If your bigger than a small and female then this is not the store for you! They never have anything in my size and it annoys me. They never get anything new.. when I go in I have to look at every rack and still I find one med only... its aggravating af. They never have sales either.

Website not updated with correct info. Wanted to make purchase using Klarna, website stated XXL size was out of stock for Jersey. I stopped into my local store and it had one Jersey in stock in the size I needed. I had to use their layaway option instead as Klarna is not accepted in stores. The cashier was very nice and helpful, but this should not be a hassle customers have to experience

I was in the Canton store 9/3 for some shoes for my daughter. There were only 3 customers in the store. I stood in front of the infant shoes for more than 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. At no point in time did anyone ask me if I needed help. There was one sales associate that was just standing in front of some other shoes doing nothing while the female sales person was helping another customer. I was ready to by some shoes. After standing around waiting for someone to acknowledge me I left and went next door to Shoe Show and bought some shoes for my daughter.

The store is great I never have any problems Mangers are great and team members are always helpful

The staff was horrible. Not only wear we not greeted when we walked into the store, none of them could take their eyes off their computer screens are there phones long enough to say hello.

Store associates were not knowledgeable about the shoes they were selling. Overheard backroom conversation with using inappropriate language. Sales associate raised his voice at my daughter when she couldnt decide which pair of shoes she wanted. I had thought about buying both pairs but instead walked out and went to Dicks

Starting to feel like there Jordan’s are fake there is no way u should see glue on the shoes or their shoes look like they have been worn and put back on the shelf!
