Our family has been with Sprint for the past 13 years. When T-Mobile acquired Sprint the service became awful. We went to the Verizon store in Canton, MI and were immediately greeted by Lawrence Adams. Lawrence was extremely helpful and took his time explaining the different plans and phones. We ended up switching over to Verizon and purchasing 4 phones. Lawrence went above and beyond for our family. He stayed almost an an hour after the store closed to get our phones activated and he made sure we had everything we needed. If your looking to do business with Verizon go and see Lawrence Adams you will not be disappointed.

We were assisted by Greg who helped him find the perfect phone at an amazing price. Even though I live in Washtenaw County, my friend insisted I update my new phone at the Canton Center store because, she said, staff are very helpful there. Daniel B. was the service advisor on duty. He was very polite and professional. He aided me in selecting a new phone, then transferred all of my info, setting the new phone up EXACTLY how I wanted it. He took time to explain and demonstrate the features and answered all of my questions. The other staff, Greg D. answered the phone and took care of other customers so we could work undisturbed. If you need a new phone. I recommend making the trip to that store for professional staff and excellent service.

Had a great experience here with Char about a week ago buying a new phone. She answered when I called earlier in the day and was very polite, and then when I came into the store she was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and extremely helpful. She managed to answer phone calls and help other people all while helping me and I never felt abandoned or forgotten. Kudos to everyone working there right now, since I know serious restrictions on people in the store are leaving a lot of angry people stuck outside waiting and then unfairly taking it out on employees.

Really enjoy my phone service and this location was super helpful. Gabriel went above and beyond to make sure all three of my phones where good to go. Unfortunately my father came to this store and was turned away with a number to call and the number wasn’t even in use, ahah good one guys. Me and my family have been loyal customers to your company for over 20+ years and found that very frustrating because he needed his phone working to get his unemployment information. LUCKY I was able to talk to Brenda from Ohio through the Verizon app and she was VERY VERY helpful and polite. I just appreciate her customer service very much, I hope the rest of your employees at the Taylor location can take some notes because if she was able to resolve the issue through MESSAGING on your app. Find it absolutely ridiculous.

2.5 miles away doesnt get service, 18 hours of customer service in store or phone doesnt complete lacking service or other account needs. Absolutely wasted a month, rejoined straighttalk. This has been no fun with verizon. STILL ON HOLD RIGHT NOW

I had used the Canton store before so returned there when I was looking to get a new phone and tablet. I was impressed with their protocol for Covid 19. My service representative was Daniel Bristow. He was very pleasant and informative. I am 75 and not real tech savy so he was very patient with me. I will definitely return to this store for future needs.

Initially had a bad experience however received a phone call from Lawrence (manager from Verizon) who offered to replace my case. He was very kind My brand new I phone 10 SIM card stop working. I called this location and they said they had a new SIM card. When the employee removed my case to put SIM card in he cracked the case. His Co worker looked at him and said “did you break it he said yes”. He did not offer to replace my case. Also they said they could not activate my SIM card that I would have to do it myself. It took hours to get thru to Verizon. Very disappointed in this location but only store open near me due to Corona. So just to update Verizon is replacing my case Lawrence is awesome thank you for following up.

I felt that the staff wasnt as technically trained as I would have hoped for or expected. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite, but he used odd methods for finding answers that seemed archaic instead of modern and in the end I walked away lacking confidence in the knowledge I was provided. But for politeness, cleanliness, and products, they are pretty good.

I recently bought a new Apple 11 for my husband as a gift from Sams (really bad customer service), and struggled with getting the phone activated and everything transferred over from his old phone. I did what they told me at Sams but couldnt get it to work. I called this store and spoke with Gabriel, very professional and helpful. After telling him my problem he told me exactly what to do and even offered to have me come in and he would take care of it for me. I followed Gabriels instructions and had the phone up and running and everything transferred over in less than 30 minutes. I wish I had purchased this phone from this store and in the future will always go there for new purchases or help if I need it. I highly recommend this store and had excellent customer service from Gabriel. Thank- you again Gabriel.

