I needed to get my phone screen replaced after about 3 years of having a cracked one so that I could trade it in, and I had the easiest and best experience here! The guy that was there when I went in was so nice and had it done over my lunch break at work. The lady who answered the phone when I called before going in was also super sweet and helpful. These guys are amazing. I went in cuz my charging port wasn’t working, figured I needed a new one. The guy behind the counter just took it to the back and cleaned it out, good as new. When I offered to pay for the help, he refused and said to just come back if I ever needed any real help. With customer service like that, they’ve gotten themselves a customer for life who will happily refer anyone.

Great experience! My phone would not charge...I tried, Office Max, Simply Mac, Best Buy and AT&T, they all told me they couldnt help or to buy a new phone.... I went to Iphone Repair and within 10 minutes I had a new battery and my phone was working perfectly! They are honest, kind and helpful! I will go here first from now on!

I came in with a broken phone screen. Jake helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and had me in and out in 30 minutes. I highly recommend them if you have a broken iPhone.

I broke my phone glass at lunchtime. I called and they had the parts in stock and fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes with original Apple glass. I was back in business much faster than anticipated. Very nice people and great service.

Jake is a miracle worker! Took my Pixel 2 XL in for a new screen & camera lens. Camera lens was broken last year & had A LOT of dust inside. Didnt hold out much hope it could be cleaned. Got my phone back today with new screen and a CRYSTAL CLEAR CAMERA LENS! I highly recommend Jake and this shop!!

A great experience with iPhone Repair this morning. My iPhone 6 would not take a charge. I later found out that the charging port was clogged up.Alan fixed it in less than two minutes, and would not take any thing for the repair.This is a quality operation and he has made me a customer for life.You cant go wrong using this service.

Hands down the most honest business you could take your phone to.My phone wouldnt charge but would hold a charge from wireless charger... I assumed charging port went out. I called them, they quoted me $75(cheapest around) and I got them to order the part...upon dropping my phone off for repair, Alan realized there was something tiny lodged in back of port. They removed it and my phone worked perfectly...Alan didnt charge me for the ordered part and would barely take my $10 payment for their help.They could have just as easily charged me the $75, replaced the port and taken my money but they were honest.I will recommend to anyone. Absolutely Spectacular Super-fast Service!!! I called them an hour before closing time and told them that I needed my screen replaced on my iPhone 7plus and they said to come on in that most service takes 30 min. Put it this way. It took them a shorter time to replace my screen (ALONG WITH A SCREEN PROTECTOR!!!). I timed them and they knocked it out in 18 minutes)They will get ALL of my business from now on!Thanks iRC!!!!

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!This place is hands-down top-notch in customer service. I had a horrible nightmare experience with PULS a mobile repair service, leaving my screen in worse shape than it was before they fixed it.My screen was cracked but, it worked, by the time they were done I had no cracks but, I also had a touch screen spotty at best and a home button that was hanging out of my phone.I call the store to see what my options were. I spoke with Jacob who listened and explained that without looking at it it could be as simple as a quick adjustment or another whole screen replacement.Thankfully it ended up being a quick adjustment that they didn’t even charge me for and the Dad even put a free tempered glass screen protector on for cause of everything I had been through with the other company. They will do all of my iPhone repairs from here on out!!!Thank you for your great customer service and overall character.
