Targets drive up service is perfect in every way-- fast service, easy ordering, very specific ways to give info regarding vehicle & where the bags should be placed in the vehicle, the app is easy to order from and schedule drive up pickup from, orders are always ready sooner than 2 hours, and delivered to our vehicle with a smile, selection of available items, including grocery items, is excellent & getting better all the time! And the list goes on! I hope Target keeps this drive up/pickup service forever, our family loves it & we recommend it to everyone we know!! THANK YOU

BEWARE OF POKEMON CARD SCAMSWe purchase Pokemon cards from this store quite often. On one of our recent purchases, we discovered that the package we bought had the cards taken out of it, replaced with other cards, and the box was carefully resealed (using glue) and returned to the store. There was even a major item missing and the box came apart quite easily. We contacted online customer service about this. We were told that after explaining our situation to a manager in store, we would get a refund no problem. When we went back to the store, we were met with hesitation. The person at the counter simply stated they do not take back open Pokemon cards. However, we had been sold open cards by the store that had been resealed by someone else, so this was more than simply returning open cards. When we explained that we’d spoken with customer service online and that a manager should be able to help us, we were told that he’d do it “just this once” and went through with the refund. To us, this means that if we were to get scammed again at this store, there is a chance we would not get our money back. This is not ok. When we went back to see their stock, we discovered OPEN PACKAGES of Pokemon cards in the aisle. There is clearly a theft and scam problem and Target should do better to address this.

Very nice Target, very tidy and clean. Target, with is emphasis in design always has what I want. Soecially, I like what Target is doing with its new fashion lines for teens and women. It is pleasure to shop there.

Ive used free Target curbside pickup many times over the past year. My order has always been ready in less than 2 hours and quickly brought to my car when I arrive. Its a great way to avoid contact yet receive groceries and other items. I highly recommend it.

We go here when we are in the area. They dont always have advertised items and sections are often not in order. The staff is friendly and management quick to accomodate. They have a CVS Pharmacy inside.

It was so weird, I got yelled at by the worker for going to the self check out when I just didn’t see the line.. said sorry but just was yelled to “ma’am!!!!! There’s a line!!!!” It’s already anxiety enough going out with COVID theres no reason to be abrasive and rude.

Just had fantastic customer service from Ian and Juan both very nice young men.who helped get my 70inch TV to my mini van..its so good to know there are still places to shop like Target ..where customers are Guests...like friends in your home..this target location is my favorite..have shopped here since the store opened. And will Continue to. I always find something I want or need.

I did curbside pick-up for the first time, and it is so fast and well-organized! I had forgotten to alert them that I was On My Way, so I pulled into the parking lot, hit On My Way, then immediately hit Im here. I expected to wait since I hadnt given them any warning, but in under a minute, a cheerful, friendly sales associate was on her way to my car! I couldnt believe how quick and easy it was--and ON BLACK FRIDAY!!! When Im sure the store was the busiest it has been since the pandemic started! Cant stress enough how impressed and appreciative I was!

I have been recommending Target in AA on Ann Arbor Saline Rd because it is clean, carts are visibly cleaned and it offers easy check out. Todays experience in Canton was completely different. There are stickers on the floor for lines-only 2 check outs were available. After I was in a line for 10 min a staff person starts directing. I told her there should be proper signage. She didnt want feedback.

Employees are extremely rude here. Asked a question and they were rude to me. I immediately abandoned my cart full of grocery and left. Enjoy the melted ice cream and ruined milk in my cart.

The Ford Road Canton, MI Target is always top notch. This particular visit, there was a supplemental cashier set up who greeted me as I was approaching the Self Scan lanes and offered to check me out herself. Her name was Nikita, and she was incredibly friendly, professional and cheerful. She just really calmed my nerves, even though I was in the store because we were throwing a birthday party for my one year old, and I needed to pick up last minute items...and was really stressed. I have never had a bad experience in this store...and in fact, when I found out I could switch my prescriptions to this pharmacy a few months ago, I jumped at that opportunity. I used to be a Playstation sales rep and have been to A LOT of Targets. This particular location is THE BEST!