Excellent service all around. Greg saw that I broke my iPhone screen and bent over backwards to get me a new iPhone and make sure I didn’t lose any information from my old phone. He also gave me a lot of pointers and tips to be more efficient with my new phone and set me up where it will be very difficult to break the new one. It was a very stressful experience but Greg made it go away with his knowledge, professionalism and going the extra mile to help me. He did so well that if i ever have another issue I’ll make the trek back there even though it’s no where near my house.

I went in to troubleshoot an issue with my phone. The guy tried everything he could think of to fix it then I tried calling support there in the store. That left him free to help others which was fine. Ive had better service at other Verizon locations. Namely Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills but this wasnt bad. I probably wouldnt go back though.

Tareks service was pleasant and excellent thus the 3 score. Tarek was attending a customer, a customer came in behind me. The two managers were seated at the opposite desk gabbing away. The lady mgr was looking her phone. I only wanted to purchase a charger. I waited about 10 mins. I asked Tarek could he called one of the other customer service people over to complete my transaction and his response was that they were managers in a mtg. Clearly Tarek could not handle 3 customers and the customer he was working with allowed him to complete my transaction. Customer Service is truly a lost art form. If not for Tarek, I would give a zero in customer service.

This store has rude service employees! And dont purchase a pure gear phone charger! It will only last less than 3 months. Then you have to send it back to the so called company and wait for a new one. Now you have no way to charge your phone. This is not a true Verison store, if you want nice employees go to Verizon in Belleville the dont carry pure gear! I won give this so called Verizon store not one star it is 0 stars.

Horrible lack of service by Jill. Not only was she rude to my husband who just called in to try to straighten out details on my sister-in-laws brand new phone that was ordered twice. When my husband informed her she was being rude and he wanted to speak to a manager, she said he was gone for the day and she didnt like his threatening tone. Then she hung up. There are several people who work here who are very helpful and accommodating... but between porting issues on one line causing me to pay a bill at sprint for an unnecessary 3 weeks and my husband being hung up on, the 3.5-4 star rating I would have given is now a 1. I will be calling corporate in the morning.

My 80 year old mom who came in to upgrade her phone ended up with a representative named Lily who is the rudest incompetent woman I’ve ever had the misfortune to talk with. She walked away from my mom when another customer entered the store and my mom innocently asked her why she’s been left sitting by herself for a half hour when Lily yelled at her to go to another store and to leave! We will be filing a complaint against this employee with her corporate office and filing a complaint with the state and Better business bureau! Beware of this person and do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon store and not a pick up and go branch.

This place is total garbage. Went looking for a car charger for my Kyocera DuraForce Pro. The kid (Travis) fumbled and starred at multiple car chargers totally bewildered, I could have read labels myself. No researching compatible chargers on his computer or anything. Qmadix charger handed to me did completely NOTHING. Total amateur hour and very unprofessional.

I wanted badly to hook up my byod service to verizon. First of all $20 is a tad pricey for a sim card when I can get one for nothing. The real problem happened when the gentleman at the desk typed in the wrong address and basically locked me out of a verizon account before even having one! He couldnt for some reason get the phone imie number to work. So he told me to go to a real verizon store. So I drove 25mins away finding out that by him putting in the wrong address he locked me out. So I had to go through the Hassel of sending in a dte bill and comcast bill plus my drivers license. Thank you verizon want my blood too! Its post paid I get it but geez. So any who my phone damn near got turned off because I wanted to switch after my 30 day post paid for cricket was over and I had one day left. So I had to go up there again just to have the lady tell me that the plan I wanted after taxes and bs extra who-knows-what tax would be 76$ for 5gb even after my work discount! Screw you verizon. So I went with straight talk and I get 26mbps dl and 12mpbs upload at only 48$ with 8gb data with verizon towers. Better speeds than my friends 100$ at&t plan! Moral of this story buy your own phone and never sign a contract

If I could put a 0 I would. Went into the store to pre order two iphones and they charged my account. Picked up one they attempted to charge my card again saying I paid showed them they were wrong and he responded with oh I see it now. My fiance went in and picked up hers a few weeks later and they charged her again for hers... told her to get a refund we already paid he again said oh I see it now and refunded her and then charged her card again to close out the sales cycle therefore cancelling the refund. They will not give me my money back and I have had to contact my bank in order to get it back. Awful.
