been made.Order some pandan waffles, it suppose to be hot and crispy, got an ice cold and soft waffles.

One of the best boba tea place in Detroit area. It has more Vietnamese and Thai drink than kung fu which is across the street and they have a vegan waffle which is suppose to be good. I just heard it from other customers.

I ordered four drinks: mango fruit tea, lychee milk tea, honeydew milk tea, and French vanilla milk tea. Every single one of them tasted like there was nail polish remover when you mixed the drink. The boba was hard and overall just really bad. it tasted poisonous and made my stomach hurt. taste it before you leave so you can get a refund if it sucks

Great service and quality drinks. I appreciate them still requiring masks upon entry, to be extra safe. Quick service every time I go in.

This place has pretty good drinks and everyone that works there is nice and helpful. However, Ive noticed that drinks can be inconsistent depending on who makes them. Ive gotten the same drink a few times, but it tastes totally different based on who makes it. My feedback to the owners would be to make sure everyone is making the drinks the same way. Overall its a great place and I will continue to come here for bubble tea!

This place became an instant addiction. I have never had drinks so unique, distinct and delectable as I have enjoyed here. All of their drinks are delicious. Their traditional Vietnamese iced coffee is better than any other iced coffee Ive had from any other coffee places. I would definitely go out of my way to come here, or even make Bambu the destination

The taro milk tea is better here than Ive had at other places. The crystal boba though isnt my favorite. The texture is odd and they dont have any flavor. I was pleasantly surprised by the bursting lychee, I recommend giving them a try!

I generally dont leave bad reviews but the best word I could use to describe Bambu would be inconsistent. You could get the same drink multiple different times and you never know whether itll be made correctly, whether itll have the same amount of syrup or boba or ice. The experience that prompted me to leave this review happened just recently - I finally found my favorite, safe drink that I could order with confidence and ordered two (one for my partner) and they both ended up tasting like plain milk with boba, no syrup at all. I dont know why I keep going back to just be constantly disappointed. There are plenty of other bubble tea places around - I think I might start looking for a new one to frequent.

Very nice staff came in today right before 7 and had a taro tea with bubbles and it was so delicious! Definitely my go- to from now on! Very quick with orders!

This place had the best Kashmiri tea with bobas I ever had.I went there every other day and we don’t feel the same anymore. With time, changing employees and management, their tea taste different each time. I’ve requested them to add less sugar and it tastes sweeter than before and manager doesn’t get it. She just outright says that’s how it is.We have been going to this place for more than a year and we can tell the difference. Bobas are hard as rock now.They don’t taste as moist and spongy as they did before.This message is for the owner so they can traine their wmployees to maintain consistency in taste which is very important for returning customers.The experience I shared is from less than 2 weeks ago.I don’t think I’ll ever go back as that manager was not polite.

Drinks were delicious. Long wait, not enough staff, but workers are hard working. Staff was pleasant despite appearing to be the only worker.

Delicious smoothies. The cashier was super nice and knowledgeable. Got my drink in a couple minutes without a problem today. Once I came in on a Friday and it was packed but I’m going to start coming Mondays last couple Mondays have been great! Had a Vietnamese Blend which is was super delicious thank you! My daughter mentioned the strawberry banana smoothie is very tasty.

Great place! such diverse choices, mochi and macarons as well as an amazing array of drinks. Fast service and the employees are wonderful! good prices too! really a cute little shop and a great place to get bubble tea!

Each drink Ive gotten from here has tasted pretty good, even though they do use flavored syrups (and powders too, I think?). The boba always has a nice bite to it. However, I noticed that there isnt much difference between getting regular boba and paying the $0.50 for extra.The two dropped stars come from the workers here. They are not professional at all. Every time I come in, they are always shouting and laughing, especially when they go behind the back door. Its so loud! Sometimes, their non-employee friends come in, and they have conversations from across the counter with no shame. I felt like I was interrupting them when I came inside. A little bit more decorum would be nice.Employees aside, Id recommend this place for your next bubble tea.

First time and I ordered the Taro lover mostly because I had no idea what to get. It was very good and different but refreshing. Nice staff too. There are so many items to choose from here. I highly recommend!

Ordered kashmiri bubble tea. The first time tasted delicious the second time ordering it was different person making it and it tasted different. Missing the pistachio. They need to be more consistent. Other than that my daughter enjoys their smoothies

Coffee drinks are amazing! Tapioca pearls are sometimes not cooked all the way through. Also, smoothies seem to be watery/icy, like they need more flavor. Bubble teas are really good but sometimes they seem inconsistent, one time it will be soo sweet and another time it almost has no flavor except tea. I think the staff needs a bit more training and then this place will be my #1 favorite

Update:Had to give it another try. Last time we got the brown sugar milkshake and I actually liked that but the tapioca wasnt cooked enough. This time they nailed the flavor and cooked the tapioca perfectly. They get my favorite drink right and this will be my favorite drink spot in town.Still hunting for the best bubble tea (smoothie) with tapioca around town (or out of town). Unfortunately, Bambu doesnt quite hit the spot. Im simple so I like 🍓 🍌 smoothie, its okay but not good enough, full sweetness tasted like half and flavor/sweetness was not throughout the whole drink. The real sad part of the drink was that the tapioca needed to be cooked some more because it was still hard on the inside.

The boba milk tea was so gross and EXTREMEMLY SWEET I literally threw the whole thing out. waste of money.