Mariah and Pariesh were so helpful and kind. I had large boxes in my cart. They took me to the front desk to check me out and offered to help me to my car. I was using an electric cart and Mariah took it back to the charging area for me.

Customer service team and manager were all very nasty to me at this location. The store manager should fire nasty workers. If you cant handle being nice to people then you dont belong working a customer service job.I was verbally threaten by both a manager and a service worker at this location. This is unacceptable.

The website said the Farmington Hills Target did not have a piece of computer equipment I needed, but this one did. So I risked unnecessary exposure, wasted time and fuel to come out to this disorganized mess of a store.Their incompetence didnt just waste my time, it wasted the time of whoever is going to have to restock the groceries that I gathered on the way to the electronics section, because their misinformation shouldnt be rewarded with a sale. (And yes, I handed my basket to a Target employee on the way out: I didnt just abandon it to go bad).Did I mention their screw-up exposed me to COVID risk unnecessarily.

This place is updated and beautiful. My cashier was so kind!!! There were multiple team members on the floor but they were too busy to ask me for help or make sure I was doing ok. The cashier though was absolutely amazing. Very personable asked me about my day. She was calm and great!

That was the fastest Christmas shopping Ive ever done. Staff was fully trained, lines were short, no issues whatsoever. Its been a while since Ive been to Target but Ill definitely be back again.

Its a nice Target. Most of the employees seem generally nice. I would like to see another cashier on duty. Ever since they installed the self checkouts, they seem to be working with a skeleton crew.

Ellen at Guest Services was the best. She turned my nightmare of a online order pick up gone wrong into a good experience at the end. Very helpful and great customer service. She should definitely be the face of Target and be compensated to the level of service she provides. High!

I always have a positive interaction with the employees here, they seem happy to do their jobs and to help me as needed in the store. The displays in the store always look nice and everything is easy enough to find. Prices are reasonable and I enjoy the ease of picking up orders that I placed online for a speedy trip. Overall, Id recommend Target to a friend for most purchases.

It is so convenient and I appreciate the team members who walk out to my car to deliver my order. They are always so happy and so nice. I love ordering online. Plus the fact they do not charge for Drive-Up or Pick-up service in-store.

Nice and friendly staff. Went in to buy a simple car charger and the gentlemen in electronics was very helpful and informative demonstrating the different options. The simple things makes life easier, the acknowledgment by this staff member did that exactly. 2 thumbs up!

The workers at this target are phenomenal. They had a Baby Alive doll on clearance which my daughter has been wanting but she was with me. The worker overheard and offered to sneak it up to guest services for me. She even hid it in a bag so my daughter had no idea that I bought it. I wish I had asked their names but both workers were so kind. Thank you guys for helping me get a Christmas present to stow away without ruining the surprise.

The return, exchange, and order pickup staff is not helpful. The elderly lady(sorry she was not wearing a name tag) was very defensive and unhelpful. With this being the closest location to my home, I will choose to take my business elsewhere because this is not the first time i’ve had an unpleasant experience with her.

Leila went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only was she incredibly willing to stop her task at hand to help us, she hunted down an item I have been searching for for months! When it wasn’t on the sales floor, she offered to go into the back and grab it from back stock. She is a stellar employee and I cannot thank her enough!!

My family loves going to Target! My kids love their huge toy selection! They could use a little more staff to be available to help but when I do get help they are very helpful!

I love Target but many of the associates are lazy. A fat, rude employee moved my cart out of her way so she didnt have to move her body around me to get to her cash register because there were a hundred people in line and ONE line open. She took it into her hands to just shove my cart out of her way and say EXCUSE ME I NEED TO GET THROUGH. Rude, ignorant, under educated employees. TEACH THEM PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE and if they dont catch on, FIRE THEM.

