I was actually surprised at the shoe selection they had. They didnt sell many larger shoes though. I found a few 8s but I could not find many 9 or 10s. Very nice selection of clothing for a younger group. I was also surprised about the sizes they carried in stores. Some of their clothing goes to a 3x its a very limited plus size selection but nice they still offer it.

I took my oldest here to shop today and while the staff was friendly and there were many clothes and the store was nice. The prices are relatively what you would expect for a brand name. I was disappointed they didnt have anything larger than a size large. This was my first time shopping at this store. Maybe this is company wide, if so I have been enlightened.The fitting rooms are closed due to Covid.

Wonderful selections and great prices!

This is my first time ordering from Forever 21 and I assure you that it will also be my last. I ordered a 2-pack of masks for my child, one of which was specifically to wear with her Halloween costume. When I initially ordered it on October 18th, I was told that it would be here in time, which is the only reason I ordered it at that point in time. When I checked the tracking status, it still showed that it would be here in time for Halloween. Here it is December 1st and we still never received the order.I logged back in today to check on the status of the order to see what ever came of it and the tracking status showed that it will be delivered by Fed Ex tomorrow, December 2nd. Im not sure why it took over a month to arrive at the initial destination in CA. If there were any delays or issues, Forever 21 shouldve reached out to me and or updated me on the status of my order. Poor customer service. Took way too long to process/receive my order. Not a fan of this company!

Great customer service... organize, clean and neat. I definitely recommend. Not what it used to be a few years back.

Easy return fast friendly and efficient.

The clothes are sometimes cute but other times I go in there without finding a single thing. My biggest problem with this store is that it almost always destroyed. Clothes are usually all over the floor or thrown on top of the racks. Also, I have had to stand at the registers for a long time before an associate would come and ring the line out.

I like the clothes except for the writings and pictures on most. Clothes are good priced.

The clothing provided, geated more for the younger crowd. Not something I would subject my child to, but if thats what you like, this would be a great place for you

Its a nice place to buy but more geared towards the young crowd, hence the name Forever 21. Stylish clothes made more for the skinny frame.

Im giving this only 2 stars because when me and my boyfriends daughter went to return her skirt, $5, she was asked to show an i.d., shes from north Carolina and doesnt have one valid in Ohio...so they wouldnt let her return the skirt, I gave them my license to process the refund. It felt like we had done something wrong or stole the item, mind you we had the receipt and it was only $5, that being said..I did not appreciate being treated like that.

This is a forever 21 plus and I love that. Just wish there were more plus size choices in store.

They have some cute clothes but alot of them are always in plus size. My one daughter wears that size so Im looking for her alot. Why cant they carry plus sizes styles in the junior sizes?

Walked in looking for a certain shirt that I saw the day before after looking for it I asked a worker if they had anymore left and she was zero help so I walked to the back and asked another employee and she tells me they only have a size large left and that it wouldn’t fit me. I asked to try it on anyways bc I like my shirts bigger and she said I could go look for it myself up by the front doors. I’m very disappointed in the customer service I received tonight.

I used to like this place, but all of the clothes are so ugly now, and the store is never organized in a way that you can actually find a specific item.

Usually they have really cute clothes and a wide selection, however, this time I went there was absolutely no variation in styles, the music was almost unbearably loud inside the store, and everything had been rearranged in a way that wasnt very navigable.
