When you cant find the hipster shoe you want elsewhere, you go to journeys and pay twice the price 😂 but you do it anyway for that specific shoe in just the right size

Workers are meh at best, not very helpful. A very hipster or nostalgic place to shop for shoes.

The high pressure sales tactics are ridiculous. If people want to buy something they will. I had at least 5 products I didn’t want pushed on me.

Ive gotten all of my Converse here for about 3 years. Ive never once had an issue. Its a small store and does get crowded at times, but even then Im never waiting long for service. The staff are friendly and very helpful when it comes to explaining things. Its a store I always look forward going into and I will continue to come here!! Highly recommended.

My daughter loves the shoes I got her.

Purchased a pair is Sperrys from here and had to get my size shipped to me. The first pair came with a bunch of scratches on them. Took them back and ordered another pair. Just opened the second pair...one looks brand new and the other is covered in scratches. So I will now make a third trip to return them. Not worth the hassle.

Great service and very helpful employees. Can really tell that the employees love their job and care about the customers!

Sitting in the store currently. Looking at shoes. Very loudly said Id like too see two pairs in my size. Me and my family are the only customers here. Two girls working have not acknowledged us and are gossiping instead of helping your customers. Looks like Il be taking my business to Amazon where they at least thank me for shopping with them and dont treat me like a pain that took away from chat time at work.