Im in here about once a month for one thing or another and it is my favorite store of its category. The store is well-staffed, well-stocked, and I can usually find whatever Im looking for at a good price. Lines are typically short and when I visit I can usually walk right up to a self-checkout.Above all one of my favorite things about this store is that it is quiet. Too many retailers blare music, advertisements and pages at their customers throughout the entire shopping experience. There is no such thing here, all the employees use walkie-talkies to communicate. I really appreciate the peace that comes with the quieter atmosphere.

This is my go to Target and I usually have a great experience but the last few times I’ve visited and had a return/exchange/pickup the service has been horrible. Each time there was one person behind the service counter to help a long line of customers waiting while there were multiple employees around that could see the line but didn’t step in to help. Last time there were THREE employees standing in the self checkout area that is right in front of the service desk just talking and watching the service line grow longer. They didn’t even pretend to be busy or scatter so that the line couldn’t see them.

The people there were helpful and nice. They also helped me to price match what I was looking for to get a better deal.

Cashier very friendly and helpful. I was using a motorized cart and she got someone to help me move a large item to my car.

I like this Target because I can easily find what I need and can get in and out quick.Just a side note: never buy kids shoes here. Theyre complete junk. I just returned a pair that ripped after my son wore them for a week. Hes had the new pair for about a week and the stitching on the Velcro is already ripping out.

They had a game that almost every other store didnt have because it being black friday but the target was better the the ones in Westland and others Ive been to

It has been an adequate source of that fine blend of necessity+splurge shopping you know and love about Target. I need a razor (whistles as I walk into Target)... 1 hour later: wait, how did I end up buying candy, pens, a 6 pack of beer, a four in one disc of Arnold Schwarzenegger 90s films, boxer shorts, and plasticware??? Target, thats why.

Competitive pricing and easy pick up experience

It was easy to navigate. Had everything I needed and was easy to get to from my hotel.

Zero stars. Went to do a return. While there the person behind the counter helping me she asked if store credit would be ok. I said “Yes I’m going to go buy dog food with it right now”. When I went to check out it was nothing but problems. After two unhelpful check out people tried to help me I asked the first girl who did the return if she even put money on my gift card. THEN SHE TELLS ME that cards takes hours to load right now because its Cyber Monday. I JUST TOLD YOU STORE CREDIT WAS OK BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO IMMEDIATELY USE IT IN YOUR STORE. Why couldn’t she take the time to deliver excellent or even average customer service and simply say “That card won’t be usable for a few hours because of cyber Monday.” It would’ve been a drag on my day but not that big a deal. But when every step of the way there’s an inconvenience then it builds to frustration.

Fast and awesome service

The gift card deals seldom work! I make a Target run thinking I am going to get a good deal on razors, but the cashier isnt prompted to scan a gift card for me even tho i met all the requirements. Or, the Cartwheel/Target app doesnt load when I get to the cashier. It took about 5 minutes today for my phone to receive the signal so i could get a few bucks off my purchase. If you want to put something on sale, just do it. Dont make customers jump thru Cartwheel/Target app hoops. I was frustrated my app wouldnt load, the cashier was frustrated, the manager was frustrated, the lady behind me in line was very frustrated.

Found everything that I needed quickly. The cashiers are super fast, kudos to that, so even though there were lines they all moved quickly.

Definitely one of the better targets out there. The staff is mostly friendly. The shelves are always stocked with the right seasons stuff and the deals seam ok. The only issue Ive really had here is parking tends to become crazy and hard to find during peak hours. I guess thats to be expected. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is it has always been ordinary and have never had staff or store really wow me. You get what you get here when you think target.

This Target has a very accessible entrance. The only inaccessible part is navigating around clothing racks. The rest of the store is wide open spaces.I dont see sales associates around; just vendors. Im also having trouble finding a price scanner.I like the makeup selection; especially e.l.f. There could be more choices in hair dye. All in all, a middling visit.
