The guys working were quick and extremely helpful and well-informed.

Slight remodel has made the interior much nicer, and theyre selling PC parts now! Excited to see what GameStop is able to offer in the future.

This is definitely my favorite GameStop in the area and the store manager Brian is cool. Definitely better than the ypsi location and the other Canton location.I always go to this one and never have problems. Easy returns and they always put the right game in the right case (unlike the nearby stores).

Place is amazing!!! Except they were supposed to order an item in for me, they said they did and it was coming from another store. They said they would call when it arrived, they never called me. I’m almost sure they didn’t even bother to procure the item.

GameStop is dying and it shows in their stores. The staff was nice but these stores are just a mess of merchandise. It is clear they are desperately throwing things at the wall hoping something will stick.

I see some complaints about long wait times. These are the symptoms of the amazing service someone else is recieving and not millennial slacking. I am a casual gamer and often dont know exactly what I want when I walk in but always end up getting help finding it. The depth of knowlede and enthusiasm about gaming the staff has is unmatched and inspiring.

Good morning whoever is reading this i purchased the 2k19 20th anniversary edition last week Thursday. The only reason why i paid the $100 for the game is because of all the extra things that YOU 2K said would come with the game. When i got home Thursday night an open the game i was so surprised to see that you guys false advertised and that the only thing that came with my 2k19 20th anniversary edition was a wrist band a poster an a sticker. There were no clothes no 10000 vc points redeem code no LBJ player cards or anything. Now 3 days later im here emailing you guys for the second time about thus issue that i have been told yall probably wont be able to remedy. Just had a friend who also had the same issue tell me that you guys told him he would have to contact PlayStation support which makes no sense to me because i had no idea the creators of 2k where the same people who created the PlayStation. I was unaware of how you guys are all one entity. Either way the i paid extra money for a game because things where promised to be in the game for the extra money and they were not so i either need my money back or the things promised to me in my game. You guys obviously have some issues down at the warehouse where you package an ship the games from and now me an hundreds of other faithful 2k players are paying for it. It is unacceptable and i will not have you guys giving me the run around i either needa redeem code for 10000 VC or my money back. Want to buy something you can find anywhere else, there is a chance they have it here. That is their only redeeming quality. Otherwise, you will be paying as much as you would anywhere else for far far worse service. I just assume if two other people are in the store it is going to take a half hour to check out. Plus then they want to buy your games for $5 and sell them for $40. Everyone has internet now, just go to eBay. You can buy anything cheaper and sell anything for more. I honestly dont know how they are in business anymore.

I am amazed at the enthusiasm and knowledge of the young staff at these stores. It is clear they have spent another lifetime console gaming.
