Ordered 2 shirts, a tumbler, and a sticker over two weeks ago. Nothing has shipped. Not. A. Single. Thing. I asked for a refund I get an email saying it will ship later this week. That was last week. I sent another email asking to cancel the order. I get another email stating it will ship soon. Still nothing. I have since ordered shirts from Zero Foxtrot as this was a birthday gift that came and went. Zero Foxtrot got my order out within two days! These guys can’t even get a simple order out in a timely manner. My buddy said give these guys a try. I totally regret it. Stay away if you want something on time or even if you want someone to reply to your message. This company is a failure. Still waiting on my money back…your move 1776 United.

I purchased a Gadsden tee from 1776 United about a month ago and love it. Wear it all the time. The quality of tee material is great. Very lightweight, soft and comfortable. Highly recommend these shirts. Read the product info, says right on there runs small, get next size up. I did and its spot on. Do as they suggest and you wont be disappointed. They seem like great people and send out follow-up emails as well. That shows great C/S in my mind. Just purchased two more shirts yesterday. One for me and my wife this time and a sticker for the truck. I first purchased the iconic ‘retro logo jersey’ and I was beyond amazed at the quality and material that was placed into a shirt worth the price. Definitely recommend cold wash and ironing the shirts to make sure the quality lasts. I love this company for its message and patriotism towards this great nation. I just recently ordered one of their classic coffee mugs, which I’m excited to receive. To make a long story short, definitely going to keep purchasing from this company! The founding fathers would be proud.

I signed up for various shirt subscription deals for my husband. He liked all of the first few shirts that came from each of the companies but after about the forth month he was less and less impressed with almost all the shirts that were being sent. So much to the point that I decided I didnt want to pay for shirts he wasnt going to wear.YET, one subscription service still was sending shirts he liked and would wear. And it is 1776. The shirts are well made, great color choices and the messages mean something and are well thought out. (That was our biggest issue was the other companies were seeming to just throw anything on a shirt and ship it) but 1776 seemed like they still took the time to think out what they printed on their shirts and their messages meant something.... they make statements you can be proud to wear and want to wear. So for that reason we now only belong to ONE subscription service which is 1776! Keep up the good work.

Funny thing. I just got a request to review my recent interaction with 1776s support. I stated that they were apologetic for the miscommunication, but did not fulfill their original promise. Well hell...my wife goes out to the mailbox (just now) and returns with a brand spankin new shirt from 1776. THEY DO HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE DEAL. The timing was off on the request for a review of my interaction with customer service and receiving the shirt by mere minutes. Now I need to figure out how to fix the review I just sent in. They have great products and if there is an issue, they will do everything they can to rectify it.

I ordered a General Mattis T-shirt that I fell in love with. It was shipped super fast but it was too small for me. The return was super easy. When I called a super nice young man told me he had the same shirt in stock in the size I needed and emailed a return label. The material of the shirt I returned was super soft and not too heavy.