Unfortunately I have had 2 bad experiences. The first one was with a cashier I never saw before. She forgot to ask me what size drink I wanted then asked after I paid. I had to pay extra because of her mistake. Then today I went in with my cousin and the girl acted like she wasn’t there. After I ordered she went in the back and didn’t ask my cousin what she wanted to order. My cousin waited patiently for her to come back out and and another customer walked in. When the girl came back out she ignored my cousin again and started to take the other customers order. My cousin said “ am I not here” and the cashier said “I thought you guys were together” my cousin said “ we are but you didn’t take my order” after that the cashier took her order but Bambu was out of what she wanted. She ended up not getting anything and we didn’t even get an apology from the cashier. She was very unprofessional and made us not want to go back.

Ive run the full gauntlet of boba and its just okay. Havent tried the non-boba drinks they have, however. For some reason the tea tastes and has a powdery texture. First time I went there service was awful, wasnt greeted, employee didnt even bother to make eye contact, and they were out of tapioca pearls (which is 90% of the reason I love to drink boba). The employees in general are all highschool kids and very unprofessional.

A decent place, relatively new but it is nice. This appears to be a chain that caters to people who have never really had Boba tea or dont know much about it. Aside from that it is a nice place with plenty of options and variety to try. At $5 each it seems steep in price but is actually a fairly good price. Especially given how much of a fad it is right now and the fact that there are not many places that offer it. It is still worth a try though. There are many flavors and varieties. There is bound to be something that you will like.

It started as 5 stars this summer. But now 2 because after those first few times my drink has literally tasted the same. Also last time I was there I had to explain a menu item to an employee and thats annoying. When their on their game 5 out of 5. But right now due to some of the employees just being unaware of how to make and help folks navigate the menu. 2 stars.

Ordered milk tea with boba and it was really bitter and had way too much ice so you end up sucking up ice instead Of the boba….Even the one that was supposed to be sweeter left a bad bitter aftertaste.

First time going here tonight and was mostly pleased. I ordered a lavender milk tea with Boba. The tea was flavorful, slightly too sweet (but thats just preference and it looks like I can request less sweet if need be on the website). The issue I had was with the Boba pearls. It seemed as though an old batch and new batch had been mixed together? Some of the pearls were still hard on the inside and some where too soft and breaking down. I am excited to have a place like this in Canton and will give it another try. Excited to bring my daughter here who has been dreaming for a place like this to open up :)

Probably the best location Ive been to for bubble tea in Canton, so far! The few selections I have tried have been pretty tasty! The kashmiri tea is awesome. I hope it restocks soon. Every time I look it keeps saying it is out of stock. Only knocking off a star because the boba can be a little inconsistent (last time I ordered they were far too big to get up the straw, and extremely undercooked). Also, on my last visit, last week, I was charged for the kashmiri tea, then told it was out of stock, and had to pick a different flavor, and the difference was never returned to me. And it wasnt until today that I was actually OFFERED plain tea, without milk. I tried asking before when I was making an order if I could get the jasmine tea without milk - and I was told everything already has milk in it.

Went here after my practice yesterday to get a raspberry Rama and I loved it! I asked the cashier what I wanted and she knew exactly what I wanted to get! The staff is so nice and the drinks are so fresh and tasty. I thought tropical smoothie cafe was good? This is so much better I will be bringing my friends to try the other smoothies. The taro is also a beautiful color.

Wow mind blowing both drinks i got were for me to drink one is the Kashmiri chai bubble tea and other is lycee and coconut (something) lol dont remember what it was called.. both are amazing coconut one is more on the sweeter side and Kashmiri is not overpowered by anything both are perfect! Im gonna give more different ones a try but if there are days i dont wanna try anything new ill pick from these anytime!! Must try, highly recommend them!

I love this place. My go to, are the black milk tea with boba and the mangonada. Always good never had an issue with my drinks. Wait times even when busy arent as long as other bubble tea places. I love that they have a monthly special. And if you havent tried the pandan waffle, well you missing out!

Came here today with my boyfriend and tried the strawberry kiwi smoothie! It’s actually so smooth and fresh!! I wish I got another because my boyfriend drank half the cup. I’ll be coming back soon with him to get the same drink! The place is adorable and the decorations are so cute. I’m going to bring my niece here Friday.

That was some of the best falooda I’ve tasted In a long time. And, I experimented by skipping my usual boba tea and getting the Bambu #2 combo special. Oh my goodness!!! The flavor explosion was so beautiful! It was a whole meal in a drink. So well worth it! Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon to try more goodies out!

I have tried a bunch of flavors and Kashmiri bubble tea is my absolute favorite. The only problem is pricing. The tea is overly priced. And they are charge extra $0.5 if you ask for no ice.

Ordered a simple drink that took over 20 minutes to make. There was at least 5 people working in the back so Im not sure what took so long. There were other people waiting for a long a time for their drinks and it was pretty visible that customers were getting frustrated. Not to mention that the drink was not even that good, it was just okay. I wouldve been better off going to McDonalds ordering a shamrock shake.

Honestly the service needs to be better, I know you guys are new to this industry. But the staff really needs to be more acknowledgeable. I’ve been to this location about 5 times. And yes I know they are independently owned. That’s why you need better more experience staff. Cashiers seemed to be confused and forgetful. And the drinks have a different outcome every single time. I think if your staff needs more training.

Best teas, but a bit expensive.

They really need to put up a face shield at their cash register. The employees have masks and gloves but I saw some customers who didn’t have any gloves or masks. Consider a contactless drop off outside for the drinks or please invest in a face transparent shield like the grocery stores are using. The drinks were great - I tried the passion in love and it was so delicious.

Ive enjoyed Bambu out in San Francisco, so was excited to see one opening up in my hometown. Good service and drinks. Especially enjoyed the mangonada and brown sugar milk tea!

I love the drinks but the coupons they send on texts are a scam. When you click the link to open the coupon it says it’s already been redeemed. This has happened multiple times.
